Mochi dengan Keju Cheesy? Buat yuk, mudah lho!
Cheesy Keju Mochi Gulung Pandan Cokelat
7 sdm tepung ketan putih
3 sdm tepung terigu
2 sdm gula
¼ sdt garam
100 ml air
1 tetes pasta pandan dilarutkan dalam 30 ml air
20 g meisis
50 g Cheesy Favourite Cheddar, parut
Minyak goreng secukupnya
1.Campur tepung terigu, tepung ketan, gula, garam dan air sampai rata tidak ada tepung yang menggumpal.
2.Masukkan adonan dalam loyang 20x20 cm yang sudah dioles dengan minyak goreng.
4.Kukus adonan selama ± 20 menit atau sampai matang cek menggunakan tusuk sate atau garpu.
6.Olesi mochi dengan pasta pandan yang telah dilarutkan dalam air, ratakan. Taburi dengan meisis. Biarkan dingin.
7.Gulung mochi, lalu gulingkan mochi pada parutan keju.

Egal wie ich mein Fleisch gewürzt habe, jedesmal hat es mir einfach nicht geschmeckt . Zu wenig , zu viel , zu langweilig und so weiter !
Doch dann fand ich das Rezept für die geilste Marinade mal im Internet und nichts geht mehr ohne Sie !
Hierfür mixt du folgende Zutaten:
👉🏼frischer Ingwer 👉🏼Sojasoße 👉🏼Knoblauch 👉🏼Sesamöl
👉🏼kleine Zweige frischer Rosmarin
Marinade mit Fleisch in Zipper Beutel geben und mind. 2 Std im Kühlschrank ziehen lassen . Umso länger die Marinade einziehen kann, umso intensiver der Geschmack !

Apple Crumble Bars! Couldn't resist to eat one before the picture 😋 The base is a buttery pastry with an apple cinnamon filling finished with an oat crumble.
To make the apple sauce:
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
Juice of one lemon
Peel, core and chop the apples before combining it into a saucepan with water and lemon juice. After the apples have boiled down, add the cinnamon powder and sugar. Let it cool and refrigerate.

I tweaked the Asian quinoa salad from @minimalistbaker, to get the sauce juusssst right! Steamed broccoli and edamame paired with tricolor quinoa mean super tasty vegan protein times!!Then I added a delicious @vitalfarms hardboiled egg and some avocado... yum!!! 😋
1. Quinoa. 🌱 Heat a small saucepan over medium heat. Add 1 tsp sesame oil and 1/3 cup rinsed quinoa. Toast quinoa, stirring frequently, for 2-3 minutes, then add 2/3 cup water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Then reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 20 minutes (or until liquid is absorbed). Once cooked, fluff with a fork and set off of the heat.
2. Broccoli and edamame. 🥦 Add 1 inch of water to a medium saucepan, heat over medium-high heat, and insert a steamer basket. Bring water to a simmer and then add 1 cup frozen edamame, then 1 large head chopped broccoli and cover. Cook for 2 minutes to gently thaw the edamame and steam the broccoli. Then remove from heat and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
3. Cabbage and pepper. 🌶 Shred 1.5 cups of red cabbage. Thinly slice 1/2 red pepper. Add both to mixing bowl.
4. Dressing. 👩🍳 Whisk together 1 Tbsp peanut butter, 1.5 tsp chili garlic sauce, 1.5 Tbsp maple syrup, 3 Tbsp soy sauce, 2 Tbsp lime juice, 2.5 Tbsp toasted sesame oil, and 1 tsp fresh minced ginger.
5. Mix it up! ✨ Add cooled quinoa and dressing to mixing bowl and combine everything well. Refrigerate until time to eat! 😋

2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/3 cup butter, melted

2 cups beef ragu
3 fresh lasagna sheets, cooked
1 cup grated mozzarella
1 cup torn buffalo mozzarella
1 cup grated parmesan

A honey ant, this was the best thing i ate in 2017. They’re basically overfeed ants, that carry the burden as food storage for the colony, in case of a dry spell. Their abdomen, the size of a small grape is full of a sweet and sour nectar. It’s seriously amazing. A traditional food source in some rural part of Mexico and Australia

I call it the Berry Dream Cake because while eating it I picture myself swimming in a river of raspberry juice in a land where ice cream grows on trees 🦄 okay, okay.. I’ll share the recipe 😛😘 Save this now : Ingredients :
60g buckwheat flour
100g oat flour
100g coconut sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 banana (100g)
100g vegan butter
zest of one organic lemon
100ml almond milk
80g vegan yoghurt, unsweetened
80g raspberries + more to garnish
100g blueberries + more to garnish
*for the cream:
50g cashews, soaked in water for 4h and drained
3 tbsp vegan yoghurt
3 tbsp maple syrup
juice of half a lemon
Preheat oven to 200C.Blend oats and almonds in a food processor until fine flour consistency.
Then add the flour mixture to a big bowl and add in buckwheat flour and baking powder.
Now add banana, butter, lemon zest and sugar to the food processor and blend until creamy.
Pour the butter cream into the dry ingredients and add almond milk. Mix all well together until you have a smooth batter.
Carefully fold in raspberries and blueberries.
Add batter to the greased and parchment paper lines, 20cm baking pan and bake for 35-40 min.
Once ready, let cool down completely.
For the cream topping simply blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth.
Top cake with cream and more berries.

📝Como bons carnívoros já fomos pedindo uma belíssima picanha, perguntamos ao garçom quantas pessoas serviam o que pedimos e ele respondeu: serve bem 2 pessoas! Kkkkkk mas como podem ver 3 comem fácil! Só não gostei que pedi ao ponto e veio bem passada (sem sangue) mas fora isso não tenho o que reclamar.
