HOW TO | Waterproof Clothing
1. Works best on thicker materials such as denim or canvas
2. 90% Paraffin to 10% Beeswax (double boil until melted and blended)
3. Brush on to clothing in liquid state, or allow to harden and rub wax block along cloth
4. Gently blow dry or heat gun cloth until wax soaks into the cloth ~ This information has been gathered off of various internet forums - please let us know how your experiments go!

1️⃣ rotate your stretching side leg outward (externally rotate) with your knee bent while your other leg reach backward straight!
2️⃣ make sure your spine is nice and straight!
3️⃣ slowly bring your upper body forward. You will feel the stretching on your buttock! #feeltheburn 🔥 (3-4 breath cycles and repeat 2 times)
