Squat PR at 117.5 kg 260lbs
Bench rushed commands 👎🏻 lifted 148lbs .. Deadlift 325lbs good lift went for 336 lbs couldn’t lock it out!
Def not my best meet but that’s ok I’ll come back stronger next year weighed in at 122lbs, time for reverse diet get those calories back up high and try and keep my weight down and my strength hirer 🥂 to 2019! Eat more, get stronger, stay lean!
