Happy Friday! It has been a challenging week work-wise. I have a bit of overtime to do tonight... If all goes well. Otherwise I might be up all night. Scaling has helped me me out of my workout bad mood and I can tell it's helping my shoulder and back recover. Patience.

130kg x2 x4 sets. The sets at 140kg that I posted last night happened in the middle. A decent amount of sets yesterday including some at 120kg and pulls at 130kg. This body will be athletic again. My technique is still not quite where I would like it but it isn't complete a dumpster fire either. #gottagofast#iwillworkharder

Inicie com pausas mais longas (10s, 7s) depois ao acrescentar carga diminua um pouco as pausas (5s, 3s), mas não existe uma regra, converse com seu coach e veja a melhor estratégia para você!

It's funny how powerlifting and weightlifting are so easily confused with each other because they are VERY different movements. Dear god the mobility required for this 😂😂
138lbs may not seem like much weight to some people, but I was amped af about it today! My form is FAR from perfect but I'm happy with the progress so far. It's great to have a powerlifting coach with a lot of Olympic lifting experience (@justinreeson) to help me try to learn legit form, even if it's just for cross training. And also to make me feel athletic again
Hahaha.. last 30 seconds of 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 DB power snatch 50lbs and 20lbs wall ball. Just awful.. shoulder burn was not bad.. just hard to breathe with these 2 movements together.
