They are so easy to make, just mix a scoop of protein with some baking powder and a (very) little of water until you have a thick doughy consistency. Pour into non stick pan on medium heat, flip et voilà🥞 optional: sweetener, cacao powder, cacao nibs, blueberries...😘

Breakfast for dinner is a MUST at least once per week preferably more 😜 Currently obsessed with P28 Buttermilk Protein pancakes 🥞 with Joseph’s syrup! Seriously the BEST protein pancakes with 👌🏽 macros I can easily fit 3-4 big pancakes into my own macros! The entire meal is only about 350 calories! 🎉 .

I haven’t trained since I found out about my health issues. Decided to go to the gym today and just get something in. Monitored my heart rate during training and feel that maybe bodybuilding and grip sport will be my next ventures in fitness. At 264lbs today I’m going to lose some weight to alleviate some stress off my heart and hopefully reverse some of my heart issues. I’m not going to eliminate Strongman completely but it will be a lot less intense.

I heard of this place a while back and it was only time for me to go on about my way to try it, so today I did! After an awesome jog in Key Biscayne I made my way downtown and into the arms of heaven. First of all before you read my review I wanted to explain why I gave it what I did. Considering I was starving and it was my first time there I went for the Matcha Protein Pancakes and the Lavender Latte, based of the exotic naming convention. My goodness, those pancakes were just as mouth watering as it sounds. The latte on the other hand....I read the menu and saw lavender and being the espressoblog I wanted to go out of my way to try the unordinary. I think it may be the blend of Macadamia milk being steam as opposed to me getting the drink iced, or maybe I am not a lavender person but I wasn’t all that thrilled. If you like agua de violetas then this latte is definitely for you 😂 But I think I definitely will come back and stick to something more like me, and then rate it accordingly.
