COMMON misconception with my shake! It is NOT a protein shake. It has protein in it, sure, but it also has SO many more essential nutrients that your body needs. And IMO, we aren't really all that protein deficient. It's the NUTRIENTS that we tend to lack. 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Heute wird mal wieder nur flüssig Gefrühstückt. Ich habe mir meinen #foreverliving Vanilla Protein Shake wieder mit Reis-Kokos-Milch zubereitet (es schmeckt einfach soooooooo gut) und natürlich wieder Chia Samen mit hineingegeben und noch zwei Bananen. Es ist einfach so lecker! P.S.: und eine Tasse schwarzen Tee am Morgen muss einfach sein.

Today I will have a liquid breakfast again. I did my Vanilla Protein Shake with Rice-Coco-Milk because I love it so much and of course some Chia Seeds. Also I added two Bananas. You can´t imagine how yummy it tastes! P.S.: and I just can´t resist one cup of black tea in the morning.

Well this is frustrating. All the train to Bristol have been cancelled. Just trying to decide if I try and make it or if I just go to the office? It says the service will be affected all day & I really don’t want to be stuck in Bristol! While I decide I’m noshing into my stash of protein bars that were delivered yesterday!
