🙌🏽A little Friday inspiration for y’all🙌🏽
Because it’s all smiles Friday!! “Tell me about your diet” “How much does it cost?”
“What will I have to stop doing?”
“Can I still have my wine/beer?”
“There’s no way I can afford it”
These are all the things we hear on a daily basis when I answer questions on how our health program works.
We CAN tell you this~ ❤️We're not facilitating a diet, We are coaching you through a lifestyle change. ❤️The price depends on the program that best suits your needs and you'll be surprised.
❤️You don’t have to “quit” doing anything permanently, but while we work to accomplish your goals-you will prioritize the things that matter most to you, and will support your goals.
And as Brad will tell you, it’s not “How can I afford to do this?”, it’s “How can I afford not to?” Make yourself a priority and focus on what matters. Your body will thank you for years to come ❤️ #realpeoplerealstories#prioritizehealth#transformyourhealth#onechoiceatatime#lifelongtransformation
This is Adrianna. Her health story is quite remarkable.
Before getting my health on track vs after getting my health on track. Besides the obvious physical differences, this is what has changed between the two pictures.
I'm no longer: 💔 exhausted
💔 super stressed out
💔 struggling with not being able to absorb the nutrients in the food I was eating or vitamins I was taking
💔 making poor food choices constantly
💔Going to bed super early and still waking up exhausted
💔 Suffering from digestive issues
💔 Struggling with daily headaches 💔 dealing with insomnia
💔 Feeling depressed every minute of every day
💔 Crying myself to sleep every night
💔 Completely dependent on a man to support me financially and mentally
What have I gained??? ❤️ I'm a better mom to my three children
❤️ I have more muscle mass
❤️ I don't get out of breath while chasing my kids around the yard
❤️ Staying up later to get work done
❤️ Waking up feeling refreshed
❤️ Personal growth
❤️ Freedom from digestive issues
❤️ Mental stability
❤️ Craving healthier food
❤️ Less sugar cravings
❤️Weaning off of prescription medication for anxiety (with the guidance of my psychiatrist)
❤️ I have become a strong, independent single mother to the three most incredible children I could have ever asked for
What an inspiring story! Do you desire to have similar health success?? Now is the time to take that step. .
I am looking for 5 people who want what Adrianna has and are willing to commit to three months of consistently taking these fantastic plant based supplements that target blood sugars, inflammation, and gut health. You’re running around trying to succeed at work, care for your family, be a loving wife, keep up with your social circle, and take care of yourself and your health.
That’s a long list of things to get done everyday.
Here’s the truth- you can absolutely do all of those things!
Here’s another truth - you don’t have to do all of them every single day. And in fact, to be successful, you probably have to make sure you aren’t doing all of them every single day.
Give yourself permission to triage and prioritize what’s happening in your life. If you want to do it all and had it all, you have to have focus and you have to learn what real balance feels like.
You can do that!
Look at your list of “to-dos” for today. What HAS to get done? What can WAIT until tomorrow?
My clients and I spend as much time figuring out what we can cut out of the equation to help them be successful as we do figuring out what to add in.
This helps us prioritize and simplify the day and gives us a winner in the end.
Starting is always the hard part.
Committing to something new.
Making a change.
Standing out from the crowd.
Appearing ignorant to those who don't support you.
Stepping out of your comfort zone.
Focus on the goal.
Be present in the journey.
Surround yourself with positive people.
One step at a time.
Appreciate your gifts.
You are loved by God. You are unique.
You can do this. Believe.
Me: Are you ready to invest in your health? .
Potential Client: Ooh Donna I can’t afford you😳.
Random stranger: it cost too much money to eat healthy😑.
You: one more expense 😮.
Really? How much do you spend a day on coffee (Starbucks or Pete’s)? How much did your hair cost? You paid how much for those shoes? Mani/pedi every two weeks? (Note:cost listed varies on where you live trust me😬)
You only get one body!!!! It’s time to re-prioritize and invest in your HEALTH.
Now, I’ll ask you again, “Are you ready to invest in your health?” Let’s talk, DM me now!
