Leg day in the books ✅ Definitely one of the better leg days I’ve had in a while & I feel like a big part of it was due to the fact that the gym was absolutely dead. Probably because everyone (including myself) should be studying for exams but I gotta relieve the stress ya know?
💪🏻Went fairly heavy on all my movements today and it felt AMAZING! My strength is definitely going up when it comes to all my lifts but especially when it comes to legs. Along with that I’m slowly starting to notice my legs are getting bigger which is dope because they have always been my weakest point(by far)! ▪️
⬇️READ BELOW FOR MY TOP 3 WORKOUTS TO GROW THEM LEG MUSCLES ⬇️
1️⃣ SQUATS- This is probably the most obvious but squats work every muscle in your legs so this should be the foundation of everyone’s leg workout! Plus, you can increase your strength quite fast so it’s one of the more satisfying workouts!
2️⃣ THRUSTS- This is one that most dudes stay away from because it’s considered by many to be a “girl” workout but give em a try and you won’t think that anymore. Honestly, they are starting to be one of my favorite leg exercises and man oh man do they get your ass burning 🔥
3️⃣ LUNGES- Simply, lunges freaking suck 🤮 but they are one of the most tiring exercises for your lower body and activate tons of muscles. I am always my sorest the days following a leg day with lunges which is always a good sign because sore muscles= growing muscles(if you are eating right) 💪🏻

Many people get big into bodybuilding but give up somewhere along the lines when they realize that a dog has a more entertaining life than a bodybuilder. Your task at hand is to single out a couple muscle groups each day and put it through as much agony as you can possibly bare and then some. All of the above is useless if you aren't shoving food down your throat throughout the day. Please do not think you are a public figure because you pursue this activity. Your discipline and hard work can only be saluted so much simply because you are doing something that benefits absolutely no one but yourself. It is a personal thing to pursue for personal reasons, but around 70% of people's reason is their fitness page. I have many many inner demons I'm battling and this activity levels it out very well. I was in the gym on Christmas, Halloween, Birthdays, Thanksgiving, Easter, Hanukkah, Quanza, whatever you celebrate, I was in the gym. We all envy the guy that's jacked as hell before we get there ourselves but there is simply nothing to envy other than the fact that this person has enhanced the size of their muscles.
Always remain humble, regardless of how overwhelming your progress can be. The body that you're trying so hard to build up is temporary and will one day go back into the dirt. Spirit and energy lives on.
