Bahan:
3 butir telur
100 gr tepung terigu
75 gr gula halus
1 sdt vanila
1 sdt baking powder
50 gr mentega cair

Bahan puding:
1 bungkus agar-agar plain
100 gr buah kupas
100 gr gula
750 ml air

Cara pembuatan
1. Campurkan gula dan telur dalam satu wadah lalu kocok hingga mengembang.
2. Tambahkan tepung terigu, vanila, dan baking powder. Aduk hingga tercampur rata. Setelah itu, tambahkan mentega cair, aduk lagi hingga tercampur.
3. Masukkan ke dalam panci rice cooker, lalu masak hingga matang.
4. Campurkan bahan puding dalam satu panci, lalu masak hingga mendidih. Angkat dan tunggu hangat.
5. Masukkan puding yang sudah hangat kedalam panci rice cooker yang berisi kue yang telah matang. Dingingkan hingga padat, lalu sajikan.

Sandwich Mozzarella goreng ini merupakan perpaduan lezat antara stik mozzarella dan keju panggang.

BAHAN:
4 lembar roti, tanpa pinggiran
120 gr mozzarella segar
2 butir telur
250 ml susu
4 sdm tepung terigu
Minyak canola untuk menggoreng
Saus marinara untuk celupan
Pilihan isian puttanesca: 
Capers
Ikan teri fillet
kalamata olive
Tomat kering

CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Letakan 2 irisan keju mozzarella diantara 2 lembar roti. Jika anda ingin menambahkan isian puttanesca, campur bahan-bahan tersebut kedalam cobek dan ulekan atau food processor, dan oleskan diatas roti sebelum ditambahkan dengan keju. Sesuaikan bentuk roti dengan keinginanmu, silang atau segitiga.
2. Siapkan tempat untuk proses pelapisan: tempatkan tepung pada satu wadah, campur telur dan susu di wadah yang lain. Lapisi sandwich dengan tepung terigu, ratakan lapisan tepung dan rendam di dalam campuran telur. 
3. Panaskan minyak lalu goreng sandwich pada kedua bagian, hingga cokelat keemasan dan kering. 
4. Sajikan tanpa atau dengan saus marinara sebagai celupan.

Ingredients

1/2 pint heavy cream 
2 eggs (yolks and whites divided)
1/4 cup xylitol 
1/4 teaspoon pure stevia extract 
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
dash of cloves
dash of cinnamon

Instructions

Using a mixer, beat egg yolks until they lighten in color.
Add the xylitol, stevia, cream, nutmeg, vanilla, cloves, and cinnamon. 
Beat until well combined.
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. 
Whisk egg whites into cream mixture.
Chill, enjoy, and know that this is what egg nog is supposed to taste like!

O yüzden ilk kez yiyenlerin midesine lök diye oturma, sıkı çiğnemek gerektiğinden çene ağrısı yapma ihtimali var. Yine bizim simitten farkı üzümlü, tarçınlı, kepekli, bluberryli, susamlı, herşeyli (everything) vs. çeşitleri oluşu. 
Bu ekmeği youtubedan everything ekşi mayalı ekmek tarifini izleyip yaptım. 
Pişerkenki kokusunu mu anlatayım, bir pazar sabahı üzerine tereyağı, peynir sürüp yemenin keyfini mi bilmiyorum. Bayıldık. Allah cimrileri sevmez. Paylaşayım, siz de yapın, bayılın.
İkişer çay kaşığı susam, mavi haşhaş, kurutulmuş soğan ve sarımsak tozunu karıştırıyoruz. Ekşi mayalı ekmeğimizin üstüne yumurta beyazı sürdükten sonra bu karışımı serpiyoruz.

I think I’m in love. 
This healthy, high protein, high fiber, sugar free cookie dough is what dreams are made of. 
I just threw ingredients in without measuring. Here are my guesstimates: 
1 cup cooked chickpeas or 1 can 
2 TBSP pumpkin (not completely necessary; I just needed to use it up) 
2-3 TBSP natural room temperature peanut butter (but feel free to add more; the more the merrier😋)
Dash vanilla extract
1scoop @vega_team salted caramel protein & greens (aka my fave protein powder) 
1TBSP coconut flour 
1-2 tsp flaxseed meal 
2-3TBSP peanut flour 
1-2 scoops collagen peptides (optional; boosts protein w/o any additional flavor) 
Liquid of choice (I chose @bolthousefarms unsweetened protein plant milk) 
I blended it all in my handy-dandy vitamix. It can be a little runny while you’re blending because will thicken more once it’s refrigerated. The coconut flour and flaxseed meal will absorb some excess liquid and the peanut butter will thicken. 
Guys, the protein powder is what makes it 🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 so make sure you love whatever protein powder you choose.  Also, taste as you go. You may find a little dash of this or splash of that makes it even better.

