Protein Snickers Flapjack🥞🤤
8/10 - #honestreview below👇🏼
Quick post today! 🙂 This @proteinbymars snickers flapjack guy came in this month’s @bodbox - one of the reasons I love these subscription boxes. Always getting to try the latest bars without having to hunt for them individually! 👌🏼
Check it out! I like what Mars are doing expanding into the protein market and this was the one I was looking forward to most! Pretty flapjacky texture wise and just sweet enough. You can taste the peanuts - solid work!👍🏼
I’d recommend this guy. My only issue is that it’s pretty small... But can’t complain about that too much!🤔

Weekend baking made simple with STRIPPD protein baking mixes.
Healthy homemade snacking doesn't get easier than this... Just add 4 scoops (200g) of STRIPPD Protein Flapjack Vanilla to 50g of coconut oil, 3 tbsp of honey/golden syrup and 4 tbsp of your chosen milk and bake for 10-12 minutes. Once out of the oven, we recommend topping them with nuts and fruit. Dig in!

Right once upon a time a friend of mine was demolishing through box after box of a flapjack I’d never seen before. I’d ask him how much was that? And he’ll reply around £0.50/60p per bar.
I was amazed as I had recently purchased a bar for £1.50+
Although I thought I’d rather pay more for taste than a chewing bluetac tasting disaster.
But!!! Big but!!!! One day I challenged him to allow me a bite, since then I haven’t gone back, I purchase 6 boxes at a time for a very good price and great taste.
These are incredible, you MUST MUST give them a try!
Being a flapjack these are relatively carb high, but do contain 17g protein.
1 half cups of rolled oats half cup of honey whatever you want plain or flavoured half cup peanut butter 2 scoop choc protein powder and flaked almonds spread on top, leave in fridge for 2 hours 👌🏼🙌🏻 #proteinflapjack
Optimum Protein Oats Flapjack protein bar... Banana & Yogurt flavor... Wish I tried this before but my assumptions for flapjack style bars I had before held me from it. Moment you open the package a strong refreshing banana smell takes over. Bar itself is very satisfying with its 80g size, chewiness, taste and addition of oats. However this also packs in nearly 290 calories with 7g fat, 39g carbs (6g sugar) and 20g protein with only 3g of fiber. If you can fit it into your macros this makes for a great morning or afternoon snack. My rating is: 8/10
2k Giveaway because I randomly found a sack full of #nakdbars , #trekchunks and #trekbars at the back of a kitchen cupboard last night.
So firstly I can't believe that 2000 people follow me especially as I am no "professional" instagrammer by any stretch of the imagination - it's literally just random thoughts that pop into my head or things I eat (and frankly about 99% of them are porridge) so no idea why anyone would follow me. I don't get algorithms, I don't do food styling, I'm clumsy and impatient and also make loads of ugly food because I only post things I actually eat - there are no stacks of gorgeous pancakes because I wouldn't eat a whole stack .
Secondly like I said I found these random bars in my cupboard and why not share the love. Seriously no idea where these came from, don't remember buying them, there's no receipt and they were in a random orange tote bag I've never seen in my life. But more interesting than finding a £5 note down the back of the sofa for example. Obviously they're all #sfv , #plantbased , made from #wholefoods with #norefinedsugar and #dairyfree & #glutenfree .
Will pick a winner at random when I close this on Sunday 12pm who can pick a couple of bars they like most but afraid has to be UK based as I can't afford that overseas postage 😂.
Just like , tag if you want to and then let me know what kind of posts you find most interesting and which couple of flavours you'd like.
