School holidays have meant pretty much neglecting my blog. I whipped these Fruit and Seed Coconut Flapjack Bars up to feed the hungry kids but they were so well received that I figured I might as well post the recipe to my blog. *Common sense recipe*: Yes... I am heading to last days of de-carboniting :D :D :D And I do love my pancakes. When I had to replace oats with something else I arrived to this: - egg-whites
- cynamon - cream cheese OR cottage cheese (go for minimum carbs possible like max 3g out of 100g - unless you can find zero, then take zero)
- baking soda

Middle heat (they take longer to get pancake-ish). Don't try to fuck it up with a sweetener. If you prepare the pancakes like that, few tea spoon of low or zero sugar jam or syrup is perfectly fine. It is better to sweeten it later like that, because you fully control the sweetness and you can limit it muuuuch easier. 
Always: cook in the way that while eating you know/see what exactly you eat.

Pasta with prawns and veggies (Easy Fideuá): Ingredients: -200 grams of Fideuá pasta or spaguetti -200 grams of frozen green beans or peas
-4 medium size carrots
-300 grams of peeled raw prawns
-Garlic powder or minced garlic
-1 cube of vegetable stock
-Turmeric
-Olive oil
-Salt
-Water 
Steps: 
To start, take a big pot and put some olive oil on it. Add the frozen greens, the carrots cut into little cubes, the raw prawns, the fideuá pasta or the spaguetti (cut smaller), a bit of garlic, the cube of vegetable stock, a bit of turmeric, a teaspoon of salt and a litre of water. 
Turn the heat to high and wait until the liquid starts boiling. Then, turn down the heat to medium-high and stir frequently. Check that the liquid keeps boiling. Cook the fideuá for 10 to 15 minutes until the liquid has reduced to a sauce. Turn off the heat when you like the thickness of the sauce, and it is ready to serve.

I have been on a Gluten Free and Grain Free diet since first being diagnosed with Crohns and the difference has been amazing. You can imagine, 2 years ago there wasn’t as much as there is today and eating caused me so much anxiety and I felt like my every decision revolved around food, what I could and couldn’t eat.

I MADE VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE, CARAMELISED RED ONION, "HAM", COURGETTE, RED PEPPER, JALAPEÑO "CHEESE", CHEDDAR, QUICHE... ... AND IT TASTES AMAZING!!! AND I DIDN'T USE A RECIPE AND I'M DAMN PROUD OF HOW CRAZY GOOD THIS SHIT IS!!!

for anyone who's interested, I fried 4 small red onions, sliced thinly, in olive oil and vegan margarine, on a low heat and added a small amount of agave syrup to help them caramelise, I fried them on a really low heat for ages and when they started to look cooked I added finely chopped celery and carried on frying them on a low heat until the onions were fully caramelised. This can take up to an hour, so be patient. Then I put that in a bowl and fried vegan quorn "ham", which I individually sliced into squares, in olive oil until it was crispy and added that to the bowl also. I then added finely chopped red peppers to the bowl and grated a whole courgette which I added in. Then I added mixed herbs, sainsbury's grated vegan cheddar cheese, tesco's jalapeño vegan cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, cashew milk and then 3 "follow your heart, vegegg". I lined the dish I used with vegan margarine and then put the pastry onto it and poured in the filling, I grated some jalapeño cheese onto the top, used cashew milk to glaze the pastry that was showing and put it in the oven on a medium heat for about 50minutes, checking it pretty regularly. I let it cool down over night and was then extremely happily surprised when I tasted how damn good it was! 
I will definitely be making this again and will be using the vegegg to make a fritatta soon as well which I can now not wait to do! ❤

The picture needed a bit of a makeover so I remade the recipe last week. My family could seriously not get enough. In fact they ate several before I could even get a picture! 🙈

The quinoa sliders are ridiculously easy to make. For the first time, I used a rice cooker to prepare the quinoa. It was a game changer!  And then I mixed in a few simple ingredients such as cheese, carrots, and onions before scooping into a pan. You could certainly get creative with what you mix in tho - peppers, garlic, various fresh herbs would all work!

Perfect soup for your summer - Black Bean Tortilla Soup 🤗.