Sometimes you choose recovery, sometimes your body chooses for you lol. Had a pretty hard crash over the weekend lots of inflammation and aggravated an old injury in my right lat/trap. Normally I’d push through, but sometimes it’s good to listen to your body and throttle back and let your body heal.
With our group’s retreat this weekend I’ve decided to take this week to recover and heal up. Still doing my 30 minutes of cardio just taking off from the weights. So lots of stretching, foam rolling, sauna sessions and cold therapy. Remember good recovery equals good performance!
Total body cardio workout done!! All the sweat feels so good! And my hair is crazy once again.
I share because I want you to know that anyone can do this. Anyone can find 30 minutes in their day to prioritize their health. I am a busy wife, mom, nurse and am building a business. Between work, chores, working on my old house and being with my kids there's always something to do. You can do it, no matter what your current fitness level is. I've had a baby, I'm not getting any younger and I'm not a professional..just me, wanting to be my best so that I can keep being there for others. You can do this.
My health is something I prioritize. If I didn't prioritize it, it just would not get done. You need to want it. You need to work for it. You need to enjoy it and quit thinking of it as punishment. Your health is such a gift from God. Taking care of your body is a blessing and is so fun especially when there are countless benefits!
Exercise not only helps with your weight, it helps with your depression, anxiety, cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugars, asthma, confidence....I mean...its just awesome.
I want to help you get started on becoming healthier and having a positive mindset about your health. I want you to see your potential and gain that confidence that is hiding deep inside of you! It is there, I know it!! Please DM me ASAP to get in my next fitness group starting october 1st! It is going to be awesome and I want you to enjoy it with me.
Nope, I didn’t get out of my pjs today. I was swamped with work and things that I had been putting off for weeks! So, no, it hasn’t been the most enjoyable day...but I’m taking 30 minutes for myself because no matter how late, it’s still fudging self-care Sunday 🤣 Don’t mind me, I’ll just be sitting on the corner, face mask and book in hand, good to go! Also...I think I’ll take some time to set some intentions for the week ahead! 🌸
What are you looking forward to this coming week?
Do you smoke?
Do you drink alcohol?
Do you often eat fast food?
Do you take medications?
Do you work on shifting schedules?
If you answer yes to any of this, please take Hepasil.
Detox. Detox hard.Detox fast.
Isa lang atay natin, may 2 milyon ka man ngaun para makapag liver transplant kailangan pa makahanap ng match mo.
Ang tanong nakakapaghintay pa ba ang liver cancer ngaun?
Prevention is still cheaper than cure. Sometimes, there isn't even a cure.
“I don’t have time to ________” Fill in the blank: Eat healthy, exercise, self care, have fun, spend quality time with a loved one or friend, read, learn something new, etc... Bullshit. You have time. Time exists and you are free to use it however you like. If you don’t feel you have time to eat right and exercise, stop fucking lying about the reason. It’s not because you don’t have time, it’s because you don’t prioritize it. If your health were a PRIORITY, by definition it would become more important than other things and you would MAKE time.
Your time is filled with the things you prioritize and for most of us that is making money. If you’re a parent I’m sure that is especially motivating because feeding your kids is most important of all. Look, I can’t tell you that your priorities are less worthy than the ones I would suggest (like diet, exercise and meditation), but it’s very important to remember that you make a choice every single moment to spend your time in a certain way. You could always drop everything and go for a hike, but there may be consequences for that which you don’t think are worth it. Figure out what you are willing to sacrifice in order to fit a new healthy habit in. Do you watch TV? Fuck, do it while you lift some weights. Or better yet throw it out and start running while listening to podcasts. How much time do you waste on social media? Would you sacrifice all of that time to become happier and healthier? You have to CHANGE your behavior if you want to CHANGE your life.
HOWEVER, you can’t do EVERYTHING. Make a list of the things you wish you could do “if you had time”. Just pick ONE thing. Just one at first. You CAN DO ONE THING. You can’t do all the things. Pick one, even one change can transform your life.
