Buongiorno, dopo tanto tempo mi sono decisa a intraprendere seriamente questo percorso. Si tratta di un percorso per il raggiungimento di una libertà fisica e mentale, un percorso di condivisione e di speranza di poter dare supporto e riceverne. Questi social che spesso vengono accusati credo siano dannosi solo se usati in malo modo, ma se gli si impiega con la testa e per le giuste azioni sono convinta possano aiutare. Alla fine si creano grandi famiglie di condivisione e supporto, si comprende di non essere soli e spero che tutto questo accada. Detto ció è proprio vero, oggi è lunedì e non ci si puó permettere di perdere tempo nel fare bene qualcosa di superficiale, ci lamentiamo di quanto siano poche 24 ore e quindi è arrivato il momento di scandirle in ció che serve per sdraiarci a letto e pensare a quanto siamo stati produttivi e a quanto siamo riusciti a fare!

😍Creamy Smoked Salmon & Chives Baked Potatoes 🥔 .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
These are very easy to make and this combo tastes unreal ❤️😻🌟
▪️4 baking potatoes [washed]
▪️250g smoked salmon [flaked]
▪️200g soft cheese
▪️2/3 tbsp of milk
▪️2 tbsp chopped chives
▪️60g of mature cheddar [grated]
▫️Pre-heat oven to 200C/400F. Prick the skins of potatoes and place on top shelf in the preheated oven. Bake for 60 minutes once skins are crisp & centres are soft! [Check by piercing with a sharp knife]
▫️Blend soft cheese, with 2/3 tbsp of milk, chives, Himalayan salt & pepper.
▫️Then, cut the potatoes in half, carefully scoop the potato flesh out of the skins [leave the skins aside] then add the potato flesh to soft cheese mixture and add smoked salmon flakes - mash together in a bowl 🙃
▫️Spoon the filling into each potato skin and top with grated cheese. Pop under the grill on high, until cheese is bubbling and golden...and enjoy😻 🧀 .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Spaghetti meatballs, exquisite 👌🏼
1-Barilla wholewheat spaghetti.
8-Barilla Tomato pasta sauce.
9-Spices ( @thegymchef tomato&herbs spice, salt & black pepper )
1-Start by boiling water with a pinch of salt & olive oil.
2-When it starts boiling add in the pasta & boil for 8 min.
3-Take the pasta out & place it in ice cold water to cool it down.
4-Pour a bit of olive oil & mix the pasta throughly so it absorbs the oil perfectly then set it aside.
5-In a bowl mix ground meat, chopped onions, spices, eggs & breadcrumbs then mix them throughly.
6-On a tray spray a bit of cooking spray.
7-Start shaping the meat into balls ( Not too big & not too small )
9-Place the tray of meatballs in d oven till its brown & fully cooked.
10-Take it out & let it cool.
11-In a mixture, mix tomatoes, onions, basil, tomato pasta sauce & spices..
12-Sauté chopped onions & garlic.
13-Add half the prepared sauce mixture.
14-Add spices & cook for 5 min.
15-Add 3/4 of the sauce on the pasta.
16-Add in the meatballs to the remaining sauce.

A traditional bowl of Tom Yum soup is an infusion of galangal, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, chillies, lime juices and choices of vegetables and protein, shrimp is the most commonly used•
A creamy version was developed later on by adding evaporated milk or any similar dairy products•
The balance of flavours, textures and ingredients undoubtedly made the dish become one of the most popular Thai dishes at home and abroad.

Amritsari Chicken Masala Recipe😋
500 Gram Chicken
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3 tsp Curd
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Onion, chopped
2 tsp Butter
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder, chopped
1 tsp Ginger
1/2 Cup Water
1 tsp Salt
1 Green Chilli
1/2 tsp Sugar
3 tsp Butter
3 tsp Cream
How to Make:
For marination:1.Take chicken in big bowl.
Add ginger-garlic paste, curd, lemon juice, vinegar, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt and chopped onion to the chicken.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Keep aside for marination for 2 hours.
Take butter in a hot pan, add red chilli powder to it.
Saute them in a pan.
Add coriander powder, cumin powder and chopped ginger to it.
Saute them well.
Add water to the pan and mix well.
Add salt, green chilli, tomato and sugar. Mix well.
Take butter in another hot pan and spread it all along the sides of the pan.
Add the marinated chicken into the pan.
Saute the chicken with the butter.
Cover the pan to let the chicken cook.
Remove the lid and check if the chicken has turned golden brown and the butter has subsided.
Add the cooked tomato gravy to the chicken and mix well.
Cover the pan again and let it cook for a while.
Now remove the lid and add cream to the gravy.
Mix them well.
Serve hot, topped with butter, coriander leaves and green chillies.