Ingredients:
1. 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil.
2. 1 1/2 cups diced yellow onion.
3. 1 cup diced bell pepper (any color).
4. 1/2 cup peeled and diced carrots.
5. 1 small jalapeno, seeded and diced (omit if you don't like spicy).
6. 1 Tbsp minced garlic.
7. Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
8. 6 cups vegetable broth.
9. 1 (15 oz) can petite diced tomatoes.
10. 2 cups fresh or frozen corn.
11. 2 1/2 tsp chili powder.
12. 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin.
13. 2 (15 oz) cans black beans, drained and rinsed.
14. 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice.
15. 1/3 cup (slightly packed) chopped cilantro.
16. 1 avocado, sliced or diced.

Tortilla strips:
1. 8 (6-inch) corn tortillas.
2. 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil.

How to Make:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Heat 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, carrot and jalapeno and saute 4 minutes, add galic and saute 1 minute longer.
3. Pour in broth, tomatoes, corn, chili powder, cumin and season lightly with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
5. Add black beans and simmer 5 minutes longer. Stir in cilantro and lime juice.
6. While soup is cooking brush sides of tortillas with the 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil. Then layer tortillas in stacks of 4 and cut each stack in half, then cut into small strips.
7. Separate strips and spread onto a greased 18 by 13-inch rimmed baking sheet, working to place them in a single layer, season lightly with salt.
8. Bake in preheated oven 6 minutes, toss then spread back out and bake 4 - 7 minutes longer until crisp. Let cool.
9. If serving all of the soup right away, stir half of the tortilla strips into soup (otherwise wait to stir strips in until reheating the soup).
10. Serve soup with avocado slices, cheese if desired and more tortilla strips on top.

Thai Green Chicken Curry .
Ingredients- .
➡️300g Diced Chicken ➡️150g Coconut Milk
➡️50g Green Curry Paste ➡️1 Tablespoon Olive Oil ➡️125g Wholegrain rice to serve ➡️Any vegetables you like - I used Courgettes and Spinach to mine

Method- .
1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan 
2️⃣ Add curry paste and 1 tablespoon of coconut milk to release the flavours 
3️⃣ Add chicken, and Vegetables
4️⃣ Once chicken is cooked add remaining Coconut Milk
5️⃣ Sauce should be a medium thickness 
6️⃣Serve with wholegrain rice and any additional veg.

Ingredients- . ➡️300g Diced Chicken ➡️150g Coconut Milk ➡️50g Green Curry Paste ➡️1 Tablespoon Olive Oil ➡️125g Wholegrain rice to serve ➡️Any vegetables you like - I used Courgettes and Spinach to mine . Method- . 1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan 2️⃣ Add curry paste and 1 tablespoon of coconut milk to release the flavours 3️⃣ Add chicken, and Vegetables 4️⃣ Once chicken is cooked add remaining Coconut Milk 5️⃣ Sauce should be a medium thickness 6️⃣Serve with wholegrain rice and any additional veg.

Eating a thin crust pizza during rainy season, is a go to haven after a long day at work. Sharing the recipe to the ultimate pizza. 
Remember the following and never go wrong: ⭐The water should not be too hot or too cold for the yeast or else it will not bloom well. You can add sugar in the mixture for better results which will also give the pizza a beautiful golden crust. ⭐Use separate bowls for wet and dry ingredients so that it doesnt become a mess. Pour the yeast mixture into the dry and not vice versa so that it becomes easy to work with. ⭐ Knead the dough in the bowl itself till it gets together for least spilling on the counter. Use a fork for kneading the dough until you can't use it any further. Put the dough out on the counter for further kneading. Knead for atleast 15 minutes or until it becomes springy from the centre. ⭐ Coat the dough with some olive oil and proof for atleast an hour. If you put it in the freezer, the proofing will take about 4-5 hours but the pizza will taste much better. ⭐Pour the pizza sauce onto the rolled out dough. If the dough cracks from the centre, dont try to pinch it together, instead break a piece from the corner and refill the gap. ⭐ A good pizza doesnt have too much toppings on it. A small handful of toppings are enough. Dont forget to spray some olive oil for a delicious juicy pizza ⭐ Always keep your pizza stone hot before putting the dough on it and sprinkle some semolina over the stone so that the dough doesn't stick. ⭐ BAKE it in the oven and never in a microwave oven. 
Remember, baking means that the source of the heat should be below the dish and not above it. ⭐ A pizza with no sauce can also be made by replacing the sauce with olive oil over the dough and then putting the toppings on it. 🍷A GLASS OF RED WINE IS MUST WITH THE PIZZA🍷

🔸🔹Mezclar en un recipiente 1 potecito de yogurt de los chiquitos (de vainilla) el mismo potecito con aceite, 3 huevos, 280 de azúcar.

