These maple roasted nuts a really good healthy snack that will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth 🌰. They are super easy to make and you can store them for weeks 🤓.

You will need (approximately) ~
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup of brazil nuts
1/2 cup of cashew nuts
3 tbsp maple syrup
A sprinkle of cayenne pepper and a dash of salt (optional)

Heat your oven to 180 degrees, line a tray with parchment paper and spread the nuts out. Pop the maple syrup in a bowl and add a dash of cayenne pepper, this gives them an incredible flavour 💥. Pour the mix over the nuts and coat them all, place in the oven for 10/15mins, keep a close eye on them! Allow to fully cool before you transfer to a bowl 🐒.

This PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE recipe is easy and has just the right amount of pumkin flavor. It's inspired by Fall, makes your home smell incredible, and will have your dinner guests super happy.

Ingredients
¼ cup margarine or butter, melted
1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
Three 8 ounce Packages cream cheese, softened
One 14-ounce Sweetened condensed milk
2 cups Pureed pumpkin
3 eggs
1 cup maple syrup
1 ½ Tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tsp ground nutmeg
½ Tsp salt
1 cup whipping cream
½ cup Chopped pecans 
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine margarine, crumbs, and sugar; press firmly on bottom of 9inch springform pan or 13x9 inch baking pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually whisk in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. 
2. Add pumpkin, eggs, ¼ cup maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. 
3. Meanwhile, to prepare maple glaze in a saucepan combine remaining ¾ cup maple syrup, 1 cup whipping cream; bring to a boil. Boil rapidly 15 to 20 minutes; stir occasionally. Add ½ cup chopped pecans. Cool. Chill. Top with maple pecan glaze, and refrigerate leftovers. Makes 8 to 10 servings. More pumpkin recipes available at damien-pierre.com!

I feel like my whole life people have told me to do something new every week/month. Do something that scares you! Well me being me I thought that those things had to be climb mountains, ending world hunger or finding a cure cancer. The stress of being “good enough” crippled me and kept me from trying anything new. -

Никита Михалков 🎥🎬🇷🇺 и его любимая запеченая утка с тыквой и яблоками🐔🍜 ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ : 🔶Утка - 1,5 кг.
🔶Яблоко - 2 шт.
🔶Тыква - 150 г.
🔶Соль, чёрный молотый перец - по вкусу
🔶Растительное масло - 1 ч. л.
🔶Чеснок - 2 зубчика
🔶Сухой розмарин - 0,5 ч. л.

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ:🍽 ♦1. Утку промыть под холодной проточной водой, обсушить бумажным полотенцем. Утку внутри и снаружи хорошо натереть солью и перцем, взбрызнуть растительным маслом.
♦2. Тыкву, очищенную от кожуры и семян, и яблоки нарезать средними кусочками, смешать с розмарином и хорошо перемешать получившуюся начинку. ♦3. Начинить утку подготовленной начинкой. ♦4. Чтобы начинка во время выпекания не выпала, нужно зашить или скрепить зубочистками брюшко утки. ♦5. Запекать утку с тыквой в разогретой до 180 градусов духовке 1,5-2 часа, периодически поливая её выделившимся соком. За 5 минут до готовности выдавить на утку чеснок и с помощью ложки растереть его по всей поверхности. ♦6. Утку достать из духовки и проверить на готовность, из готовой утки, при прокаливании бедрышек, будет вытекать прозрачный сок, а нож будет легко и мягко входить в мясо. 
Вкусная, ароматная утка, запеченная с тыквой в духовке, готова. Разрезать её на порционные кусочки и подать на стол с кусочками тыквы и яблок. Приятного аппетита!🍴

Here is my Apple Puree Banana Bread Recipe – a nice twist on a classic recipe

Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
Handful of raisins
1 tablespoon of honey
2 cups of oat flour
1/2 cup of apple puree
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 whole banana halved (for top)

Ingredients for the apple puree:
5-6 medium sized apples, preferably of different varieties (braeburn, cox, gala)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon low calorie sweetener (eg: Splenda)

