Then more squat junk with a box jump. I got to 21 at fail.
I tried a new gym..and I'm VERY excited to report..I LOVE IT! I haven't been, or feel like I'm connecting with workouts. I think i needed that change of enviroment. If you are into gym life...you know that feeling well❤
2017 was one of the best years of my life!! I may have not got to my 100 lb goal I set for myself but that's ok. I did lose 78 lbs, I did stick with it, I did learn a lot, I did get stronger, healthier, happier, and I never gave up! I can not wait to see what 2018 has in store I feel like it's gonna be even better, I'm going to push harder.