Make better choices. .
The battle between heart and head is real tonight 🤣
It’s a good thing we live in the middle of nowhere and the nearest donut shop is 25ish minutes away because this Mama loves donuts and has had a mad craving for them this week 🍩
Working on some exciting changes for my business and striving to create intentional daily habits that will help me be a better mom, wife and coach.
I am so thankful for those three roles in my life and I want to fulfill them with intention, passion and presence so that I can show up and be the best me for my family, my friends and my girls on my team and in my health + fitness community 💜
What are some ways you make sure you’re living with intention?
For me I am in the process of decluttering, creating a workspace I love, my morning routine is everything (and currently being adjusted since school has started again) and unplugging during specific times of day to focus on the things that truly matter to me.
It’s a work in progress but I love learning and tweaking along the way.
Can’t wait to hear some of your intentional living ideas!

I was listening to Lewis Howes this morning talking about personal and professional growth and going after your dreams. He ended his thoughts by saying the number one most important thing you can do in pursuit of your goals is to prioritize your health. Because when you prioritize your health and you take care of yourself you’ll be the best version of you that you can be regardless of your goals or dreams....because without your health, nothing else matters. Plus if you succeed at nothing else that day (because success is made of failures) then at least you’ve taken care of yourself.
I love this thought because it’s why I do what I do in my life but also a coach. Not because I want myself or others to be super skinny (because I don’t) but because when you feel good you’re more likely to pursue your goals and dreams, you’re more energized and motivated and you’re the best version of you you can be.
So whether your dream is to be an exceptional mom and wife or to start a non-profit organization or to become a blogger or earn a 6 figure income or to be a teacher, whatever your goal and dream is, prioritize your health so that you can the BEST you you can be.
Lewis ended by stating that at the end of his life Steve Jobs commented that he would give up all his money and success if he could have another year of health. All the other stuff is exciting and important and I deeply believe in the importance of pursuing the desires and passions God has given us but I also think it’s vitally important to care for and prioritize the only body we’ve been given. And I was thankful for that reminder this morning.
As I lay on the floor for a few minutes after my first workout in almost 2 weeks, I am thankful for my health and the opportunity to encourage and support others as they pursue healthier stronger lives so they too can work on their goals feeling their best! But also thankful that I can lay on the floor without the room “spinning” around me 😆
I’m curious, what dream do you have that maybe you’re currently pursuing or are holding back from pursuit because you don’t think it’s possible?
Anyone who knows me knows I love pumpkin everything and that the fall in my favorite time of year and PSLs are the nectar of the gods. However, focusing on health and good nutrition means making better choices. But better choices don’t mean sacrificing things you love. It simply means getting creative. A splash of this beauty with almond milk into my morning coffee will do the trick. 🎃 #pumpkinspiceeverything#healthyeating#prioritizehealth
As I took a break from studying 📚 I sought out some inspiration, and I found a quote that really struck me. “Gratitude turns what we have into enough.” – Anonymous
Oh my... that certainly resonates humbly with me currently. I think as humans we aspire to always; be more, conquer more, produce more, attain more.
These are all exceedingly amazing goals to strive for, but what about in the mean time? 🤷♀️ These aspirations don’t just appear before us. We have to put in the work and the effort.
There are many facets of my life I am currently dedicated to making better, but they won’t happen over night. 🌚 They take time ⏰, determination, strength 💪, and positivity. The journey and process is what makes everything worth it in the end.
But I won’t neglect what I have now. I have what I need for the circumstances I am currently on the path 👣 of.
And having someone along the way to motivate and support is an amazing accessory. In addition to my husband 👨👧👦and kids, I am a part of an amazing group of females 👭 who raise me up and push me to dig harder; which I am whole heartedly grateful for them in every way.
Is what you have in life enough? Would you like a partner along the way? What are you grateful for?
