Driving 100 miles a day due to work location from home and the gym does not help but I just need to push through and get sleep on the weekends 😀

ЖИМ ГАНТЕЛЕЙ НА НАКЛОННОЙ СКАМЬЕ
У меня это упражнение идет как подсобное к жиму штанги, а вообще оно предназначено для укрепления груди🙈
1⃣ Спинка скамьи ставится под наклоном 40° к горизонтали. Ноги поставлены шире плеч и уперты в пол, плечи и голова прижаты к спинке. Гантели в и.п. находятся на уровне плеч.
2⃣ На выдохе выжмите гантели вверх так, чтобы они оказались ровно над плечами.
3⃣ Опустите гантели обратно и, когда они дойдут до уровня плеч, сразу снова выжмите их вверх.
✅ НЮАНСЫ ВЫПОЛНЕНИЯ:
✔️ выжимая гантели вверх, полностью выпрямляйте руки
✔️ локти движутся строго в вертикальной плоскости, которая проходит на уровне плеч, и направлены все время в стороны. Приближая локти к телу вы рискуете травмировать плечевой сустав.
✔️ Не тормозите движение внизу. Это усложняет упражнение. Опускание и последующий жим гантелей должны выглядеть одним медленным, непрекращающимся движением. .

voluuuuuuuuume 4th set of 225x10, peek that knee twitch in the hole, consciously pushing my knees out to engage the glutes. also peek my overconfident narrowish stance which caused my heels to come up a bit each time 🤪🤪 on the bright side the prior sets were speedy and solid with minimal technical errors. also note the lack of shoes (i wore a flat zero drop casual sneaker originally), i personally feel a MUCH better power transfer when im able to root my toes and engage the musculature of my whole foot through the lift. go squat!! #girlswholift#girlswholiftheavy#girlswhopowerlift#powerliftinggirls#powerliftingwomen#squat#highbar#highbarsquat

Making a lifestyle change is one of the top 5 hardest things I’ve had to do. For a good 10+ years, all I did was go out to clubs 3-4 times a week, drink and dance the night away. Giving up that lifestyle (on a regular basis) had me in my feelings. Until this day, I’ll go to my friends pages and stories on IG wishing I was there.
I recently went out to a Day Club and all the memories came back. Saw the crew and had flash backs. I went to the bar for a shot and then realized, if I take 1 shot, it won’t be my last.
I got a bottle of water and was blessed that @djangievee had some water with her as well. We cheered to staying hydrated!
I can’t wait to reach and crush my goals. That’s when I can do thing moderately without having to worry so much.
