So it’s been exactly a week since starting my journey of getting into a headstand and today was an awesome progression with being able to straighten my leg- yes it’s only one but hey it’s ONE!!🤣 Pilates helps in so many ways strength, confidence, balance and anything that’s challenging to your body- it gives you that core support and reduces chances of injury when trying something new while balancing out your strength between sides, muscle groups and flexibility I love it- it’s just so awesome and that’s why I love sharing my passion with others in class ❤️🙌😃
Day 72 of 100. I am practicing the same piece from yesterday. I am making sure I hold out my ties and my whole notes. I am also adding in the whole notes but making sure my Eb and my low2 C natural was in tune. I am going to work on dynamics tomorrow because there are the same number of times that dynamics change and whem there are decrecendos. I will do that tomorrow. Anyways enjoy.
For some reason, I can't seem to finish any of my drawings. I love posting WIPs instead because it gives me hope of the vision I have in mind... coloring it in just seals what a mess I made.
So here's to this likeness WIP of Seris, before I ruin her.
Hey FIT Friends!
A few days ago I started working on balancing in a plank on these 3 medicine balls, and I can now do it for 1 minute. I shake ALOT, but I can do it!! The goal is to get the balance portion down so I can do push-ups on the balls. The other day I did 2 push-ups successfully, and today I did 3. 🎉👍🏻👊🏻 Making progress!
PS: This was done at the end of my workout, and today I focused on chest & triceps. Shake, shake, shake 😳😂 How was your workout today?
Did you try anything new or challenging?