Chorrito de vainilla.
🔸🔹Agregar 2 tazas medianas de puré de calabaza (hecho al horno).
🔸🔹El mismo potecito del yogurt con buttermilk (leche con un chorrito de limón para que se corte).

🔸🔹Agregar 400 gs de harina leudante tamizada con pizca de sal, y 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear.
🔸🔹Como especias jengibre, nuez moscada y canela.

Broccoli salad with chicken and chickpeas: 
Ingredients: -1 whole broccoli
-250 grams of chicken
-1 can of chickpeas
-Purple grapes
-Slightly salted toasted almonds
-Olive oil
-Salt and pepper 
Steps: 
First, cut the broccoli into florets and boil them for a couple of minutes or microwave them for 5 to 7 minutes. Then, cut the chicken into chunks and cook it in a pan with a bit of olive oil at high heat until it is all white. Next, cut one or two handfuls of grapes (depending on your liking) in halves. Open the can of chickpeas and rinse them. Roughly chop a handful or two of the toasted almonds. Once all the ingredients are ready, place them all in a salad bowl and mix. Add some olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and the salad is ready to eat.

فيليه الدجاج المحشي بالجبن
مقادير الوصفة

6 قطعة كبيرة فيليه دجاج
2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة فلفلاسود
1 ملعقة صغيرة كزبرة
1 ملعقة صغيرة كمون
1 ملعقة صغيرة بابريكا
1/2 كوب بقدونس مفروم
20 حبة مشروم مفروم
1 كوب جبن شيدر مبروش
1 كوب جبن موزاريللا مبروش
1 ملعقة كبيرة جبن بارميزان
1 ملعقة كبيرة زيت زيتون
2 حبة كبيرة بيض
1 كوب بقسماط
1 ملعقة صغيرة ريحان
1 ملعقة صغيرة أوريجانو
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة بابريكا

للقلي

زيت ذرة أو زبدة

طريقة التحضير

1 .ضعي قطعة من ورق الزبدة على طاولة المطبخ. ضعي فيليه الدجاج على الورق وضعي قطعة ثانية من الورق على فيليه الدجاج. باستعمال مطرقة اللحم أطرقي على الدجاج عدة مرات إلى أن تصبح الفيليه رقيقة.
2 .في طبق عميق ضعي الملح، الفلفل، الكزبرة، الكمون، البابريكا، البقدونس، المشروم، الجبن والزيت. بأطراف أصابعك قلبي المواد لتختلط. خذي مقدار 2 إلى3  ملعقة كبيرة من الخليط ثم شكليها إلى أصابع متوسطة الحجم.
3 .ضعي الحشو على طرف فيليه الدجاج. لفي الفيليه على الحشو وثبتي الطرف بعود خشبي صغير.
4 .للتغطية: في طبق واسع ضعي البيض. قلبي البيض إلى أن يتجانس.
5 .في طبق واسع آخر ضعي البقسماط، الريحان، الأوريجانو والبابريكا. قلبي المواد لتختلط.
6 .خذي واحدة من فيليه الدجاج المحشي وضعي في البيض. قلبي إلى أن تتغطى بطبقة وفيرة من البيض ثم ضعي في البقسماط ودحرجيها بخفة إلى
أن تتغطى تماما. ضعي في طبق جانبي. أكملي تغطية بقية فيليه الدجاج.
7 .في مقلاة واسعة ضعي مقدار ١ كوب من الزيت. ضعي المقلاة على نارمتوسطة.
8 .إقلي فيليه الدجاج المحشي في الزيت إلى أن تصبح ذهبية اللون.
9 .أنقلي فيليه الدجاج إلى طبق فرن متوسط الحجم. يمنكنك التخلص من العود الخشبي الآن.
10 . .وزعي بقية خليط الجبن.
11 . .وزعي قليل من زيت الزيتون.
12 . .ثبتي الرف الشبكي في وسط الفرن. سخني الفرن إلى درجة حرارة 180م.
13 . .ضعي الطبق في الفرن لمدة 30 دقيقة إلى أن ينضج الدجاج تماما. .

