I feel like I'm making up for hardly ever eating many desserts growing up as a kid so I'm going through a bit of a dessert making phase right now 😅
Most of these I haven't tried before and it was pretty fun making them over the last month or so.
What's also nice is that I can easily share these with friends and family as well since I usually make a batch I won't be able to finish by myself and so I won't feel so bad eating all that sugar by myself either 😂
My favourite out of these would have to be the raspberry and almond cake 🍰 just because I prefer an almond based cake over any sponge cake.
And yes, I fucking love my raspberries 😋👌 #raspberryalmondcake#raspberries#almondcake#chocolatetruffle#oatmealchocolatebars#raspberryganache#passionfruit#kiwi#raspberrycheesecake#raspberrychiaseedpudding#veganbrownies#oreofudge#ediblecookiedough#matchacake
I’ve been making chocolates and chocolate decorations for some time now. You’ve probably seen them on some of my cakes.
I always tend to make my own because shop bought vegan chocolates always seem a little drab! (Unless you’re treating yourself to some expensive truffles). So, I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen with some fun designs and flavours to bring a modern flare to vegan chocolates!
These are my Ruby ganache chocolates, dark and white chocolate shell with a luxurious raspberry ganache centre. 🌿
A few delicious snaps from today’s @royalacademyofculinaryarts Annual Awards of Excellence final! Good luck to all those involved! 🍬 🍮

Raspberry Rose St. Honoré.
Did you know St.Honoré is also known as St. Honoratus cake. A pastry named for the French patron saint of bakers and pastry chefs, Saint Honoré or Honoratus (d. 600 AD).
That's what wiki tells me. :D
A very special raspberry ganache chocolate cake for HAART. This is the reason I started baking, so to be able to celebrate people doing incredible work with sweets once a month to celebrate their staff birthdays is a dream come true
