I am an ordinary person. There is nothing exceptional about me. You will never find me espousing words of wisdom. Nor will you find me sharing enlightened quips. To be frank, I can be quite the bore (in fact, my kids tell me all of the time). I will often take the familiar and safer path if opportunity allows me. When uncertainty comes knocking at my door, you will find me frozen in place before I can muster up the courage to answer. I have always thought that to be ordinary meant one couldn’t possibly lead a fulfilling life. How wrong I was. One can be ordinary and yet experience extraordinary moments. Thus, you will often find me surrounding myself with the unusual - unique thought-provoking artistic works, inspiring artists who dare to challenge the mold, fascinating literature about legendary creatures, and numerous written works revolving around life’s many mysteries. Recently, I’ve made it a mission to travel to extraordinary places with my spirited family in tow - places that can move even the most stagnant among us. If these places can ignite a spark in me, I can only imagine the blaze it would fuel in others. So, travel with us, embark on an odyssey, and experience incredible moments both real and imagined. To become a part of our story, join our circus at this link - http://bit.ly/joinourcircus - for updates on when the first lines in ‘A Hooligan’s Odyssey’ will appear.

One of the fun things about visiting Quebec was trying to learn some French. Make sure you stop by the blog + check out my vlog on YouTube to see the French that Ross + I learned. When I travel it always makes me wish I could speak more languages or just know the basics. I know a fair amount of Italian + some Spanish from high school....but that’s it! What languages do you speak? What would you want to learn if you had a chance? 🙌🏻 @TourismeQuebec @quebecmaritime #quebecmaritime #quebecbythesea #QuebecOriginal #CreateYourTrail #MerrellCanada #ad 📷 @rossradcliffe
