今回は、 @myproteinjp のミルクティー味❤️
一番好きなプロテインで、桃🍑と合うかなと思って❤️
前回までパサパサで美味しいとは言い難かったけど、今回はかなり優秀な出来!!
違いは、アーモンドプードルを入れてみました🙋‍♀️
以下覚え書き↓
卵1個、アーモンドプードル45g、天ぷら粉10g、プロテイン30g、ベーキングパウダー2g、ヨーグルトのホエイを程よい固さになるまで加える。

Ingredients (1 serving):
* 1/2 cup Birch Benders Pancake & Waffle Protein Mix
* 1/2 cup Almond Breeze “Original Unsweetened” almond milk
* 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
* 1 tsp. poppy seeds
* 1 tsp. almond extract
* 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
* 1/2 tsp. butter extract
* 1/8 cup sliced almonds {for topping the stack}
Macros for 1 serving or stack: 300 calories & 31C/ 11F/ 21P ✨
Extra toppings not included in macros: a sprinkle of poppy seeds, more sliced almonds, 100% pure maple syrup, & a homemade lemon glaze 🍋

Aren’t these vanilla protein pancakes beautiful? 😩😍I treated them as crepes and stuffed each one with different fillings!

I have always had a really unhealthy affinity for sweets, but have been able to work through it using naturally sweet foods like fruit! 🍓made two different compotes to go with these- strawberry and blueberry. They were easy to make, and so much healthier than store bought jam or syrup. All I did was add a cup of the fruit to a pan with a tablespoon or two of both lemon juice and water, plus a dash of cinnamon (and some chia seeds to the strawberry compote). I let it simmer and stirred it frequently until the fruit broke down and got to the consistency of jam. If your fruit isn’t super ripe/sweet, taste it and add stevia if necessary. You can also vanilla extract for more flavor.

-Pancake/crepes: 1 scoop @pescience gourmet vanilla protein powder, 3 tbsp egg whites, 3 tbsp water, 1/2 tsp baking powder (thank you @jillchristinefit for the recipe!)

Vegan chia pancakes.
I found the recipe and modified it with what I had:
-Blended oats (oat flour)
-Almond milk (or any plant based)

-Vanilla

It’s my 3rd day without sugar, so I couldn’t add any sweet toppings like fruits or agave, but honestly I didn’t miss it.

Recipe: -3/4 cup spelt flour
-1/2 cup buckwheat flour
-1 scoop Vega protein and greens vanilla
-1tbsp flaxseed meal
-1/4 cup oats
-1 cup water
-1tbsp cinnamon 
Mix all the ingredients together, spray your pan with coconut oil and fry them 4min each side.
Add your favorite toppings and enjoy it

Today my choice was 2tbsp almond butter and chopped almonds, but next time I will add strawberries and banana 😋

You know *that feeling*? That almost painful feeling you get when you don't feel like working out and doing almost anything else would be better than starting a workout?

I remember always getting that dreaded feeling before starting a workout. Sometimes I would even let it stop me from working out. But what did I really gain from giving in to it? Nothing. Not until I stopped going with how I felt and just started and did this consistently did the feeling go away.

I realized that the less attention I gave *that feeling*, the more effortlessly I could start my workouts. A more effortless start meant more consistent workouts. More consistent workouts meant the more it simply became part of my routine. I felt better, looked better and didn't have this dreaded *thing* looming over my head that I had to do each day. It became something I looked forward to.

Aren’t these vanilla protein pancakes beautiful? 😩😍I treated them as crepes and stuffed each one with different fillings!

I have always had a really unhealthy affinity for sweets, but have been able to work through it using naturally sweet foods like fruit! 🍓made two different compotes to go with these- strawberry and blueberry. They were easy to make, and so much healthier than store bought jam or syrup. All I did was add a cup of the fruit to a pan with a tablespoon or two of both lemon juice and water, plus a dash of cinnamon (and some chia seeds to the strawberry compote). I let it simmer and stirred it frequently until the fruit broke down and got to the consistency of jam. If your fruit isn’t super ripe/sweet, taste it and add stevia if necessary. You can also vanilla extract for more flavor.

-Pancake/crepes: 1 scoop @pescience gourmet vanilla protein powder, 3 tbsp egg whites, 3 tbsp water, 1/2 tsp baking powder (thank you @jillchristinefit for the recipe!)

🍌CHOCO BANANA PANCAKES: Este tipo de comida me encanta, uno por que es súper fácil y dos por que ayuda a matar la ansiedad por algo dulce, ademas que te llena de energía y te mantiene satisfech@ por un tiempo prolongado.
👉🏻I N G R E D I E N T E S:
➖1/2 de taza de hojuelas de avena.
➖1 huevo.
➖1/2 plátano. ➖1 scoop de proteína de chocolate @protgtproductos es la que use.
➖1/4 de taza de leche vegetal.
➖Chorrito de vainilla (opcional).
🥣Licua todos los ingredientes hasta formar una mezcla homogénea, checa que no quede muy líquida de ser así agrega un poco más de avena o ajonjolí.
✔️Precalienta un sartén con poco aceite, agrega la mezcla y tapa, haz todo la cantidad de la mezcla pueden salir 2-3 piezas.
✔️Decora con la fruta de tu preferencia .. yo agregué 1/2 plátano + moras frescas, un poco de coco deshidratado sin azúcar y miel de abeja @hechoparalavida . .

Turkey bacon // 2 SP //
Scrambled eggs with some ketchup #teamnocountketchup // 0 SP //

Pancakes are super easy! 
Mash 1 ripe banana
Combine 2 eggs
1/3 cup blended oats (blend in the blender) 
1/4 tsp cinnamon 
1/4 tsp vanilla 
Put all together in a bowl and cook on pan. 1 pancake is 1/4 cup of mix.
