Finally starting to feel human again. Note to self, do not ever take more than 1 sleeping tablet no matter how tired you are! Still not much of an appetite but not as sniffly as I have been so managed the worlds best breakfast before a full day of work. Eggs on toast with avo and vegemite 😊 hoping I feel 100% tomorrow!

Autumn 🍂: Feeling quite a chill today and so much rain makes it even chillier! Hence I made Potatoes and chorizo stew Rioja style. #patatasalariojana Halfway through cooking, the lovely Spanish terracotta dish I ordered from Amazon had a crack going right through the dish! Immediately I transferred the stew into the stainless braiser. Fortunately the stew was safe but annoyed the new terracotta wasn't, even it was new and I have used it very carefully 😑 The tasty potatoes and the #escabeches tuna did make up for the evening nevertheless. 😋 #spanishfood#potatostew#recipeoftheday#homecooking#espanol#londonlife#chorizo#autumfood
