1️⃣Imagine there's a sharp piece of glass underneath your big toes, and if you press down too hard it'll slice through. This forces you to keep your weight on your heels (not your toes) which protects your knees.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I had one of the most intense leg days ever today!! 💦💦 I really need to start recording my workouts but I'm always rushing either before or after work 🙄 I remember when I used to hate my legs for always being thicker than I wanted. I remember running miles and miles 6 days a week and starving myself to "get skinny." I'm so glad those days are over! My body isn't perfect but it is strong and it is beautiful! The greatest advice I can give anyone is to work on loving yourself. Love God. Love yourself. Love others. ❤

Wanted to skip the gym to rest and sleep early but i went anyways and got it done. Yay me! 🙌🏼 #noexcuses but guys tonight was brutal. My body is just super exhausted that even my preworkout wasn’t enough. I should’ve taken 2 scoop 😭 i know i ate enough too but im just fatigued. I didn’t even have any energy to record anything 😟
So I’m guessing i deloaded today coz ended my squats with 175x5 😂 then went down to 135x2x5.. also worked on my form coz everything just felt wrong 😏☹️

Well as sad as it is today was my last day lifting till I get cleared after surgery Monday.  But good news is I hit a new squat pr of 405. For those that doubt depth pic 3 is a bad angle but shows if it wasn’t full depth it was damn close. Did my last body fat measurement till I get cleared as well weighing in at 211.9. 🦄Issue is, many people tell me squats hurt their knees. And that's not ok with me so what I've done here is outline 4 simple enchantments you can use to eliminate knee pain while squatting with a swish of your wand.

1️⃣Imagine there's a sharp piece of glass underneath your big toes, and if you press down too hard it'll slice through. This forces you to keep your weight on your heels (not your toes) which protects your knees.

Getting my volume in this block, squatting pretty much every single training session.
Just a casual beltless squat single tonight at 215kg (473lbs)
Made some adjustments on the bar position for the competition squat from low bar to more like a "mid bar". This way I can finish the top portion of my squat with a bit more quad and I feel more explosive. I felt like low bar was loading my hamstring too much at the top of the lift and gave me a huge sticking point halfway through the rep.

Also tried some circus dumbbell last weekend. Boy do I suck hahahaha! 120lbs is pretty darn heavy! Couldn't get a single rep 😩
