Was going to save this for next Tuesday but couldn’t contain myself!! Big shoutout to my client Jesus @godgifted_j24 for an awesome transformation!!! Similar to my client Cassie @cass_6 - Jesus did my Shredded in 40 program and saw good results but wanted a more personalized approach.
He signed up for my Platinum Coaching Program 8 Weeks ago and it was a GAME CHANGER for him!
We were able to come up with a more personalized approach for his training and diet, which made it much easier for him to follow and stay consistent.
We also came up with a few coaching strategies to help him stay consistent with his meals, even though he has a hectic work environment in the hospital.

It takes time to see results. I feel like progress pictures are a great way to track your progress because even after a couple months of training, you may feel like your body hasn't changed or you don't feel like you are improving. But if you compare pictures you can actually see a big difference in body structure and muscle definition. Don't give up. Changing your body takes time and lots of hard work. I don't know if you can related but prior to my journey I would have a negative habit of saying "it always happens to me" "why do bad things happen to good people" or I would complain about my situation. But that never helped my situation. As I'm growing with God I know now that I only go through things that God knows I can handle.

Just some quick videos from my pull sesh yesterday, weights back up to 105kg and still trying to get it up to 110kg 😭 I usually don’t do more than two exercises for bizeps cause I think thats enough💪🏻 usually one heavy like seated hammer curls and then something light like standing cable curls🙌🏻