Directions:
Start by making the apple puree

1. Wash the apples then peel, core and slice them.
2. Place the apples in a large pan and then put in enough water to cover them up.
3. Bring apples to the boil, then gently simmer for 15-20 minutes or until soft.
4. Drain the apples, then, using a hand blender/ potato masher or spoon, mash the apples into a thick puree
5. Place in the fridge to cool before adding.
6. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan.
7. In a large bowl, slice the bananas and use an electric mixer to mash.
8. Add the honey and raisins and blend. Let mixture stand for 15 minutes.
9. Add applesauce and eggs and mix well. Blend in the remaining ingredients.
10. Pour into the greased loaf pan, place the whole halves bananas on top  and bake for 55 minutes.
11. Remove from the oven and let stand again for 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Perdooon no tuve tiempo pero aquí les dejo la receta de estos súper cupcakes de chocolate sin gluten con frosting de limón: 
Masa: yo use 1 y 1/2 taza de premezcla sin gluten de noglut @nutrisa_chile (pueden usar también 1 y 1/2 taza de harina de arroz, 1/2 taza de maicena o chuño), 1/2 taza de tagatosa + sucralosa, 3 cdtas de polvos de hornear, 3 huevos, 1/2 taza de aceite de coco derretido, 3/4 taza de leche, 4 cdas de cacao amargo y 1 cda de vainilla. Mezclan en un bowl los líquidos y en otro los sólidos, la leche no la agreguen hasta el final, una vez que hayan mezclado todo, así van viendo la cantidad de humedad que necesita la mezcla. Puede que les quede líquida porque así es la harina de arroz, así que no se preocupen. Dejen reposar la mezcla unos 5 minutos antes de meterla al horno. Yo lo hice en moldes de silicona, salieron 16 cupcakes pero aconsejaría que mejor lo hagan engrasando un poco un molde de aluminio porque como la mezcla es más líquida que la tradicional es más difícil meter el molde de silicona al horno sin que se derrame nada. Llenen los espacios para los cupcakes y cocinar por 20 min aprox. Frosting: 200 ml de leche + 200 gr de leche en polvo, 5 limones, 2 cdas de tagatosa o 20 gotas de endulzante líquido, licuar con mini pimer y meter al refrigerador mientras se cocinan los cupcakes. Slow Cooker Chorizo Rice 😍🙌
Recipe: 
250g of Long grain rice (I used two boil in the bag rice) 
100g chorizo
Fresh or frozen veg I used frozen peppers, onion and mushrooms 
@knorruk vegetable stock pot with 600ml water 
2 crushed cloves of garlic 
2 tsp paprika 
2 tsp all season spice 
1 tsp Cajun 
1 tsp coriander 
2 tsp oregano 
Half a tsp black pepper
All spices from @aldi_ireland and coriander is in the frozen section.
Method: Mix it all up and slow cook for 3.5 hours or high for 2-2.5 hours. 🙌🙌 .

Thai chicken noodle soup:
✔️shredded chicken breast 🍗 ✔️coconut oil
✔️Thai red curry paste 🥫
✔️minced ginger
✔️chicken broth 🍲
✔️red onion
✔️matchstick carrots 🥕

✔️bell pepper 🌶
✔️snow peas
✔️brown rice noodles 🍜
✔️coconut milk 🥥
✔️limes
✔️cilantro 🌿
✔️sesame seeds

Heat up a tablespoon 🥄 of coconut oil and sauté thinly sliced red onion for 3-4 min until translucent 👻  Add some minced garlic & ginger and stir for 30 seconds. Mix in 3 tablespoons of red curry paste 💥 for 2-3 min until it thickens

Add 6 cups chicken broth 🥘 and bring to a boil. Reduce to summer and add cooked, shredded chicken. In the meantime, bring water 💦 to a boil and prepare rice noodles per package instructions

Add noodles, 🥕, snow peas and sliced bell pepper to the soup. Scoop a cup of broth out of the pot and blend 🌀 with the can of coconut milk 🥛 Add the blended mixture back into the pot, stir and simmer for 5 min ⏱

Squeeze in fresh lime juice before serving and top off with chopped 🔪 cilantro, green onion 🎋, and sesame seeds

So I’m back on Instagram and I miss posting some of my magical recipes 😊 here’s the jerk shrimp recipe, so easy and so good! 
Ingredients
1 mango, peeled and finely chopped— 1/2 avocado, finely chopped— 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper— 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro —1 tablespoon fresh lime juice— 1 teaspoon sugar— 1/4 teaspoon— salt 2 pounds unpeeled large raw shrimp— 1 red onion, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices— 2 tablespoons olive oil —3 tablespoons Jamaican Jerk Rub

Step 1
Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl, and set salsa aside.

Step 2
Peel shrimp, leaving tails on; devein. Toss shrimp and onion with oil in a large bowl, sprinkle with Jamaican Jerk Rub, and toss to coat. Grill shrimp and onion over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 6 minutes, or just until shrimp turn pink, turning once. Chop onion and add to salsa mixture, stirring gently. Serve shrimp with salsa.

Pochoclos Dulces🍿súper caramelizados y crocantes mejores que los del cine.
Sandwiches se miga y un Budín que la Rompe súper fácil de Chocolate, oreos y relleno con Dulce de leche🤤👊🏼👊🏼 📌 Budín de Chocolate, Oreos y DDL by @melyank ✔️1 pote de crema
✔️ 3 huevos ✔️200gr de azúcar ✔️180gr de harina leudante ✔️4 cdas nesquik o cacao
✔️ 5 cdtas de Dulce de leche repostero y oreos cantidad necesaria o lo goloso que seas 🐷
Precalenta el horno.
Mientras tanto en un bowl pone la crema, incorporar el azúcar y mezclar con batidor de mano, Súmale los huevos ya batidos.
Por último incorporas la harina tamizada, el cacao hasta incorporar bien todo y pedacitos de galletitas oreos .
En una Budinera enmantecada poner la preparación, agregar el Dulce de Leche.
Llevar a horno precalentado, a fuego mínimo durante 40/45 minutos para que no se queme. Cuando lo retiras lo decoras con oreos en pedacitos. Y a disfrutar 🙃