I obviously just eat it with a spoon and pair it with @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips. 😋

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ:
🥚100 г ц/з муки
🥚25 г овсяных хлопьев
🥚50 г меда
🥚19-20мл кокосового масла
🥚1 ч. л. разрыхлителя
🥚1 ч. л. кукурузного крахмала
🥚150 г ягод/фруктов (лучше брать кисленькие, вишня/малина)
🥚орешки (по желанию) •

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ :🔪
✏Фрукты/ягоды нарезать, смешать с 1/2 меда и крахмалом. Поставить на огонь и довести до загустения (как джем).
✏Смешать муку, 1/2 меда, овсяные хлопья, кокосовое масло и разрыхлитель до однородного состояния и разделить на 2 части (тесто должно получиться липким и рассыпчатым). ✏️Руками сформировать из теста 1 прямоугольник размером 16 на16 см на бумаге для выпекания.  Выложить на него джем, и сверху руками разложить/посыпать оставшееся тесто

🥚150g berries or fruits (cherries/raspberries or any other fruit with a sour taste are recommended)
🥚whole almonds/nuts for decoration (optional) 
PREPARATION:🔪
✏ First, cut the berries. Place them in a small pot/pan, add half the honey and corn starch. After that, boil the mixture over a gentle heat, until it thickens to a jam-like consistency, constantly stirring.
✏ Mix together the flour, remaining honey, oats, coconut oil and baking powder in a mixing bowl until smooth to make dough (it should be still slightly sticky and have a crumbly texture). ✏️Then, divide the dough into 2 parts. With your hands shape one 16x16 cm rectangle on a baking paper. Next, place the berry mixture and top the remaining dough
✏ Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
✏ When baked, divide the snack into 4 parts and cool it down. It can be decorated with almonds/nuts (optional).

Directions: put all in a GLASS dropper bottle, shake, and apply after on a dry, clean face.

⏩Maple syrup for dressing (or honey)

Ingredients
3-4 medium zucchini
1 pound raw shrimp peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
3-4 garlic cloves minced or crushed
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or oregano optional
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes adjust to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Freshly grated parmesan or chopped parsley to garnish, optional

Instructions
Wash and trim the ends of the zucchini. Make the zucchini noodles using a spiralizer and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp to the hot pan, season with salt and pepper cook for 1 minute. Add the garlic, Italian seasoning, and crushed pepper to the pan. Cook for another minute per side or until shrimp is light pink and garlic is golden brown. Transfer to a bowl.
Add the Butter and zucchini noodles to the same pan, season with salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes or until tender.
Return the cooked shrimp to the pan and stir through. Garnished with freshly grated parmesan cheese or/and chopped parsley.

It was AMAZING being able to come home and just pop them in the oven to get crispy again.  It's crazy how one thing, like not having to make a full dinner from scratch, makes you feel so free! Lol!

Fried Top Round •Pound out each cut with a tenderizer until they're pretty thin •Heat vegetable oil in frying pan •Whisk egg and a splash of milk •On a plate combine almond flour, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper •Dip cutlet in egg and coat with breadcrumb mixture •Fry about 4 minutes on each side

2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts halved horizontally to make 4 or pounded thin and cut in half⁣ ⁣⁣
2 tablespoons flour ⁣ ⁣⁣
2 tablespoons finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese⁣ ⁣⁣
1 teaspoon salt⁣ ⁣⁣
Cracked pepper⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣
For The Sauce:⁣ ⁣⁣
1 tablespoon olive oil⁣ ⁣⁣
2 tablespoons butter ⁣⁣
2 tablespoons minced garlic⁣ ⁣⁣
1 1/4 cup chicken broth (stock)⁣ ⁣⁣
1/2 cup milk (whole or 2% -- or use reduced fat cream or heavy cream)⁣	⁣⁣
1/3 cup finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese⁣ ⁣⁣
2 tablespoons capers (plus 2 tablespoons extra to garnish)⁣ ⁣⁣
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon of water⁣ ⁣⁣
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice or juice of 1 lemon ⁣
2 tablespoons fresh parsley⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Directions:⁣⁣
1. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour and parmesan cheese. Season the chicken with salt and pepper; dredge in the flour mixture; shake off excess and set aside.⁣ ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
2. Heat 1 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons  butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until butter has melted and pan is hot. Fry the chicken until golden on each side and cooked through and no longer pink (about 3-4 minutes, depending on the thickness of your chicken). Transfer onto a warm plate.⁣ ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
3. Add the garlic to the oil in the pan and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Reduce heat to low-medium heat, add the broth and milk. Bring the sauce to a simmer; season with salt and pepper to your taste; add in the parmesan cheese and capers. Continue cooking gently for about 2 minutes until thicker. If the sauce is too runny for your liking, add the cornstarch/water mixture to the pan and mix through fast to combine into the sauce. It will begin to thicken immediately.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
4. Pour in the lemon juice, allow to simmer for a minute to combine. Add the chicken back into the pan, allow to simmer gently in the sauce for about a minute to soak up all of the flavors in the sauce.⁣⁣⁣

5. Serve over pasta.

_Pisang Goreng Madu_

Udah mulai musim hujan nih.. Bikin yang manis, legit, dan wangi aja yukkk.. Bahan-bahan:
5bh pisang kepok kuning
100gr tepung beras
5 sdm tepung terigu
1 btr telur
6 sdm madu
1/2 sdt baking powder
garam secukupnya
air secukupnya
minyak untuk menggoreng

Langkah membuat:
1. Campur dalam wadah, tepung beras, tepung terigu, baking powder, garam, madu dan air. Aduk rata sampai tidak bergerindil. Kalau sudah rata, campurkan telur dan aduk kembali sampai rata.
2. Potong2 pisang, lalu campurkan ke adonan. 
3. Panaskan minyak.
4. Tuang dan goreng adonan pisang ke dalam minyak panas, ukuran sesuai selera.
5. Goreng hingga berwarna kecoklatan. Angkat, tiriskan, sajikan selagi hangat.
