My Food & Health Writing Elective class required me to compose a short piece on a childhood food memory. Mueller’s elbow macaroni and Ragu Traditional sauce was practically the only thing I ate as a kid! 🙈 After describing it with painful detail, I just had to make it. No guilt here though! I usually have whole grain pasta and vegetables mixed in, but this was my tradition! It’s just as good as I remember. 😋 The aloe plant is something my mom always had in the kitchen and now it’s my O2 & CO2 buddy in my office. S U G O P A S T A K I T C H E N 🇮🇹😋 The best ragu you will ever eat in your life - Orecchiette with a slow cooked beef shin, pork shoulder and nduja* ragu with Parmesan from @sugopastakitchen 🙌🏻 The meat literally melted away in my mouth and the flavours were absolutely incredible. The pasta is all freshly made and cooked al dente which I adore. £14 for this and it will keep you full all day 😍 I wish I could make a ragu this good!