It’s the season of preventative health. And do you know what one of the simplest things you can do to strengthen immunity as we launch into the Fall season? Eating as many whole unprocessed, unadulterated organic foods as possible! 👉👉👉I CHALLENGE YOU:
For just ONE WEEK don’t eat anything that is prepackaged/ prepared, or “ready to eat” (aside from fresh fruits, veggies, nuts & dairy). 👉Instead look for some simple recipes to try for the week( pinterest is great for this)...prepare your meals from scratch- and skip snacking on chips, crackers. Pop your own popcorn, make kale chips or roasted chickpeas instead. 🌿I have an awesome homemade granola in my bio link that is amazing as cereal with milk, eaten plain or sprinkled onto yogurt. Check it out! 😘
The only thing standing in between you & your goals is YOU.
The girl on the left...
❌ Complained about being too busy for exercise while watching Netflix and eating a pint of ice cream.
❌ Thought it was impossible to find healthy food options that were both convenient and in the budget. ❌ Lacked self-confidence and was ashamed of the direction her health was heading. •
The girl on the right...
✨ Knows what she’s capable of & takes herself to the next level. ✨ Plans ahead in order to eat nutritiously, all while staying in the budget & bringing as much convenience possible. ✨ Makes time for her workouts because she knows her health MATTERS!
Y’all, there is so much more of a difference in these pictures than loosing X amount of pounds. For the longest time I thought it was about seeing a certain number on the scale, and anytime I slipped up in my nutrition I just gave up and fell back into old patterns. But it’s so much more than that!! I have a newfound confidence in myself because I’m taking care of my body & honoring what God has given me. I no longer beat myself up over eating a bag of French fries or skipping a workout from time to time because I know that one bad day doesn’t remove all the hard work I’ve put in. A healthy lifestyle doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a choice I make every single day, and one I’ll never regret! I am made for MORE than doubting myself and living in physical boundaries. I’m so glad I said YES to my health and I cannot wait to experience the growth that is to come! ❤️❤️
Patience is a virtue. In this era of *Immediate Gratification*, Most of us don’t exercise Patience enough.🌀Some things have to happen in their own natural time. Forcing them can be counter-intuitive and productive. We’ve all been there. It’s how we hopefully learn and grow. 🌿I put my business on hold for several months, in order to focus on my home life and family, without regret!✨✍🏽
We never SEE or truly understand the full picture of another person Life, based on their social media profile. Nor should we! Some things should be sacredly Private! That’s my belief.💡🎏🚪
The past four months, I’ve been working extremely hard OFFLINE because It Was Time to redirect my priorities! The result is my home life has structure and organization, much needed fresh paint on our walls, new furnishings we’ve been waiting for for over a decade and more financial stability for Our future. It’s personal. It’s deep. And most importantly, it was TIME to tend to things I was too distracted for and avoiding by obsessing with being online! 🎼🍇✨
If/When your *dream* your *freedom biz* becomes the excuse for not being *Present* for your kids, partnership, health and growth, it’s Time to check yourself and get back on track!🦄✨🧘🏽♀️
That’s Where I’ve been. Now I have a refreshed workroom with bright white walls and structure to create and grow! Begin again.
New things can be scary. 😱 I have successfully completed my first week attending graduate school at the University of Minnesota.
With the anticipation of something exciting yet pensive I was admittedly nervous. Who goes back to school in their 30’s? Will this be the career path 👣 I want to pursue? Will i fail?
These were all thoughts that had come to mind at some point throughout the leading weeks.
The first three days driving to or from campus I took an incorrect exit or turn. Some not as costly as others, and definitely not smooth sailing. ⭕️ Did I panic?
⭕️ Did I cry? ⭕️ Did I act erratically and cause further confusion and stress? 💯% No❗️ I overcame my obstacles and kicked them out of my way. While the journey seemed daunting, I gave full effort and failed to deliver immaculate results.
Am I upset? 😤 Not in the least bit. I tried, I discovered an opportunity to better myself, and succeed flawlessly after practice.
This can correlate with other elements of our lives. If we never take the first step, we’ll never learn. Are you struggling with that first step? I am here to stand by your side, and help deliver positivity and confidence. Are you ready?
