Detoxweeks has started allready.
Its my 4th day on taking more vitamins, supplements and greens. Such a special experience i gifted to myself. Still struggeling sometime with going fully raw. Very littl but few cooked meals are crossing my way. And thats totally fine. But i just want to stay fully raw for a longer time. So, i thought a cleanse and diet change will work this out.
Less fruit. More greens. Sproutet Buckwheat, Chlorella, wheatgrass, vitamin D, Magnesium and so on in a higher dosis. Let's see where the path leads me. Grateful overall. 🙏🏾💕🌱
#simplicity ...my celery crackers and organic salad :) This is a little tip for y’all… If you make celery juice and you don’t have time or don’t want to make crackers that minute… You can store your celery pulp in a small Debbie Meyer green box for up to two days in the refrigerator until you’re ready to mix it up for crackers in your dehydrator :-)
I created my own rough terrain with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and ground flax seeds (an onion, celery sticks, some spices, salt n pepps, olive oil, plenty of recipes online). My turmeric and cumin flax crackers. Best with avocado and sauerkraut, oh YEAH!
Here's the recipe! (This recipe is for the leftovers of about 2L vegetable and fruit juice.)
Take your juicing leftovers and add about 1/2 cup flaxseeds or meal, 2 tbsp of turmeric, salt, 2 tbsp cumin seeds and mix it up with your hands, lay it out and dehydrate for 12 hours.
You can pretty much add whatever you want to it for flavour that suits yo buds!! 😋

Soaked my seeds which didn’t look appetising and went into a messy gelatine so quickly put it on tray and dried them for few hours under 50 degrees. The seeded crackers were born 🙏
Never throw anything, think of way of recycling it and creating something else! You’ll be amazed 😃
