Nothing I do with regards to yoga is magical. It’s work; sometimes joyful and sometimes painful. Some days in love and some days not. Always grateful. Waking up early, practicing and preparing for meditation and then feeling the benefits all day from that work. Looking inside even when it ain’t pretty and needs to be changed.
