I used @mayversfood protein hempseed peanut butter for an extra kick. 
This cookie is SO freaking good. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. If I made a batch of these, I definitely would have finished them within 10 minutes of baking them 😂😂😂
I would HIGHLY recommend trying the recipe out!

In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine:
✨2 large bananas
✨1/4 cup molasses
✨2 eggs
In another bowl, whisk together:

✨1 tsp baking soda

100g @quakeroatsuk
50g flax seed
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder @optimumnutrition
1 large banana
Tbsp 0 cal @bulkpowders_uk maple syrup or honey
2tbsp powdered @pbfit.uk mixed with water -  Preheat oven to 160°c -  Mix your oats, flax seeds and protein powder in a bowl
-  mix your peanut butter and maple syrup/ honey. If using non powdered melt it in a pan with the honey/maple syrup
-  Mash the banana and add this to the dry ingredients along with the peanut butter mixture
-  Mix together -  Place mixture into a baking tray and place in the oven for around 15-20 minutes or untill going golden brown

Anywaaaaaaaay, bang on these bars are. Just the right balance in texture - not too soft, not too tough. They fill you up proper if you try a full one. Fine with me, as I generally only have half of any bar with a nice cup of tea, at night, instead of a stack of biscuits.

With 20g of solid milk based protein per 55g bar, 14g Carbs, and 8.3g Fat, these are a good choice for your snack stash.

We are headed into a holiday tradition that's a hair away from a competitive eating comp and we know a lot of people are stressing out!! There's lots of advice on what to do…so here is our take:
.
Let’s stop being turkeys about it and play it smart! Decide ahead of time what your plan is. In other words: To track or not to track THAT is the question.
.
TRACK: There's a lot of advice saying “relax it's one meal”. First: in the history of relaxing noone has ever relaxed by being told to relax. So that's not a thing.
.
And second if you're a person that struggles with an all or nothing mindset--going in without some awareness could end up with you going all bananas cream pie for a 4-day weekend and ultimately feeling like you put a Brutus like knife square in the middle of your own back. So if this is you, make a gameplan: bring a dish yourself, do some menu recon with your host or layout a basic pre-plan of what you’re going to have.

OR DON’T TRACK:
Stick to taking smaller portions, eat your protein first and eat plenty of it. Taste everything but only eat what you really love! Stick to one plate!
.
Either way: hit plenty of protein early in the day and DO NOT GO IN HUNGRY. Sabotage that appetite with a protein shake or similar so you have a clear head! Drink plenty of water, engage in conversation and get up and walk around--it doesn’t have to be totally and completely about the food. And most importantly of all ENJOY YOURSELF.

And second if you're a person that struggles with an all or nothing mindset--going in without some awareness could end up with you going all bananas cream pie for a 4-day weekend and ultimately feeling like you put a Brutus like knife square in the middle of your own back. So if this is you, make a gameplan: bring a dish yourself, do some menu recon with your host or layout a basic pre-plan of what you’re going to have. . OR DON’T TRACK: Stick to taking smaller portions, eat your protein first and eat plenty of it. Taste everything but only eat what you really love! Stick to one plate! . Either way: hit plenty of protein early in the day and DO NOT GO IN HUNGRY. Sabotage that appetite with a protein shake or similar so you have a clear head! Drink plenty of water, engage in conversation and get up and walk around--it doesn’t have to be totally and completely about the food. And most importantly of all ENJOY YOURSELF. . INGREDIENTS
🐶 4 Cups of Chex Cereal (120g)
🐶 2 TBSP (28g) Chocolate Chips
🐶 1 TBSP (16g) Creamy Peanut Butter
🐶 1 tsp (5g) Ghee Butter
🐶 12g PB2
🐶 1 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
🐶 1 Pack of Stevia
🐶 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
🐶 6g nPower Nutrition Chocolate Truffle
🐶 1 scoop (26g) nPower Nutrition Vanilla Cupcake
🐶1/4 Cup Stevia

DIRECTIONS 🧭
➡️ Measure out 4 cups of Rice Chex 🥣 and set aside.
➡️ Mix 1 scoop Vanilla Cupcake 🧁 with 1/4 cup of Stevia in a ziplock baggie and set aside.
➡️ Mix 12g of PB2 with about 2 TBSP of water to make a paste.
➡️ Mix your 6g of Chocolate Truffle Protein with a splash of water to make a runnier paste (think syrup consistency).
➡️ Again, do the same as above for with the Cocoa Powder but add 1 packet of Stevia and 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract.
➡️ In a microwave safe bowl melt together your 2 TBSP of Chocolate Chips with 1 TBSP of Creamy Peanut Butter and 1 tsp Ghee Butter.
➡️QUICKLY (key word 😉)! Stir in the PB2, Protein and Cocoa Powder mixes.
➡️ Keep mixing until combined then and add in your Cereal and once coated transfer mix into the zip lock baggie and shake shake shake!
➡️ If you don’t mind it a little chewy put it in the fridge as is, I recommend spreading it on a baking sheet and letting it cool (the condensation will make it chewy).
➡️ Lastly, try not to eat the whole bowl and enjoy!
➡️ Store it in a sealed container (Tupperware is great).

NUTTY CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BROWNIES: When a mistake works out in your favour 😂🙌🏼 I tried to make bounty protein balls that I came across on @askaishling page - they had 4 ingredients and should have taken ten minutes to make. I mistakenly added far too much almond milk and so I had to improvise. What resulted was a rich chocolatey brownie that was crispy on the outside and super moist on the inside. @askaishling I will successfully make your bounty protein balls soon I promise! 🤗

Ingredients:
✅ 150 ml almond milk .
✅ 3 sachets @whey_box vanilla protein powder
✅90g oats .
✅ 20g cacao powder .
✅ 40g desiccated coconut .
✅ 2 Tblsp chia seeds .
✅ 60g mixed chopped nuts .
✅ 2 Tblsp maple syrup .
✅ Pinch salt .

Method:
👉🏼 Place all ingredients into mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly and spread on lined baking tin. Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. .
👉🏼 Allow to cool and cut into pieces. .
👉🏼 Store in airtight container in cool, dark place. Should be good for 4 to 5 days max. .

Seriously good! Homemade thick choc casing around a toffee sauce and super chewy fibre apple protein nougat. Flavour is on point too,  kinda reminds me of Apple strudel with a bit of a cakey toffee nutty Apple taste 🤤

Macros for both balls are 207cals 11f 11p and 16c which is a touch high on the fat but overall a nice little treat for 200cals 💪

Sometimes I wish that I was @peterszeto so that this @proteinpantry bar would be named after me. The Pete’s Dark Chocolate Raspberry Ripple, exclusive to @supplementstop is a masterpiece. I once proclaimed this to be my favourite protein bar of all time, but since then Ellie has come up with some unbelievably good concoctions... this is exceptional though, and if you ever find one, you should eat it (unless you are allergic to any of the ingredients or you don’t fancy eating a protein bar or you are full or whatever. You can decide).
