The best and easiest hash browns ever.
1. Thaw a bag of @traderjoes hash browns.
2. Season them- I used garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
3. Form them into hash browns.
4. Bake for 20 min at 400* then flip for another 10 min.
These are awesome because the only ingredient is potatoes. No weird stuff like the store bought ones, and they are delicious!

Cup cakes de avena, crema de cacahuate y berries ❤️
Tiempo de preparación 15-20 min. ⏰
🔻 2 tazas de harina de avena
🔻3/4 taza de claras o 6 claras
🔻1 cda de polvo para hornear
🔻 1 pizca de bicarbonato de sodio 🔻 1/2 plátano 🍌 🔻1/4 taza de agua.
🔻 Edulcorante al gusto (yo utilizo Stevia)
Metemos todos los ingredientes a la licuadora hasta formar una mezcla homogénea. Vertimos en moldes para cup cakes y llevamos al horno a 180 grados de 10-15 minutos.
Una vez fríos decora con crema de cacahuate natural Braun y berries ❤️

I cannot tell you how long it’s been since I’ve had grapefruit. I don’t know why I don’t eat it more when it helps with weight loss plus tastes amazing (now that I have acquired the taste). And who doesn’t love strawberry banana light Greek yogurt?😭🙏🏼❤️ This week is a little different. We are away from home with a different schedule so my fasting schedule shifted a bit earlier. That’s okay though! Still eating amazing food 😊

Buongiorno e buon lunedì ☀️Oggi ho voluto iniziare la giornata con una bowl composta da overnight porridge al nesquik con cuore di burro di mandorle, mix di yogurt greco mila e yogurt bianco magro Vipiteno alla pesca e amaretto (bocciato, ero davvero fiduciosa perché questa marca mi piace molto, ma il gusto pesca e amaretto sa di tutto fuorché pesca e amaretto 🙅🏼♀️), kiwi, simil Cheerios del Conad che mi fanno tornare bambina perché alle elementari la mia colazione tipo era caffellatte e una montagna di Cheerios 😅 e cremina al cacao. Stamattina mi aspetta il primo allenamento della terza settimana e da oggi per due settimane non avrò da gestire i bambini perché sono andati in vacanza quindi avrò fin troppo tempo libero😱
