Directions

In the vitamix I blended the basil 🌿 and lemon πŸ‹ first to create a juice.  Then added the blueberries and put the vitamix on variable 4 and mashed until smooth.

Beet and Red Pepper Raw Wraps Recipe 
INGREDIENTS 
3 Beets peeled and roughly chopped 
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp Flax seeds
1 tbsp avocado oil
2 large red bell peppers roughly chopped
2 medium tomatoes roughly chopped 
1 large zucchini peeled and roughly chopped 
3 tbsp psyllium husk
 1 tsp ground onion powder
1 tsp ground garlic powder
1 tsp black Pepper 
1 tbsp dried herbs: oregano, rosemary, Basil, thyme etc
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1: In a blender or food processor add the avocado oil and tomatoes & Beets and blend until juiced.  Then add the bell pepper and blend completely, then add zucchini and blend.  After add all remaining ingredients until perfectly blended.

STEP 2: spread the batter on a non stick dehydrator sheet (or parchment paper if using the oven) Dehydrate at 120 for about 4 hours then flip and dehydrate other side.  For oven use the convection oven setting at 150 and bake each side for about an hour.

Happy Valentines Day Health Lovers, here is a Loving Recipe that will keep you sweet without the sugar or Gluten and provide you protein and fibre.  Below is my Quinoa Protein Brownies.  Using some delicious Vega Vanilla protein Powder!  INGREDIENTS
1 cups quinoa flour 
1 cup banana flour 
1/3 cup homemade yogurt or Greek yogurt 
1/3 cup egg whites 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 over ripe banana 
1 cup beet purΓ©e 
4 dates purΓ©ed (use 1/4 water)
2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup frozen blueberries 
1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sal *1/4 cup Vega vanilla all in one nutritional shake powder 
Toppings:
1 cup crushed peanuts 
1 tbsp cinnamon 
1 tbsp ginger powder
DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 350Β°F and then line  cake pans  with parchment paper.

STEP 2: 
In a blender add egg whites, yogurt, vanilla extract and Blend.  Add beet purΓ©e, banana, coconut butter, and date purΓ©e.

STEP 3: 
Take all dry ingredients and sift together in a large bowl.  Pour the dry ingredients into the blender and mix until well combined. Pour mixture into cake pan and mix and sprinkle topping mixture over Cake pan.

STEP 4:

When Juicing in the vitamix I generally pre shred a lot of my products making it easiest for the vitamix @vitamix @vitamix_aunz @vitamixphilippines @vitamixca @vitamixcanada to juice.  So today I used 1 cup of shredded beets, 1 cup of shredded carrots πŸ₯•, 1/2 a cucumber πŸ₯’, 1 tsp diced ginger, 1/2 tsp diced turmeric root,  Base was three cups of water πŸ’¦. Blend all the ingredients together until it is a fine juice πŸ₯€ then use a strainer to strain out the pulp.  The pulp is perfect for baking or to add to doughs for different breads πŸ₯– 🍞 or batters. Quinoa Flour Crepes,  step by step is on my story.  Here is the recipe below for the batter!  Quinoa Protein Crepes 
1 cup quinoa flour 
1/4 cup egg whites 
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon 
1 tbsp yogurt 
Directions 
Step 1: Blend Yogurt, quinoa , egg whites (or chia/flax gel)

Step 2: Add water and blend thoroughly.  And add cinnamon.

Step 3: Add flax and hemp seeds and on low variable mix.

Hey Health Lovers I had a really bad case of laryngitis and the tea remedy that helped me bring back my voice and sooth my throat I am going to share with you:  in a mortar pestle I pounded up: 1 thumb size piece of ginger and turmeric, tsp of oregano seeds, and 5-6 mint leaves (for my tummy which was starting to not feel very nice), I steeped that mixture and kept refilling in my tea mug with a steeping cover at-least 8-12 times a day.  I actually noticed significant benefits with the first two cups but this brew is now one of my favourites! Step 2:  PurΓ©e oranges and ginger together 
Step 3: Mix all ingredients together.  And flatten on baking sheet lined with parchment paper 
Step 4:  bake at 420 for 10 minutes, flip rotate and mix the granola and bake again for another 10 minutes.  Keep baking and rotating until you get a crunchy golden brown finish.  Take out of the oven and let it cool for 20 minutes

