It is super moist and made a hugeeee serving which I wasn’t expecting. It’s about as spot on to cake as you can get without actually having cake mix 🙌🏼 .
For frosting I used Fage mixed with some almond milk and sugar free pudding mix 💕 .

Pamcakespancakes pumpkin spice muffins with butterscotch morsels:
Makes 6 muffins
2/3 cup Pamcakespancake pumpkin spice mix
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3 packs of splenda
1 tbsp of butterscotch morsels
Mix all together in a bowl
Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 min.
BOOM Yumminess. Add things that you feel will make this even better. Just Have fun with it!!😍😍

1/2 cup oats⠀
1/2 tsp baking soda⠀
1/4 cup egg whites⠀
1/2 cup vanilla fat free Greek yogurt⠀
1/2 cup of LadyBoss LEAN⠀
1 egg 🍳⠀
Walden Farm’s Sugar Free/Calorie Free Syrup⠀
Blend oats in blender until flour-like substance. ⠀
Add in baking soda, egg, egg whites, protein powder, & yogurt. Blend until smooth.🥣⠀
Heat griddle to 300 degrees F.⠀
Use a large spoon to make a round shape on the griddle.⠀
Cook until the batter starts to bubble then turn over and cook a few minutes longer.⠀
Stack your cooked pancakes on a plate.⠀
Pour Walden Farm’s Sugar Free/Calorie Free Syrup on top.⠀

Pumpkin 🎃 Protein 💪🏼 Pancakes 🥞 Recipe 👩🏻🍳👇🏼
Protein packed, sugar free, and a good source of fiber! I’ve made this recipe for meal prep and it holds up great in the fridge! 😊
Makes two servings. 3-4 pancakes each serving.
•1 Cup oat (ground into flour)
•1/2 cup @bobsredmill vital wheat gluten
•1 tsp Cinnamon
•2 tsp baking soda
•2 tsp baking powder
•1/2 cup pumpkin puree
•Stevia to taste (I used liquid stevia)
•1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
•1/2 cup plant milk
•1 tps vanilla extract
•1/4 cup butter plant milk (1/4 cup milk 1 tsp apple cider vinegar)
1️⃣ In a large bowl mix oat flour, vital wheat gluten, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
2️⃣ In a separate bowl mix pumpkin puree, apple sauce, liquid stevia to taste, plant milk, and vanilla extract.
3️⃣ Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until combined, do not over mix.
4️⃣Add plant milk and ACV last, give one last stir to combine
5️⃣ Cook 2 minutes on each side
6️⃣ Top with your favorite pancake syrup and fruit!

CARDIO FOR FAT LOSS BY 👋 Many folks have turned to low intensity cardiovascular work to "burn more body fat than carbohydrates." First, let's get that theory out of the way. Carbohydrates and fat are the body's primary fuel source during activity. Carbohydrates are used first and in terms of carbohydrate sources, it will first be blood glucose that's utilized for energy.
Next, stored carbohydrate (glycogen) will be turned into glucose and utilized. As exercise continues (and I'm talking hours, like a marathon), fat will become the primary fuel source.
Keep in mind that there is never only one fuel source, it's always a mixture of fuels for the body; however, the ratios change (e.g. 90% carbohydrates, 10% fat at the start of exercise, then the carbohydrate percentage decreases and fat percentage increases as exercise continues.). It is also important to note that fat requires oxygen to be burned as fuel, which is where the misconception about low intensity aerobics burning more fat comes into play. The thought is that if you have more oxygen available (e.g., you're not gasping for air because your intensity is so low), you'll be able to burn more fat. 👋 Here's The Truth 👋
It is true that a greater percentage of calories burned will come from fat if exercising at a low intensity. However, because you're exercising at a lower intensity, you will burn fewer total calories.
On the contrary, if you do a harder, higher intensity activity, like sprinting, you'll burn an overall greater amount of calories. 💪

Starting off my 20’s with the best way I know how: a phat stack of pancakes🤤 I had a pretty rough start to the day, but I am remaining positive!! Usually my birthdays highkey are awful, but I really want to today to be alright!!☺️ A stack like this also doesn’t hurt😏 I haven’t figured out a way to make my go-to coconut flour pancakes recipe vegan, but I did make them paleo! Just as moist and fluffy!👌🏽 I hope you guys have an AMAZING FriYAY! Let me know if you guys give this a try!🤩
dEATS: 1/4 cup of coconut flour + 1/2 mashed banana + 1/2 cup of water + 1 @happyeggcousa egg + 3 T of carton egg whites + 1 scoop of @livwell_nutrition cacao protein (code: learningfrombalance saves you money) + 1 T of @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips + 1/2 t of baking powder + a splash of pure vanilla extract + lots of cinnamon // In a medium bowl, mix everything together then let it sit while your griddle heats up.
