Pavo Navideño para disfrutar en Familia 🌲 INGREDIENTES:
✅Pavo de 2 kg.
✅250g. Mole la Rienda
✅6 tiras de tocino
✅1 Limón
✅1/2 Cebolla blanca
✅180g. Mantequilla
✅Sal y pimienta al gusto (preferencia sal de mar)
✅1 cda. Perejil
✅Aceite de Olivo
✅3 dientes de ajo
✅1 Cerveza ambar de preferencia 
PROCEDIMIENTO: 👩🏻‍🍳👨🏻‍🍳
Pre calentar el horno a 220C por 15 min.
Mientras pon en un recipiente la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente para que esté manejable, le viertes la sal, pimienta, aceite de olivo, ajo, y perejil.
Rayas cáscara de limón y le pones el jugo de 1/2 limón
Al final le pones 1 cda. de Mole la rienda y lo revuelves bien.
Pones el condimento en el pavo debajo de la piel que antes levantaste un poco para poderla untar correctamente, por abajo y por encima muy importante, al final le pones por encima aceite de olivo para que no se queme la mantequilla.
Ponle la cebolla en el orificio del pavo y 1/2 limón y unas hojas de laurel de lado. lo cierras y lo metes al horno por 15 a 20 min. para que se dore.
Lo sacas y le pones encima las tiras de tocino para que no se seque el pavo, quedará jugoso.
Encima le pones del mismo caldo que solo el pavo.
Lo metes al horno a 280C por 1 hora. Ya que pesa 2kg. y por kilo es media hora.
Cuando lo saques quitar el tocino y lo cortas en trozos muy pequeños.
Sacas la cebolla y la cortas también.
Pones todo en la sartén y viertes todo el jugo que soltó del pavo y la cerveza, lo dejas hervir y lo viertes en la licuadora.
Cuando lo termines de licuar quedara tu jugo para el Mole.
Cuando saques el pavo tienes que dejar reposar por el mismo tiempo que lo metiste al horno, por ejemplo yo 2 horas.
Todo lo que te sobro del mole lo pones en una olla y le pones el jugo que hiciste y lo giras y dejas hervir. 
EMPLATADO:

Pimientos de piquillo rellenos de atún 💙🌶
Hacía mucho tiempo que no preparaba unos ricos pimientos rellenos.
En el puente estuve en Puente la reina, Navarra, y compre pimientos para asar en casa, con algunos de ellos he preparado la comida de hoy y es que están buenísimos.

INGREDIENTES:
🔹2 botes de pimientos del piquillo enteros.
🔹2 latas de atún.
🔹1/2 cebolla
🔹2 ajos
🔹3 cucharadas de harina
🔹1 vaso de Leche
🔹 sal y pimienta
Para la salsa 🍛
🔹4 o 5 pimientos de piquillo 🔹1/2 cebolla
🔹nata para cocinar

RECETA:
🔸Picar cebolla y ajo.
🔸En una sarten con un chorrito de aceite empezamos a sofreír la cebolla y el ajo. Cuando esto este doradito añadimos las latas de atún y cocinamos.
🔸Incorporamos la harina y dejamos que se cocine un par de minutos.
🔸Añadimos poco a poco leche y vamos removiendo. Con esto haremos una especie de bechamel.
🔸Dejamos enfriar.
🔸Con la masa templada vamos rellenando los pimientos.
Para la salsa 🍛 🔸cortamos la cebolla y los pimientos
🔸los doramos unos minutos
🔸Añadimos la nata y rectificamos de sal y pimienta.
🔸Trituramos todo y lista.
A comer!!!

