When i’m dieting, especially on my low carb days I always want something filling that would satisfy my taste buds. My go to is a simple stir fry. The macros are pretty good and it’s the heaviest meal that I eat after my workouts. I don’t do this meal too often, but once in a while to get my head back in the game I would make this dish. It’s super easy and macro friendly. -
The dish consists of eggs, chicken breast, any type of veggies I want to throw in, brown rice, some hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and white pepper. It’s always nice to throw a twist to your chicken breast especially if that is the main protein you are cutting with. And a simple and easy way to do that is to stir fry it with a bunch of stuff. Also, if you are worried about your fats just substitute the eggs with egg whites to make it an even higher protein meal. I personally like to get my fats from eggs and other whole foods so I generally use the whole egg. -
Also, for the people out there that are cutting and sometimes feel like you are starving on a low carb day. I recommend you eat a huge bowl of salad with your meal. It is almost 0 calories and you can get some 0g fat and low carb dressings with your salad so it doesn’t taste as bland. I used a 0g fat ranch dressing with only 6 grams of carbs per serving. I normally use a cesar one that is 0g of fat and 2g of carbs, but I ran out. Even then it’s not too much carbs and definitely makes the salads taste great. No need to dump all those fatty dressings and rack up those unnecessary calories.
This definitely helps with the feeling of fullness when it comes to cutting and will definitely keep you from going insane. I got this tip from watching @beastmodejones youtube channel so if you guys want some great advice I would definitely check out his instagram and his youtube channel @Pumpchasers. I’ve learned so much from this guy over the years. Definitely fk with his content.

Meet number number 6 is in the books. The Virtus squad came out to represent this weekend. Wasn’t a perfect day but was able to achieve a squat, deadlift, and total PR. Videos are my 500lb squat, 400lb bench attempt that I barely missed, and 510lb deadlift which broke a blood vessel in my eye and I thought I was going to puke. Ended up with a 1360 total. Thank you to everyone that came out to help and support!! Especially @rocksolid_power who has wrapped my knees at every meet I’ve done and @aggieephillips who took all the videos and helped in my training.

DM 2018. Jag vann brons! 🥉😭 150kg i knäböj - PB med 7.5kg.
80kg i bänkpress.
192.5kg i marklyft - PB med 7.5kg.
En total på 422.5kg vilket är en ökning med 17.5kg från SM.
Jag är orimligt stolt över mig själv. 🎉🤘
Bänken gick också bra.
160, 170 och gjorde även ett försök på 175kg,men de vart lite för tungt idag.tyvärr stämde inte marken alls och fick bara ingången på 210kg. Men ändå en total på 587,5 som är 17,5kg pers :)
Mixed emotions in today session.
I matched my current bench PB(📽202.5kg) for a very comfortable rep.
But unfortunately I failed 210kg 📽, my strength seems to drop off very quick on bench, especially off my chest.
Its no excuse thou. I just need to get stronger.
Followed bench with:
Deadlifts(deload):📽 5sets, 3reps- 242.5kg.
Hypertrophy: Lats, upper-back and biceps.
2nd 172.5KG (PB)
3rd 175KG (PB)
Mock meet didn't go fully to plan but nevertheless I still hit a PB on my 2nd and 3rd attempt, oddly the 175 moved better than 172.5.
Overall very happy still a 15kg PB since the end of August, 180kg was the goal will make it happen next time.

The much awaited position finally..... Ending the year with Strongman Title... An undecided, unprepared participation taking me back to my roots..to the place wer I won maximum titles... Did a final lift of 265 kgs (583 lbs) to grab a gold and the overall Strongman title..
