My current and only mood is cranky! I feel like everyone is trying to piss me off today.
I've been told that this gets harder before it gets easier.
I've also just started to have the cravings tonight. After a week and a half of nothing. I was sitting in the car with a mate who smokes, and it just hit me. This unexplainable desire to light up a smoke.
It took all of me not to ask him for one.
This is apparently going to be a lot harder then I first thought!
Well, it's been a slice. Literally. 7 years is a long time. Gonna miss this place. Maybe. Probably not. Naw, I will.
Last day, December 29th. Then I start 2019 out right, by living the life of a common man, 1 job, and spend more time with my family.
October 😂 had a great month so far with lots of birthday shenanigans ...apart from stealing a couple of sneaky fags when out out, I have been really good!.not smoked apart from that..not wanted to rush out and get some 😊 clinic keepd giving me lozenges 😂 the gyms not going aswell as currently been told not to go 😂😂 foot still swollen but not hurting anymore ..gym and diet I will get back to you soon 😊 #nosmoking#stoptober#quit#quitting#gymnext#money#lifestyle#changes

I don’t want to be part of the 75% of people in America who hate their job. Yet, I don’t hate my job enough to have been the creator(s) of this app. So this tells me something. One, I am not as creative as I thought. There could be worse things in life. I could be a felon, I could have aids, or I could be stuck in a shitty relationship or marriage but I still don’t care...this isn’t acceptable enough. 🤚🤚🤚🤚🤚🤚🤚 Nobody should “get used to” a job they don’t like. If I am able to apply that mentality to things that aren’t a job, I can apply it to any damn thing I do not want. #quitting

Yesterday was a rough day. It was as if a comically effective black cloud was following me all day. And then, as if the universe knew I could use a smile, I got the most delightful phone call...
On the other end of the line was my good friend @timothy_brogan who I hadn't heard from in months. He proclaimed, "My friend Dutch and I just bought all the copies of Quitting by Design from @verbatim.books !"
My heart nearly exploded. To know my little efforts at social media were working and to know that my friends were there to support me was invaluable.

I'm very proud to report that I've been smoke-free for a full year and half today!! 🚭 It hasn't been easy and I have tried (and failed) many times to quit. In my opinion the only way to stop smoking is by changing your state of mind. Once you're determined nothing can stop you! I have saved enough since quitting 473 days ago for a round trip ticket to #Japan unlimited train rides for 7 days, and 10 nights stay in that beautiful country. #Quitting#smoking has never been so good.
Raceweek; ugen man normalt ser frem til. Men ikke denne gang. De sidste to uger har været dårlige, som i rigtig dårlige. Muren har ramt med 180km/t. Kroppen har sagt fra. Benene er udkørt, udsolgt og udbrændte. Jeg har løbet på absolutte minimum med minimum af fart, men friskheden er ikke at syne. Tværtimod. Pulsen hamrer afsted ved pace 05.00, som var det en sprint jeg var igang med.😐
I har nok også kunnet fornemme det; positivitet i mine opslag har ikke rigtig været der. Jeg er blevet beordret til ikke at løbe i denne uge frem mod søndag. Jeg skal i stedet fokusere på søvn og indtag af masser af mad. Ikke ligefrem drømmescenariet, når man ellers havde drømmen om sub 1.20. Måske har min sæson været for lang, måske har mit program været for hårdt; jeg står tilbage med et spørgsmålstegn. Alt kørte på skinner indtil @cphhalf og derfra er luften af ballonen hurtigt forsvundet. Nu må jeg give benene den ro de søger, og så må jeg se hvad jeg står tilbage med på søndag. 🤷🏼♀️ .
Jeg tror på håbet og miraklet til det sidste! 😣