1.Marinate your meat with pepper, salt, and cinnamon and put it in a pan for 5 minutes each side
2. On an another pan put 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add 1 big onion cutten into small pieces mix till its color changes. 
3. Add 1 cup of frikeh that was washed before and cleaned from black seeds
4. Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 3/4 teaspoon of salt on it
5. Then add them to the meat
6. Add 1 and half cup water
7. Cook for 30 minutes on low fire

I don’t choose to be on this diet- I have to be. Otherwise I can become very poorly! (I’ve even ended up in hospital before)

Being healthy in my opinion is a balanced diet of different nutritional foods packed full of vitamins and healthy fats and proteins, alongside complex carbohydrates. With this you should have an active lifestyle...
Now yes I do eat foods packed full of vitamins and healthy fats and proteins, alongside complex carbohydrates yada yada yada, but I do not have much of a varied diet and don’t get enough of certain food groups. This is because of my intolerance to A LOT of foods... Legumes being my most missed food source!
I only wish I could eat baked beans again or a whole tub of Hummus!

I see numerous amounts of people following the Fodmap Diet, on here or personally- Who just plough through the Cakes and ‘Treats’ still, just because they are Gluten & Dairy Free... THIS IS NOT HEALTHY. It’s still the same if you weren’t a FODMAPPER!
So don’t be stupid and still think about what you’re putting in your mouth!

Today’s breakfast is homemade gluten free lemon porridge but with pomegranate instead of raspberries 🥣⁣

My ED doesn’t like changes in plans especially when the plans involve food. I made my plan to have the same breakfast as yesterday and then when I went to make it my raspberries had gone off. It may sound silly but when I have a plan for food in my head it really upsets me when that changes especially when it’s taken so much convincing and hard work to convince myself to have it in the first place. ⁣

But in saying all of that, here I am, eating a different breakfast! It’s hard work, it’s upsetting and it’s not nice but I’m doing it! ⁣

I’m also having lunch with a friend later and I am so proud at myself for not using behaviours. Usually if I know I’m going to be having lunch out or having lunch with someone I’ll compensate beforehand, in a weird little way trying to make myself think Im ‘allowed’ the calories?! Well screw that, I’m going to try and enjoy today! ☀️⁣

Оно очень вкусное, цитрусовая выпечка - это моя любовь), и красивое, правда? Я вообще очень люблю мраморные печеньки, ох уж эти трещинки...очарование сплошное🤗😍Хрустящая корочка и мягкая серединка, м-м-м....И да, на следующий день оно ещё вкуснее!!!)))
👇 Рецепт👇
100гр масла взбить с 100гр сахара, добавить 2 яйца, снова взбить, затем добавить 2гр соли, 50гр лимонного сока, цедру одного лимона, 350гр муки просеять,  соединить с 8гр разрыхлителя, замесить мягкое тесто и убрать его в холодильник на пару часов. Затем отщипывать кусочки, размером с грецкий орех, скатать шарик и обвалять в сахарной пудре. В сториз я показывала, как выглядит печенье до выпечки.
Выпекать в предварительно разогретой духовке, 180градусов, 20 мин.Но ориентируйтесь по своему духовому шкафу, возможно вам потребуется меньше времени)))

The abundance of the tropics offers it's fortunate residents a year round harvest. We found ourselves sitting under some Tamarind trees while out exploring this morning and foraged handfuls of the sweet and sour fruit. 
Tamarind is used throughout Indian cooking recipes and as well as being high in micro-nutrients, Ayurveda recommends using these sticky, saliva inducing gems to heat the body, assisting in igniting agni. In this way they can be used to stimulate digestion acting as a natural laxative. 
Their properties are ideal for Vata imbalances that likely express dry, under nourished and cold mind and body tendancies.

💢Heat oil in a pan add in mustard urad dhal chana dhal curry leaves and allow it to crackle
💢Then add chopped onions finely chopped ginger and fry Till onions are translucent add in slitted green chili
💢Add in chopped tomatoes add salt chilli powder coriander powder sprinkle some water and cook till tomatoes are lightly mushy
💢then add the roasted vermicelli and add water little by little to avoid from getting mushy/separately cook vermicelli in hot water for 2 min drain it and add it in the masala
💢Cook till the vermicelli is cooked and nicely coated with the masala and it's done.
