What better way to start fall than with some Pumpkin Protein Pancakes?? This recipe is so easy and packed with nutrients!! 🍂🎃🍁🎃🍂🎃🍁🎃🍂🎃🍁🎃🍂🎃🍁
Pumpkin is loaded with potassium, vitamin C, vitamin A and antioxidants! Pumpkin can also help you maintain bone mineral density, reduce your risk of heat disease and stroke, control diabetes and even reduce your risk of developing cancer. BUT be careful not to buy pumpkin pie mix as this is loaded with unwanted sugars and fats which defeats the purpose😉
1/4 C gluten free flour
2 egg whites
Pinch of baking soda and baking powder
1t vanilla extract
1t pumpkin pie spice
2-3T of pumpkin purée
Top with honey or maple syrup and any fresh fruit you would like! I hope you guys enjoy this recipe and let me know if you try them!🧡
🍖FOUR REASONS YOU SHOULD EAT MORE PROTEIN
Apparently protein makes me wanna twerk...🤷🏼♀️
Anywayyysss you know it’s important. Everywhere you look people are making protein pancakes, protein smoothies, protein muffins🍩
So what’s the big deal with it? HOW BOUT I GIVE YA FOUR REASONS:
1️⃣ It keeps you full! Protein is more filling than carbs or fats and it takes long to digest, so you’ll be satisfied for hours if you have a hearty serving of protein with meals. More protein may also reduce cravings!🍗
2️⃣It is responsible for muscle repair and growth! So say hello to sexy muscles ladies aka you’ll get toned af with the right amount of protein and resistance training 💪🏼
2️⃣Bone health! This is super important, especially as we age- so we want to keep our bones nice and strong! Protein will help with this and therefore, help prevent fractures and injury ☠️
4️⃣Protein can help improve your metabolism and in turn, help you to shed more fat! When you eat food, your metabolism gets a little boost (thanks to digestion!) but protein has a higher thermogenic effect which can help you burn more calories everyday (even at rest!) So eat up! 🥩
A lot of my clients come to me not enough enough calories in general- let alone enough protein so it’s usually the first thing I increase! A good rule of thumb is to eat about .6-.8 grams of protein per pound of body weight.
Combine a good protein intake with good ol’ fashioned resistance training and you got yourself a lil recipe for sexiness🕺🏻

I’ve not had pancakes in ages so thought I’d do a repost to remind me of the one I made a bit ago! Loving my little creative cinnamon fork as well 👍🏽😍

Good morning you beautiful people 😊
I wasn't up and out the door by 6:30 this morning so I decided to make some protein pancakes for brekkie 💛
This meal is so quick and easy to make but even I fell into "it takes too long to make", so stuck to porridge in the morning. -
[makes 6 pancakes]
100g full fat cottage cheese, 50g oats and 2 eggs, mix in a blender until smooth.
Fry in a little @lucybeecoconut and serve with full fat Greek yoghurt, fresh berries, one square of 80% dark chocolate and teaspoon of chia seeds. 🙌🏼
Perfect start to the day. Still time to sign up to the 9:30am class 👊🏼 Text Kayleigh on 07821414287 to book your place. -
Lets talk protein… lately I have been getting a lot of questions about @arbonneaunz protein powder and why I personally prefer it above everything else I have tried. Keep reading below 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
Whey, is the liquid remaining after milk has been curdled and strained. Which means if you have an intolerance to diary (which most people do and they don’t realise), you will generally experience digestive issues, such as gas, bloating, cramps, headaches and fatigue. Most whey protein powders are a vehicle for sugars, sweetners and artificial flavours. Most whey proteins contain additives that are literally just used to make it more flavourful. I clearly can’t speak for everyone but I have personal found whey protein powders to create a lot of bloating, which caused severe discomfort for quite some time.
Firstly, not only is the Arbonne plant based protein powder super delicious it also doesn’t leave a powdery taste in my mouth, which is a huge thumbs up for me. It is easily digestible, a lot more healthier and natural. This means no artificial sweeteners or chemicals. My body also responds a lot better now. I don’t suffer from bloating or digestive issues! Also the combination of brown rice protein and pea protein gives our body the full range of amino acids which are needed for muscle growth and fat loss
Comment below if you want to try some and I can hook you up 😉
THERE IT IS...🥞💖
A new pinkie pancake stack made with a lot of love and happiness. The pink color is coming from a big piece of beetroot. The other photo's shows you the process to make this piece of artwork. I really like the combination of figs with fresh forest fruit, peanut butter and chocoloate! Do you like it too? 🏗🥞💖🍒🍓🍇🥜🍯🍫
Pancake's!!!! #myproteinuk but nougat pancake mix for the win this morning 😍
Carbs, high protein pancakes and a dollop of Greek yoghurt for fat with a few micronutrients from the berries... Job done!
Breakfast should be the most important meal of the day... Definitely if it's your pre workout bodypump practice breakfast. 💪💪