Again didn’t have time for a proper breakfast even though I woke up sooo hungry and just had time for a banana. 
Then I bought a soup pack with butternut squash and red onion & put it in my soup maker but it wasn’t that great. When you look forward to every meal then it’s super disappointing when it tastes blah! Later on when the kids came home I had 2 crackerbreads with low fat cottage cheese and cucumber & tomato. 
My dinner was the highlight of the day with a big fat piece of salmon, stir fry & 85g rice noodles. It was absolutely delish! Then I had yum jelly with raspberries. 
Because most of the food I ate today were zero points on Ww it meant tonight I could treat myself to an options hot choc, 1 Oreo & 2 rich teas 🐽 & I still had points to spare 😇 
Also did a weights class with @lrpt.fitness 💪🏼

I LOVED these!! In fact, I'm enjoying these leftovers for lunch! I made them as a side dish to bring to dinner at my in-laws. They aren't veggie people, but even they enjoyed them.
NOTES: I don't think the extra oil is really necessary since the bacon cooks down in it's own fat. It just went to waste in the bottom of the pan. If you do use the oil, use coconut instead! Before baking them I sprinkled a little coconut sugar over the top. It gave them a nice caramelized glaze. Yum!!

Hello Gente!!! Que mejor manera de comenzar tu semana que con un Deli deli Risotto de Hongos 🤤🙌🏻

Vas a necesitar para prepararlo:
.
- 1 taza de arroz arborio / arroz especial para risotto
- 1 taza de agua y 1/2 de caldo de pollo ó vegetales ( de igual manera duranre la cocción iras viendo si es necesario más liquido)
- Hongos fileteados 800 grs ( o cantidad a gusto)
- 1 cebolla
- 1 copa de vino blanco moscato
- Sal al gusto
- Queso parmesano
- Aceite de oliva
- 75 gramos de mantequilla - Perejil para decorar

A mi particularmente me gusta el risotto cremoso, pero para los que les gusta mas asopado- agüado pueden retirarlo antes del fuego

La costra de parmesano la haces colocando un puñito de parmesano rallado en un sartén o plancha totalmente secos y esperas que se dore de lado y lado. Luego lo dejas enfriar para poder emplatarlo en tu risotto

Red Wine Brownies

FOR THE BROWNIE:
• 120 grams dark chocolate, chopped
• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup Pinot Noir
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
• 1 whole large egg + 1 egg yolk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup all purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons dutch process cocoa powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

FOR THE HOT FUDGE:
• 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
• 3 tablespoons Pinot Noir
• 120 grams chopped dark chocolate
• 2 tablespoons light brown sugar

TO SERVE:
• Vanilla ice cream
• Berries

1. Preheat the oven to 180° C
2. In a large microwave safe bowl, combine chopped chocolate, unsalted butter & 1/4 cup of red wine. Loosely cover & microwave for 30 seconds. Stir & continue to microwave - stir in 15 second intervals until the chocolate is completely melted & the mixture is smooth.
3. While still hot, mix in the sugars & stir to dissolve. Allow the batter to cool for a couple of minutes & then mix in the egg, egg yolk, & vanilla extract.
4. Once well-combined, fold in the flour, cocoa powder & salt until no white streaks or clumps remain. Be careful not to overmix.
5. Pour the brownie batter into an 8 inch cast iron skillet & smooth with the back of a spoon so that the batter is even. Bake until cooked through but still soft, about 18-20 minutes.
6. While the brownie bakes, make the hot fudge. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, red wine & dark chocolate. Loosely cover & microwave for 30 seconds. Stir & continue to microwave - stir in 15 second intervals until completely melted and smooth. While still hot, mix in the light brown sugar. Set aside.
7. When the brownie is ready, top it with vanilla ice cream and berries and drizzle with the red wine hot fudge. Serve warm.

RECIPE BELOW👇 Now that it's winter I feel like it's time to start cooking a load of soups and stews! This butterbean & vegetable soup was delicious!! (Serves 4)
Ingredients:
1 celery stick, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1 leek, trimmed & sliced
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp chopped rosemary
600ml veggie stock
1 X 400g can chopped tomatoes
1 X 400g can butter beans, drained

Method:
Fry the celery, carrots, leek and paprika over a medium heat for 3-4 mins. Pour over the stock and tomatoes then add the butter beans and rosemary. Bring to the boil then cover and simmer for 15 mins.

(Serves 4) Ingredients: 1 celery stick, sliced 2 carrots, sliced 1 leek, trimmed & sliced 2 tsp smoked paprika 2 tsp chopped rosemary 600ml veggie stock 1 X 400g can chopped tomatoes 1 X 400g can butter beans, drained Method: Fry the celery, carrots, leek and paprika over a medium heat for 3-4 mins. Pour over the stock and tomatoes then add the butter beans and rosemary. Bring to the boil then cover and simmer for 15 mins.
