It used to do it to be skinny, lose weight before summer, rock a bikini etc. 🙄 but that’s when this becomes more of a short term thing rather than a 120,374 day thing. .

I want it to be about HEALTH, vitality, and truly FEELING my best. Because I can tell you I have reached that “goal weight, rocked that bikini” and FELT LIKE CRAP.

But when we know better, we can do better, right? And one of the best things about life is that every single moment is an opportunity to become a happier version of yourself. .

So looking forward to trying these today.
These are free from dried fruits and although they do have an added sweetner like manuka honey and maple syrup, they are  certainly have less sugar than the average bliss ball. 
Remember though the bliss ball has sugar in a dried fruit form, and that dried fruit does contain fibre and minerals and vitamins.
I think its all a matter of preference and taste and I love that I can eat one packet of these, say the  ginger tumeric ones and they only contain 1 1/2 tsp of sugar for the whole 4 balls!!!!Well done @cleanpaleoco !

I have been getting this question a lot lately so I figured I would share it on here for everybody.😜 "Are teeth issues normal when transitioning into a fruit based diet?" When fist transitioning to a plant-based diet, more raw living foods or increasing your fruits, you may experience that your teeth become more sensitive, painful, have cavities appear or even become loose.😬 This is because teeth are made up of cells (like everything else). This is part of detoxification. This is the power of fruits. They start pulling at acids and toxins on a cellular level.  As the fruits expose these acids and toxins we will see the above mentioned come through in the transitioning and detoxification process. If teeth are too sensitive to eat certain fruits during this stage, try blending or juicing them and drink through a straw and/or rinse mouth after eating fruits. Be patient, this will not be how it is forever. Your teeth will be better than ever with time and consistency.🍇🍉🍋🥝🍌🍒🍑🍍 ___________________________________________________

Morning sunshine,  celery juice,  berries, a whole day free to play and be in my garden. Bliss! Grateful on this Sunday for love. Love has lifted me up. Healed me. Set me on my path. Restored me. Hallelujah! 14 years ago today I was struck by another car and my right foot was damaged catastrophically. I didn't walk for a year. I have lived with pain daily. Lately I've noticed that my foot isn't hurting as much. Reducing inflammation has eased the constant hurt by 80%. Wow! This lifestle and inside information from Spirit and Medical Medium has changed my whole life. I'm on my knees grateful. Thank you@anthonywilliam

My first time skating in 8 months and first time approaching slalom cones ever on non slalom skates. I was just watching slalom skaters  and wanted the experience and there it was when i arrived! 😄😙😋 The owners left with their cones about an hour later.

I definitely want to try more if this once my slalom skates arrive. I see slalom as being a form of meditation worth growing in.
