'Jan, its an hour long I dont have time!!' I know and I know and I know about time :) but the audio program is designed to be listened to before bedtime when you can just drift off and let it soak the subconscious whilst you marinade in new software. Subconscious never sleeps so whilst you snooze, it soaks up 'commands' to the body to heal and go back to original coding
So why at night?
The 'what if' part of our mind -the conscious- moves over and allows the most powerful part of the mind - the subconscious- to open up and be fed new information. It is bringing all the faculties of the psyche plus the bodily senses and the physical brain Into accord for the goal to be achieved.
Why 21 days?
Because drops of water will wear away at stone! one drop at a time, we get reprogrammed from expired software.
When I wrote the script, I had the sensations of healing happening to me during the conception process. It was like writing a letter to the different parts of the woman's body and wishing it well.
We have an incredible reslience as women and it cuts both ways. We are deep with the way we deal and handle things but we are also as deep when we suppress and store trauma causing out beautiful intricacy to crumble
On the note of time, I will only listen to a podcast in my waking hours if I'm cooking or walking the treadmill, of course not the hypnotic trance section. I dont have the patience to lay down during the day unless I am absolutely exhausted and listen to a podcast. So I get the concern clearly and once again on that note, I am also having a shorter version of the audio program as a bonus 🔗in bio 💜
The people I help, have healed from issues where by others have caused them distress. Some have had much harsher life experiences than others. The brain takes on a survival coping mechanism. It’s to know now, it’s about letting go. When people show their true colours, protect your energy, let them leave and give your mind and thoughts an upgrade. You are no longer that wounded inner child, that was surviving. You can bring more of the right energy towards you now, when your inner vibe relaxes and it’s not on survival alert.
If you have tried and tried to lose weight and keep it off but you can’t do it, it’s because your mind thinks it has a purpose to hold on to it. When you understand what is the root cause, you can let it go. Then you have to deal with the food manufacturers getting you hooked on sugar and chemicals, that send pleasure signals to your brain. You have to rewire that and make food from whole ingredients, which your cells recognise. Next it’s about cooking the food, so you don’t get sugar spikes and lectins inflammation, and so you feel full and satisfied. To do all this in an affordable and easy way. Have you ever been on a diet? If you’re here at MindBodyFood, you most probably have!
In fact, there’s bound to be many of you who have never got OFF the diet wagon because you’re still struggling to feel comfortable in your body (instead of ashamed). We so often fall into the trap of believing that if we can control our food and change the way we look, we just might be able to control how we feel.
NEWS FLASH – FOOD CAN’T FIX FEELINGS! And nor is food supposed to.
Our decision or drive to “get healthy, feel better or lose weight” is usually instigated by an emotional trigger that becomes our motivating factor in turning to food to feel differently about ourselves.
The emotional trigger causes a reaction. Then, maybe any or all of the following happens:
You start watching what you eat, trying every new diet, following each one perfectly, becoming stricter and more rigid with your food rules.
You turn to certain foods for comfort or distraction when life gets too overwhelming, or when something or someone triggers you again.
You stuff yourself silly because you’re so damn hungry and panic when you can’t stop eating because something inside you needed that cake or those chips.
You feel like a failure: weak, worthless and not strong enough when you gave in, lost control and found yourself in a food coma.
You get overwhelmed with guilt, shame, regret and panic and try to rid yourself of every bad thing about you down the toilet OR you exercise your arse off OR you abstain from food for as long as you can to make up for it.
I’ve done all of those things and worse. Every time I put on a gram of weight, I panicked and punished myself.
I made no allowances whatsoever for being human or a woman:
no understanding of my hormones,
no consideration to my natural ebbs and flows,
and no idea why the more I restricted food, the more my body seemed to hold onto the weight.
I simply thought I was a failure and had to try harder.
Each time I felt uncomfortable, my emotions triggered the same negative reactions that merely fuelled my dieting efforts and kept me stuck in the dieting cycle.
What helped turn things around was understanding... CONTINUED IN COMMENTS
Feel when you’re hungry, then stop when you’re full. Choose whole food and quality protein. Let the past go. Sugar is not love. Loving yourself and choosing the best for yourself will stop food dominating your life.
I love walking along the South Bank and being near the water gives me energy and calm.
It’s so important to have places that you have an affinity with and are your go-to ‘happy’ spots.

What memories of food do you have? When you feel tension do you eat more? I know how that feels, as I turned to food for comfort and alcohol. Time to get back to whole food, after processed Xmas food and feeling swollen. It’s not quantity, it’s quality. Chemicals in food may cause health issues. Look at the ingredients you’re eating, if you recognise and know them. Stick with what you know. A potato contains healthy carbs, vitamins and protein. It’s satisfying and stops craving, as you feel full. Always try and buy organic food, when you can.
Ok, so for Christmas for 1-2 days, I’ll eat whatever but then it’s chemical awareness in food, research and healing. Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy is the way to let go of old outdated habits. Make 2018 the year to achieve your ideal body.

At Christmas my trolley used to be full of alcohol. Now I can have a couple of drinks and that’s it. I really don’t like the hangover. I’m shopping for glass, as the BPA in plastic leaches into the water. Love these, they are only 75p a bottle, in Sainsbury’s. I’m not currently wanting a filter, where I live, so this water is great. Have a few drinks and then lots of water at Christmas.
So I took the risk despite it being out of my comfort zone. I was invited to do a live interview by a US radio station, that have a global audience, on hypnotherapy and holistic healing. The interview was today. I didn't share the live link with anyone! It was out of my comfort zone just like it was when I did a challenge a few weeks ago to create videos on YouTube for my business. How can this be happening, to feel nervous and yet excited, to feel out of my comfort zone despite having a 21 year career in lecturing? How can this be? Well it might have something to do with what happened to me after my nervous breakdown a couple of years ago and being so unwell. I sense that some of my confidence of being seen or heard in a public domain took a dive. I also felt the importance and significance of the work I'm doing now with RTT (rapid transformational therapy) and it really mattered. So I felt the fear, turned it into excitement and did it. Soon after I kept thinking why didn't I say this or that then I realised that I should be praising myself and that I did the best I could and it was just the first one. The radio station called me up afterwards and said they rated it as 9.2/10! They asked for my feedback and I said I was pleasantly surprised and perhaps would have not given it such a high score! Anyway the experience was great for me and made me realise what am I waiting for? The time is now to let the world know about what I do and why I do it. I can be both a master and work in progress! I will post the link for the interview as soon as it's sent to me!