فيليه الدجاج المحشي بالجبن مقادير الوصفة 6 قطعة كبيرة فيليه دجاج 2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح 1/4 ملعقة صغيرة فلفلاسود 1 ملعقة صغيرة كزبرة 1 ملعقة صغيرة كمون 1 ملعقة صغيرة بابريكا 1/2 كوب بقدونس مفروم 20 حبة مشروم مفروم 1 كوب جبن شيدر مبروش 1 كوب جبن موزاريللا مبروش 1 ملعقة كبيرة جبن بارميزان 1 ملعقة كبيرة زيت زيتون 2 حبة كبيرة بيض 1 كوب بقسماط 1 ملعقة صغيرة ريحان 1 ملعقة صغيرة أوريجانو 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة بابريكا للقلي زيت ذرة أو زبدة طريقة التحضير 1 .ضعي قطعة من ورق الزبدة على طاولة المطبخ. ضعي فيليه الدجاج على الورق وضعي قطعة ثانية من الورق على فيليه الدجاج. باستعمال مطرقة اللحم أطرقي على الدجاج عدة مرات إلى أن تصبح الفيليه رقيقة. 2 .في طبق عميق ضعي الملح، الفلفل، الكزبرة، الكمون، البابريكا، البقدونس، المشروم، الجبن والزيت. بأطراف أصابعك قلبي المواد لتختلط. خذي مقدار 2 إلى3 ملعقة كبيرة من الخليط ثم شكليها إلى أصابع متوسطة الحجم. 3 .ضعي الحشو على طرف فيليه الدجاج. لفي الفيليه على الحشو وثبتي الطرف بعود خشبي صغير. 4 .للتغطية: في طبق واسع ضعي البيض. قلبي البيض إلى أن يتجانس. 5 .في طبق واسع آخر ضعي البقسماط، الريحان، الأوريجانو والبابريكا. قلبي المواد لتختلط. 6 .خذي واحدة من فيليه الدجاج المحشي وضعي في البيض. قلبي إلى أن تتغطى بطبقة وفيرة من البيض ثم ضعي في البقسماط ودحرجيها بخفة إلى أن تتغطى تماما. ضعي في طبق جانبي. أكملي تغطية بقية فيليه الدجاج. 7 .في مقلاة واسعة ضعي مقدار ١ كوب من الزيت. ضعي المقلاة على نارمتوسطة. 8 .إقلي فيليه الدجاج المحشي في الزيت إلى أن تصبح ذهبية اللون. 9 .أنقلي فيليه الدجاج إلى طبق فرن متوسط الحجم. يمنكنك التخلص من العود الخشبي الآن. 10 . .وزعي بقية خليط الجبن. 11 . .وزعي قليل من زيت الزيتون. 12 . .ثبتي الرف الشبكي في وسط الفرن. سخني الفرن إلى درجة حرارة 180م. 13 . .ضعي الطبق في الفرن لمدة 30 دقيقة إلى أن ينضج الدجاج تماما. . . . . . .. #منال_العالم  #أحلى_الوصفات_مع_منال_العالم  #تسلم_الأيادي_الحلوة  #أطباق_شهية #مطبخ_منال_العالم  #ملكة_المطبخ_العربي #العيد #مناسبات  #followforfollow  #subscribe  #recipes  #yummy  #dishes #idea #advice  #easyfood  #insta  #us  #nature  #foodie  #eat  #hungry  #eeeeeat #sweet #food #music  #nature

1.  蕃茄  2個
2.  新鮮免治豬肉  260g
3.  意大利麵  200g 
4.  羅勒意大利蕃茄醬  4湯匙
5.  紅葱頭  2粒
6.  白醋  1湯匙
7.  糖  2茶匙
8.  海鹽  1茶匙
9.  黑胡椒  少許
10. 紹興酒  1茶匙
11. 橄欖油  1湯匙
12. 香草碎  2湯匙
13. 蕃芫茜  少許 ====================================
🍅醃豬肉材料:
1. 糖  1茶匙
2. 生抽  2茶匙
3. 生粉  1茶匙
4. 麻油  1茶匙
5. 胡椒粉  少許 ====================================
🍒做法:

Step 1:
將免治豬加入醃肉材料,醃15分鐘

Step 2:
燒一煲水,放意大利麵煮約7-8分鐘,煮好備用(*每種意粉牌子所煮的時間有所不同)

