Yesterday was the last official day at school.
We have wrapped up our year of education programs, our Deadly Choices team attended a few school this year, delivering programs about quitting smoking and making healthy lifestyle choices. .

Some people may think this accomplishment is petty, but cigarettes consumed and controlled my life.
I told myself I could never quit, I told myself I needed it, I told myself I wasn’t worth it enough to quit for. I was my worst enemy until I started listening to what I was exactly telling myself. You guys... I was brutal to myself. I was mean. I was belittling. I was a bully TO MYSELF.
I have an addictive personality which is why I never allowed myself to gamble, do drugs and drink alcohol on the daily. I found an addictive behavior that in my mind and “thought” was the “least” troublesome. All addictions ruin lives even if they seem less evil as another.
There were three people that in their own VERY different ways all helped me change the way I thought about myself and helped me physically understand what I was telling myself. @deepakchopra @tonyrobbins and @garyvee ... I stopped watching tv over a year ago and started filling my spare air time with podcasts and listening to YouTube in the background. I started manifesting the life I wanted❤️
I started LuLaRoe to make some side money, but ended up taking up my entire day (in a very profitable way), but it was not leading me towards my original goal. So I quit selling LLR. It taught me a lot about business, it taught me a lot about community (I miss this very much). My goal in life is to educate my community on health and wellness. So I had to go back and school finish my doctorate.
I can honestly say that I am manifesting the life I truly want to life.

Starting now so by the time the new year rolls around, it'll be second nature.
For me, the first step is analyzing my thoughts. Most of us think our thoughts are just our thoughts. Well if you practice, you'll notice you have a second voice in your head, like a filter. When a thought comes up, you can ask yourself why am I having this thought? Is it good? Is it productive? Anything to form it into a positive one.
It takes effort and you have to consciously be thinking about it to see results. It's though to filter your thoughts 24/7, but the more you can do it, the sooner your thoughts will transform into what you want them to be.
If you can control your thoughts, you can quit all the things above in 2019.
