So this is my 5th mealprep this week for work. I mainly prep for 4 days and on my last day I make my tea and do something quick for Saturday. But this was a combined mealprep/tea, killing two birds with one stone kinda thing. Still less than 20 mins to make and money saved for the next day 👍🏽 result!
I had some green Thai curry paste in and some veggies, so make this bean sprout thai curry with some broccoli, and it went down an absolute treat. 👍🏽 looking forward to my mealprep today in work 🍱😊.
