Celebrating one of the best wildlife destinations in the world, Sri Lanka. There is no other country in the world that has the bio diversity we have, especially on an island as small as ours. We should and must take every step possible to preserve it for generations to come.
#WorldWildlifeDay (All photos are taken by me in the last three years, during my travels around this incredible country, which is my home 🇱🇰).

The menace has begun. Back to the days of our wildlife being traded for the benefit of outside desires. There are also strong rumors of our dogs being eaten and other animals. Please be alert!! Report immediately. Protect our wildlife and animals.
Thank you to the citizen/s who chose to report rather than choosing to kill/capture/sell and thanks to the wildlife department for the rescue.
A truck full of trees for the Kadawatha/Nittambuwa highway. All the trees are endemic to #SriLanka and most are fruit bearing trees to provide food for the birds and animals, shade for people on the highway and for small businesses, to purify the air and to create a greener, healthier #Srilanka . Organized by Aurora - Sri Lanka.