Step 3:
將紅葱頭切碎備用、蕃茄切粒備用

Step 4:
燒紅鍋,中火,倒橄欖油、紅葱頭爆香

Step 5:
倒入已醃的豬肉炒2分鐘,加少許酒,炒香

Step 6: 
加入蕃茄粒炒1分鐘,再加入意大利蕃茄醬、香草碎、白醋、水、糖、海鹽、胡椒粉、,轉小火煮至蕃茄淋身

Step 7:
加少許、黑胡椒

Step 8:
將煮好的肉醬汁倒上意大利麵上,灑上少許蕃芫茜,完成!✨😋 ====================================

Mango-Madness Cheesecake

For the Base
16 nos large Digestives-biscuits, crumbled
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
¼ cup melted Butter

Press into base of 9” pan + up the sides if preferred. Bake @ 175⁰C for about 10mins. Remove from oven & Cool-off.

For the Filling (Cream)
2 x (250grms block) Cream-Cheese, softened
2/3 cup Sugar
2 nos medium-sized Eggs
1 cup Sour-Cream
1 ½ cup pureed Mangoes
1 tbsp Cornflour (fold-in last)

Pour onto prepared base. Bake in a water-bath at 160°C for 1 hour and switch off oven. Leave cake In the hot-oven for another 1 hour. (with door closed) Cool-off, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight before glazing.

For the Mango-Glaze
1 tsp Gelatine
1/4 cup boiling-Water
1/2 cup Mango-puree
😸
Dissolve gelatin into hot-water and stir this into the mango puree until smooth. Pour topping gently onto chilled cheesecake (unmould first) and refrigerate for at least 3 hrs before decorating / cutting & serving. Enjoy.😊

125 gr di farina 00

13 gr di lievito di birra fresco

5 gr di zucchero

•Per il condimento 🍅

Procedimento 🥣
IMPASTO COL BIMBY:
Versate nel boccale l’acqua, l’olio, il lievito, lo zucchero e lasciate lavorare per 2 minuti vel. 4 a 37°. A questo punto unite le farine precedentemente mescolate e setacciate, il miele, il sale e impastate per 4 minuti con modalità spiga. Prendete l’impasto, formate una palla e trasferitela in una ciotola oleata. Coprite con un foglio di pellicola e lasciate lievitare fino al raddoppio. Una volta lievitato, stendete l’impasto lasciandolo dello spessore di circa 1 cm e ricavate le vostre pizzette aiutandovi con un coppapasta (7/8 cm di diametro) o semplicemente con un bicchiere. Trasferite le pizzette sulle teglie ricoperte con carta da forno, disponetele in modo ordinato, copritele con pellicola trasparente e con un canovaccio e lasciatele raddoppiare di volume. Una volta lievitate passate al condimento. Ricopritele con la salsa di pomodoro precedentemente condita con olio e un pizzico di sale e procedete con la prima cottura: 15 minuti a 200°, forno statico preriscaldato. Trascorso il primo quarto d’ora sfornatele e farcitele con la mozzarella, eventualmente aggiungete altro condimento a piacere (prosciutto, gorgonzola, funghi ecc.) e passate alla seconda cottura: 5 minuti a 200°, forno statico. 
IMPASTO A MANO:
Sciogliete completamente il lievito nell’acqua tiepida. Una volta pronto versatelo in una terrina insieme alle farine, allo zucchero, all’olio, al miele e iniziate ad impastare. Quando gli ingredienti inizieranno ad amalgamarsi aggiungete il sale sciolto in un goccio d’acqua e continuate ad impastare. Quando il composto avrà una consistenza liscia e omogenea trasferitela su un piano leggermente infarinato e lavoratelo energicamente. Formate la palla e proseguite come indicato nella seconda parte nel procedimento con il Bimby. @bimbyitalia

Made this with leftover baked salsa chicken thigh that I kept in a freezer from 2 weeks ago. First time using toasted brioche as burger buns and they went surprisingly well with the chicken. I don’t usually plan my dinner, most of time is spur of the moment kinda thing, see whatever I can grab from the supermarkets & what’s leftover in the fridge.

I thawed the leftover chicken in the fridge overnight then heated it up in a hot pan with some oil till the skin crisped up & meat was heated through before using it for the burgers.

There isn’t much of a recipe to share actually. I marinated the chicken thighs overnight with some leftover tomato salsa. I then brown them over the stove before sending them to a 200C oven to finish off the cooking. Afterward I just kept the leftover piece in the freezer.