Raviliving Vegan Ginger Granola Bars:

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas 
1 cup organic rolled oats (I used dan-d Pak organic rolled oats) @dandpak 
1 tbsp organic cinnamon 
1/4 cup organic ginger powder

I like the instant pot @instantpotofficial but a few features like adjusting the sautΓ© temperature did not work so I DM them on instagram and I’m hoping to get an answer soon.  I’ll keep you posted.  Overall the quinoa was great but remember it takes time to depressurize so although it’s technically using less energy it’s not fully β€œinstant”. The flavours of the chilli were great but it was a little bit more watery than I like so you might want to cook it a little longer than 10 high pressure maybe even 12, but I’ll keep experimenting. Vegan Chilli recipe

INGREDIENTS 
1 can black beans
4 beets purΓ©ed 
2 medium onions
2 bell peppers 
2 cups cauliflower riced
1 cup mushrooms 
1 yam chopped 
6 medjool dates
3 cloves of garlic finely minced
4 tbsp of lemon juice
1.5 tbsp of dry chives
1,5 tbsp of dry oregano
2 tsp of smoked paprika 
2 cups water
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cumin powder 
4 tomatoes 
1tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup chilli powder
1 can diced organic tomatoes 
1 tsp sea salt
1 green chilli 
1/4 cup chopped cilantro 
2 tbsp jarred jalapeΓ±os 
Toppings:
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp Franks hot sauce

DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1: sautΓ© yams for 5 minutes add one chopped onion, diced garlic, cauliflower riced and sautΓ© for another minute.  Make salsa out of the lemon juice, fresh tomatoes, 1 onion, bell pepper, cilantro, jarred jhalapenos, dates, and one green chilli and add to mixture.

STEP 2: PurΓ©e beets and water and add to mixture.

STEP 3: now add all other ingredients except for the tomato paste and canned tomatoes and mix well.  Top the pot with canned tomatoes and tomato paste. 
STEP 4:  close the lid and cook on high for 10 minuets and let pressure release naturally. 
STEP 5: once pressure is released stir the chilli together add toppings cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.

STEP 6: 
TIPS: Top with guacamole, make a quinoa bowl etc

Or in your dehydrator sheets thin the mixture out shape and dehydrate!  Just watch to make sure you received the desired consistency in the oven depending how thin your layer is it can take  an hour in the dehydrator 2-3 hours.

As I spend today fasting from sunrise until I see the moon πŸŒ™ for my love ❀️ I am still creating vegetarian/ vegan dishes inspired for Canadian thanksgiving for our dinner tonight!  Here I have my Vegan grilled Brussel sprout coleslaw :  I caramelized onions with apple 🍎 purΓ©e and balsamic vinegar added my cut brussel sprouts pan sautΓ©ed them, then added raisins, barberry, almond slivers, black and white sesame seeds pinch of sea salt cook for a little while longer and voila.  Put aside and let it cool for tonight's dinner :) Great side dish for a vegan/vegetarian or gluten free guest or top on top of quinoa for a delicious main :) Hope you are inspired to cook at home. Hello Health Lovers so here are my @excaliburdehydrator results and I absolutely love this dehydrator.  So I accidentally created crisps made out of my purée just purely fruit , root and vegetables.  These crisps have an amazing intense flavour and this has inspired me to use it as a topping in many dishes.  Especially using natural fruit to create sweet crisp toppings for dessert 🍨, creating savoury toppings from pure vegetables for salads, bowls, chaats etc it's important to take the crips out of the dehydrator and separate them and let the cool to keep the crunch.  The wraps turned out alright and it's almost better to leave them in the dehydrator to soften up and almost steam in a way. Weekly Green Shake inspirations.  So for the last month I have been trying something called the 8pm to 12pm fast.  So my goal is to stop eating by 8 pm and my next meal is at 12pm the next day.  In the morning I still do green tea β˜•οΈ and homemade iron tonic etc Then around 12 I do a green shake and after about an hour start eating solids.  Still staying away from processed sugars and fried food etc (80-20 rule). This month has been extremely busy and although I have tried to fit in regular exercise it has not been perfect so this fast has helped with regulating my digestion.  So far I like it, I might add a green juice earlier in the morning.
