Here is @harford_baseball OF @nemo_wright working thru some tee drills today. To help him get the feel of turning the barrel into the zone early we set the tee up high and very deep. With him holding the bat halfway up it allows him to better understand how the bat should be turned right away with good direction. It all started to click today for this guy. Pumped for him this season. 5 tool guy right here. #BPC

My guy Dylan Cain continues to work this summer! Got some work with the weight vest and implementing foot replacements into our game. He is the hardest working kid I’ve ever had the privilege to coach. Some kids talk about being great, but the ones who truly want it let their actions speak for them!! #nodoubt

Dynamic Diamond drills for your 🏈 football players that play WR, CB, RB. (Small skill). This drill focus on body control with quick feet 👣and how quick you can be in and out of your cuts.
The cones are set up like 3 levels of football. (Lineman linebacker and Defensive backs.) These are some of the drills you can try out.
