𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 & 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Any RXBar or Larabar fans out there? They’re my fav but a tad pricey for four or five bars. I found a great copycat recipe that I can easily change up the flavors. I added maple extract to mine this time & not only did they smell amazing but they tasted amazing!
1 1/2 cup pitted medjool dates
3/4 cup dried egg white powder
1/2 cup whole almonds
1/2 cup cashews
Prepare baking pan (8x8 or small bread pan) with parchment paper. Add the nuts to the blender and grind them up. Place the remaining ingredients in your blender (put the dates last) & pulse 5-10 minutes until mixture binds together when rolled into a ball. Press mixture into baking pan. Pull out of baking pan using the parchment paper, slice with a sharp knife and store in a airtight container up to 7 days.
2-3 tsps maple, coconut, mint, or vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened dried fruit such as blueberries, cherries, apples
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
1/4 cup peanut butter

I didnt think I would be a fan of this flavour because I dont like lemons😳😳😳 HOWEVER THIS PRO BAR IS STRAIGHT DELICIOUS!! I’m so happy I got 10 boxes of them 🤣🤓🤓🤓
I eat them for breakfast when I’m in a rush. I pack one in my bag for a snack. I eat one at my desk when I’m hungry at work & I also eat one before I do any exercise as it fuels me up and they are not heavy so they do not give you an upset stomach or make you feel bloated. They are so great to eat AFTER your workout as the protein helps to repair your muscles that you just used. These bars can seriously save you from being in pain after the gym 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
As most of you guys can tell I LOVE @one1brands !! I love how they’re all dessert/sweet flavors so it fits my sweet tooth big time!! I’ve struggled finding protein bars that have a enjoyable taste with not having a weird texture to them, since I’m a weird texture person😂. @one1brands Has an enjoyable taste and has the perfect texture to them!!! There’s just something about one bars that I just can’t stray from!! Each bar has 20g of protein with 1g of sugar which is INCREDIBLE!! I keep trying new flavors and I keep falling in love with each and every flavor I try. I eat them directly after I work out, so I’ll eat it on my way home from the gym. I freeze them all so they don’t melt in my car and they still taste PERFECT 😍! You can pretty much get them anywhere!! I get them mostly from GNC, but I’ve seen them at target and Walmart also! One for sure has my heart, soul and money😉.

So happy to have these in my desk drawer again! I was out for just 3 days and it felt like 3 months LOL. Breakfast is my coffee with MCT oil collagen and sugar-free Torani and a protein bar. Made my own protein bars last night using a recipe from @thebigmansworld and they turned out awesome. Only 4 ingredients (5 if you include the chocolate chips). The original recipe calls for peanut butter, but since I can’t eat that, I used sunflower seed butter. And I used honey as the sweetener, but less than what the original called for. Posting recipe below:
1/2 c coconut flour
2 scoops protein powder
2 c peanut butter (or any nut)
1/2 c sticky sweetener
Optional chocolate chips
Mix dry ingredients together in one bowl, melt and mix nut butter and sweetener in another. Combine all. Pour batter into parchment lined dish and press firmly in place. Then freeze or refrigerate until firm.
