TONE. This can be about your body which is where most people think of first because everyone wants to “tone up”. However do you ever stop to think about the tone of your voice? Do you talk In a way that invites people or do you always seem irritated? 
I know I have gone and seen both extremes. Too much happy and Pep isn’t good but having a gloomy/angry tone isn’t the best either. We don’t always have to sound chipper but we should try and be someone that we would like to talk to. 
I think we all have those people that we just don’t talk to because they bring us down. This is me telling you to not be that person. Be the one to BRIGHTEN the day and add good emotion to your voice. Create an environment that breeds support and kindness especially on this kindness day.

All set to make tacos for dinner... 🌮🌮 browning the beef, wash the lettuce... and then I’m out of taco seasoning and missing two ingredients to make more. 🤦🏻‍♀️ so..Waffles it is. A scoop of vanilla @nutridyn ultimate protein added to the mix and a scoop of @greatlakesgelatin added to the strawberry blueberry sauce and and there’s plenty of protein in there to keep these kiddos full and happy. And they taste amazing! 👏🏼 Hubs started the protein addition. Knew I married him for some reason. That and he brings me coffee. ☕️

I made a pumpkin lentil, chickpea stew! I had some things in my kitchen and thought hey! This would make a decent stew. I didn’t follow a recipe I made it up as I went. Turned out amazing!! Great for this time of year. I also sprinkled it with so delicious coconut cheese. 
Recipe:

5 cloves garlic - chopped
2 carrots - chopped
1/2 cup lentils - pre cooked (not from can)
1/2 cup chick peas - pre cooked (not from can)
1/2 head of cauliflower - chopped
1 cup pumpkin purée 
2 cups water
3tbsp ground flax seed
Spices to taste:

Dill
Basil
Salt
Pepper

Então, eu digo q sim, mas explico q só treinar por mtos anos não dá o resultado pretendido, deve-se associar a dieta tbm! 
Qualquer um consegue um corpo bacana,  não precisa de tantos anos assim, basta disciplina, ou seja: associação de > treino + dieta. 
Ah, eu não vale alegar falta d tempo, pois todos q me conhecem sabem q tempo é algo q não existe na minha vida..
