Cannot wait to just be in #bed all morning. This past week has been physically and mentally draining and 2018 isn’t over yet. I’m not taking time for granted, but never underestimate #recharging when you need it.
You want to give a Solios to your loved ones for Christmas? 🤶🏻

I think I need some hot springs action in 2019. Does it not look like stress relief personified—or, rather, location-fied?
According to @priceline’s new Work-Life Balance Report, 85% of us say that relaxation is key when taking vacay. Particularly because of our current cultural climate: “Based on events of 2018,” the report states, “nearly half of Americans said the vacation they needed was a relaxation trip, focused on recharging.”
What type of locale do you think serves up the most ahhhhs, multiple-choice edition:
🔥❄️ Hot springs, a la this Tuscany pic or Iceland, where practically everyone I know is Blue Lagooning 🌊 Beach (going to Hawaii for the first time in 2019 for a wedding yeahhhh)
🏕 Camping/tents/sleeping bags/hiking/mountains
🛶 Lake life ETC ETC (why is the “return” situation on Insta posts so annoying, all running together)
🛋 Staycation, because COUCH is delightful

It’s important to give self care. It is not being selfish but brings peace and refreshing to your mind and body. Go sit quietly and have coffee or tea, take a walk, go to a movie alone, take a relaxing bath, get a fresh haircut, mani or pedi, read a book (maybe even in the sun and boost your vitamin d!) yoga and/or meditation, or anything you enjoy. Self care helps to recharge and then care for others that you love! #careforyourself#refreshing#renewing#recharging#realfreedom
This is a little bit of an honest post. I had the awesome opportunity to sit and reflect this weekend - and I came to a conclusion that I have to be okay with life looking different than I may have thought. You can't force things. Maybe to walk into what's ahead of me, I have to let go of some of what I've been trying so hard to hold on to. That's hard. As in previous seasons of my life I will always have questions that I might never get the answers to. And I need to be okay with that.
This clip depicts the passing of time and part way through there is an obvious ‘camera shudder’ which I didn't see coming and can do nothing to change. Kinda life sometimes huh? Maybe in order to walk into what will be I have to let go of what I thought should be. Maybe 2019 should look a lot different than I thought .
