I had to keep reminding myself, it is just a bad week, not a bad life and that there are people that would love to have my bad days so I should be thankful. I looked at every bad day as an opportunity to grow and learn and I realized that you have to fight some of your bad days to earn some of the best days of my life. One of the most common excuses I hear from clients and people in general when it comes to working out is not having the time to do it. Or not being able to go to the gym. You don't need a lot of time or fancy equipment to workout and stay physically fit. . . .
Try these 3 workout for sets of 3-4 and reps of 10-15. It shouldn't take more than 10-15 mins of your time. To increase the intensity, use heavier Dumbbells and take little to no rest in between exercises. . .

2018 has had so many ups and downs. So many highs and lows. So many tests and lessons. So many losses and so many gains. But after giving it some thought...I wouldn't change a thing! Why? Because my failures, my struggles, and my weakest moments have taught me how to rise up, how to keep pushing forward and how to be strong. I've learned so much about myself and so much about life. I feel I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be right now. I have an amazing new job that I already love and deeply value. I have a very small group of friends that I know 100% in my heart I can trust and count on. I have family who love and support me. And I have a loving boyfriend who makes me smile and accepts me inside and out. I still have some work to do. Some progress to make. But I know in my heart that the rest of 2018 is going to be amazing and awesome, but also crazy hard at times. And I'm ready for it!! 💚💙💜
#MoveWithIntent Monday! I’m not sure if we need another hashtag thing on Monday, but it happens to be Monday and we want more people to move better with intention.
This tip comes from watching many people in fitness facilities and HIIT classes performing this at high rates of speed. Let’s improve its effectiveness by slowing it down a bit. Why? Because this is an anti-extension and anti-rotation core stability exercise. .
Let’s assume a strong plank position by pressing into the floor with the hands and squeezing the quads, glutes, and abdomen tightly. Take one hand and hold it to the opposite shoulder for a 1-2 count without letting your hips/trunk rotate before putting the hand down and performing it on the other side. .
This gets much harder and much more effective if you slow it down and fight to keep your torso parallel to the floor. .
This is great for movement prep on those lifting days and for speed and plyometric work to generate stiffness in your midline. Try 2-3 sets of 10-12 slow taps and let us know what you think! .

As you could see in my stories yesterday (or see last slide 🔥) i had that ice cream shortly right before bed even after exceeding my calories and i was not hungry. Got that ice cream 🍦 just to make my soul feeling good 😌
Today i the morning after sleeping 6 hours and doing 1 hour cardio i was still not hungry and asked myself why i got me that extra calories?!
At least i had fun and put out that in my stories 🍦😃
Anyway i started week not in a good mood but then... by sitting in a car on my whey to the gym i got message in DM from #Protami 📩
They asked me: would you like to cooperate? 🙂 And my mood turned to a good one, i got #motivated to the gym and #killedthatshit 💪🏽😤
Even more: i fill like i am #motivated for the whole week!
It’s a small thing, but the lesson we can learn from it: always look at things #positive
It was not just a one single story i putted out, my profile was already under attention, but the point is: that if you’re doing something — fast or slow, but you’re moving you further. If you‘re doing nothing — than guess what!?
Same as with working out — one day you will have that form and that shape you wish. Only thing you need is to get your ass off!
