Healing words, our words have the power to lift someone up!!! Your words can be what heals the wounds of someone's heart!!! You have the power in your words to help someone become what GOD has intended them to be!!! GOD places people in our life for a purpose, so use those moments to speak words of love into in their life!!! A gentle tongue brings healing into a person's life, so always choose your words wisely!!! Everyone is going through something so when GOD places the tho...ught in your mind to say words of healing to a person stop and reach out to that person, because you never know what that person is going through!!! Somebody today needs your words of healing, our words can heal the hurts of the people in our life!!! Let the people in your life know how you feel about them, your words mean more to them than you know!!! Be a healer in this world, speak words of love and blessing!!! Speak blessings over the people that GOD has placed in your life, he placed them in your life for a reason!!! Speak a blessing over a person today to encourage them, because its your destiny to help others reach their destiny!!! Tell them the reason why you left.
If you are exiting from someone's life at least tell them the reason for doing so.
They might be coming up with worst assumptions and it might be killing them.
Atleast kill em with a reason.
They might be having 1000 of 💭thoughts and maybe you will be 999 of them.
Tell them the reason so that they get hurt with a reason.
Assumptions kill more than pain.
Tell them the reason before leaving so...

WHY DO YOU TRAIN? 🏋🏻♂️
▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️ The single most integral part of a ‘successful’ programme is REASON. Why you want to train and what you want to achieve.
Decide WHAT it is you want to improve.
Decide HOW you’re going to improve.
TRUST the process and the progress will follow.
Most importantly, stick to a plan and stick to your goals! Flittering between programmes/structure/goals on a frequent basis will often act as a serious impediment to progress. Find your path and ride it out.
This comes down to TRUST. Trust your training, trust your effort and TRUST YOUR COACH. They know what they’re doing (most of them). Not all sessions will go to plan, not all lifts will come off, you won’t PR every session - but you will get better.
Don’t lose faith, progress is slow and often hard to notice, but it’s there.
1 is better than 0.
