Ha ha! Yep- all that sounds good to me except the pre- workout. You may find it hard to believe 😳 but I’ve never even tried a pre- workout! I’ve just never felt the need for one and if I need a pre-workout boost a coffee ☕️ will do the trick for me.
When I began on this health and fitness journey 💪 and became a trainer and nutrition coach I had been pregnant and/or breastfeeding for many years straight and that continued on for a total of over 9 years! ending earlier last year! So as I was pregnant/breastfeeding I was not actually able to take any supplements like pre-workout so I guess I just got used to not having it! 😊

Questa cioccolata in tazza l avevo già provata una mattina a colazione mettendo il latte in un pentolino versando la bustina e mescolando facendo sobbollire per 3 minuti! Questa volta andavo di fretta e il latte mi avrebbe dato noia perché avevo gli allenamenti quindi leggendo sulla bustina vedo che e possibile farsi la cioccolata con 200ml di liquido a scelta tra cui anche l acqua!😲 pur sapendo che il peggior nemico della cioccolata é l acqua ho deciso di provare!! E in più con il metodo istantaneo sempre indicato sulla bustina! Ho preso una tazza ho versato 200ml di acqua ho messo in microonde per un minuto a jet start dopo di che ho versato la bustina e ho mescolato!!! 👍 devo dire che il risultato mi ha sorpreso 😲😍 non zuccherandola ho sentito che con l acqua risulta molto meno amara e non essendo cotta al lungo nel pentolino non c e il rischio di ustionarsi seriamente! Unico punto a sfavore risulta solo meno densa ma resta lo stesso cremosa!!! Approvata👍
