Family juice time! Do you have any Sunday rituals with your family after a long crazy week? This juice is one of our favorites! It is one giant cucumber from our garden, two small lemons, one head of celery, one head of romaine lettuce and two large apples👌🌱❤
Sometimes I will add fresh ginger juice and/or cayenne to mine since not everyone loves spicy juice💃
I have always been a person that needed to “check the box” that I completed something and that was no different for my workouts. But there is NO meaning behind that. .
Think about it, if you did your devotion just to “check it off” and say you did it, were you truly focused, quiet, and listened as you did it? #gutcheckforme
I always say we can change the plan, but never the goal. So that is exactly what I have been doing and the mindset I have adopted.
With my digestive issues and figuring out how to really maximize my HEALTH, I have had to be flexible with my routine, nutrition and workouts. But it has also taught me a lot about WHY I do this in the first place instead of “checking the box”.
It used to do it to be skinny, lose weight before summer, rock a bikini etc. 🙄 but that’s when this becomes more of a short term thing rather than a 120,374 day thing. .
I want it to be about HEALTH, vitality, and truly FEELING my best. Because I can tell you I have reached that “goal weight, rocked that bikini” and FELT LIKE CRAP.
But when we know better, we can do better, right? And one of the best things about life is that every single moment is an opportunity to become a happier version of yourself. .
Be EMPOWERED as a mama and in your 30s and 40s. Not UN-ABLED.
Life isn’t going to be “less busy” until YOU make it slow down. .
Your life gets better when YOU do.
Let's talk about TEETH! 🤓
I have been getting this question a lot lately so I figured I would share it on here for everybody.😜 "Are teeth issues normal when transitioning into a fruit based diet?" When fist transitioning to a plant-based diet, more raw living foods or increasing your fruits, you may experience that your teeth become more sensitive, painful, have cavities appear or even become loose.😬 This is because teeth are made up of cells (like everything else). This is part of detoxification. This is the power of fruits. They start pulling at acids and toxins on a cellular level. As the fruits expose these acids and toxins we will see the above mentioned come through in the transitioning and detoxification process. If teeth are too sensitive to eat certain fruits during this stage, try blending or juicing them and drink through a straw and/or rinse mouth after eating fruits. Be patient, this will not be how it is forever. Your teeth will be better than ever with time and consistency.🍇🍉🍋🥝🍌🍒🍑🍍 ___________________________________________________

🥑Avocados are truly one of the top superfoods for your brain, boasting an impressive arrangement of beneficial nutrients.
🔺Avocados contain many vitamins and minerals including: vitamins C, E & K, folate, potassium, B5, B6 and magnesium. They are also a great source of dietary fiber and beneficial monounsaturated fats.
🔺In addition, they are also a rich source of the amino acid Tyrosine. This amino acid is used as a precursor for dopamine production in the brain which is our motivation, pleasure and focus neurotransmitter.
🔺A study published in PLoS One found that monounsaturated fats -- like those found in avocados -- help lower rates of depression due to their ability to balance hormones naturally and provide substrate for neurotransmitter production.
🔺Another animal study published in the British Journal of Neurosurgery found that a mixture containing avocado and soybean fats improved oxygenation and blood supply to the brain after being exposure to low-oxygen conditions.

Check out the vegan market @centralfoodhub on Sunday's! It's fun going to big establishments sometimes but the real gifts are getting to know the heart and soul people pour into their small local businesses and the love they put into the work they do. 💕 🎁 build community connections with people who give a damn!!
P. 's. That's my new friend @ericaisonline making a cameo appearance in the video! Get out and meet good people. There's a lot of good energy folks in the world and real people exist outside when you're willing to step out in your own vibration and be a magnet to the good!
Celery juice ✔️ I have had this drink first thing every morning for the past 4 or 5 days. It really helps control my hunger in ways like, I don’t want to quickly binge on something sweet or salty for breakfast. .
Being in control with foods has not always been easy. I think that is why this #celeryjuice has been so helpful for me and I recognize it. 👍🏼🌱
After the juice I wait about 1-2 hours before I even have to address hunger. Which is pretty bomb because I do enjoy intermittent fasting. 🌱✨
No to chips but a healthier snack alternative..
