On a side note, I've wanted to start top roping for awhile but the heights of the climbs look super intimidating. Should I get belay certified? 🤔

Compromising the movement by flailing, swinging, and having sloppy, floppy legs due to inadequate core strength, hip compression, and/or mobility, just to get the “toes to the bar”, or to get a ton of reps, defeats the purpose).
