Work doesn't have to be just making a living. Work can be making a LIFE. Loving work is so important, following intuition and your purpose is SO important for how fulfilled you feel. That's what has pushed me to all these new ventures. .
I am an online fitness coach, I have a new blog showing my journey and my experience in a much deeper form to possibly show other women and girls how you CAN do what you want, live your dream life and achieve anything you put your mind to. I am SO happy I took that leap and decided to be BRAVE. That is where you see the most growth in yourself. Doing things you never thought you could, would or even be good at or possible for you. That's what it's about. That's what personal growth is. .

Sometimes guys to burn calories the only thing you need to do is MOVE or JUMP!!! And if you want to burn even more and pop 2 TrimV before heading out. I also wear my vbelt always to increase body temperature and burn even faster. -
I thought these moves were soooo easy until i actually started doing them. Its insane how your heart starts pumping and how tired you can get doing 30 seconds of each! Try doing:
30 seconds each x 8 moves= 4 mins
4 rounds x 4 mins = 16 mins
You don’t need any equipment just your lungs and trust me you’re gonna need them!!!! 😂😂
Purchase Trimv and Vbelt to burn more and faster at VANNABELT.COM
Do you know that you can regulate your amortization system in Sport models? It's easy to make your stroll more comfortable☺️, with a help of additional shock absorbers.
Even during my pregnancy, I have goals.
1. Not gain 60lbs. Seriously though, I’ve been there, done that. And it is a LONG road to get back. I’m aiming for a healthy, slow & steady weight gain. So far, I’m on a much better trajectory
2. Eat more veggies. See goal #1 . Plus, ya know, it’s good for the baby 😂. Cravings and food aversions make this one a struggle some days, but I’m trying!
3. Drink water, at least 90oz a day
4. Stay active. Last time I continued working out until 39 weeks. So far, I’ve stayed on track with my 4 Day a week program 👌
My online boot camps have played a huge role in keeping me on track. Next one starts December 1st...join us if you’re looking for some accountability though the holidays 😘
This week is Australian Food Safety Week with the focus for 2018 being on listeria infection awareness. Pregnant women are at a higher risk of listeria infection, so if you are pregnant it is super important to be aware of ways in which you can reduce your chances of infection. 🤰🏼Follow these simple but effective tips
🔹Avoid high-risk foods such as unwashed fruits and vegetables, soft cheeses, deli meats and pre-prepared seafood and salad that have been sitting in a café all day
🔹Handle and prepare food hygienically by washing your hands with hot soapy water before, during and after food preparation
🔹Store food with care by ensuring your refrigerator is set between 0-4 degrees Celsius, put leftovers in the fridge promptly and eat within 24 hours, reheat foods to steaming hot and avoid foods that are past their best before or use by date

My pregnancy has been so enjoyable. Aside from the normal stuff. Like I can’t put my shoes on and peeing 3 times per night, I feel so good. My health & fitness is a TOP priority before, during, and after my pregnancy. I owe this to myself, my husband and my daughter to keep feeling this good. #LiveLongAndProsper
*Don’t forget to peep my stories for your opportunity to try this with me for FREE after Thanksgiving.
