2 years of using @rpstrength templates. Top pictures were after my first cut in 2016 from 162lbs to 147lbs. My fitness consisted of nothing but CF workouts. Bottom pictures were from a few days ago going from 153lbs to 146lbs. My fitness consisted of powerlifting and lots of accessory work. In between the two years I maintained a bodyweight around 153-155lbs and did some mini cuts before competitions. I have one more meet at the end of the year and then the plan is to move up a weight class. @elev8_strength

Brace Hard ❌ I let my air out twice at the top before settling in to a position. I then let it out at the bottom... BIG NO NO😭. Next time, Re-Rack, compose yourself, and go again!

Bar Path ❌ right from the first movement, probably not from bracing properly, the bar path felt and looked like it was always coming forward, making me fight against bad positioning as well as gravity 😩

Yesterday I Swam for the first time in agessss 🏊 walked around 23,000 steps around Cambridge 🚶🏼 and drove 3 hours back up north last night 🚗 AND still moved this weight pain free, and with fairly decent speed 🙌🏻

My next competition I aim to go at least 8/9 which means I won't fail a Squat. So I am confident I don't have a great deal of work to hit what I want to hit 💪🏻

Я всегда непредсказуема. Могу вспылить, заплакать и тут же проявить дичайшую нежность... могу листая ленту в инстограм, заплакать, смотря видео с детьми и через минуту пролистнув ржать во весь голос из-за какого-нибудь смешного котика. .

Unfortunately, the trend is to train light & go hard on diet. Our method is to Train hard & go relatively easy on diet & Benefits are to look dense & hard, & not to be on starvation mode for 10-12 weeks. Anna still eats 1600 - 1800 cal minimum on daily basis.

Por @cauelascala -  Segundo o "The 2018 Ihrsa Global Report", o Brasil possui 34.509 academias, sendo o segundo país do mundo em quantidade de estabelecimentos, atrás somente dos EUA. Parece um número expressivo, mas como o Brasil é um país continental, se dividirmos o número de academias pela quantidade de municípios do país, chegamos a uma média de ~6 academias por município. Esse montante de academias absorve ~10 milhões de pessoas, o que parece muita gente, mas representa apenas ~5% da população do país, gerando uma média de 278 pessoas atendidas por academia.
Para se ter uma ideia do quão ainda é singela a representatividade do setor no Brasil, nos EUA, líder mundial do mercado, embora a quantidade total de academias seja apenas ligeiramente superior à do Brasil (38.476), gerando uma média de academias por cidade muito menor que a nossa (~2 academias por município) - pois os EUA possuem muito mais municípios que o Brasil - a média de pessoas atendidas em cada academia é de ~1600, contemplando um total de ~61 milhões de pessoas, o que representa ~20% da população dos EUA.

Considerando o exposto, eu deixo algumas sugestões:
✔Profissionais de Educação Física devem ser os principais incentivadores do movimento e isso implica uma mudança radical de postura pública, sobretudo, em redes sociais. Isso requer muita reflexão pessoal.
✔Instituições públicas e privadas devem incentivar de forma maciça a prática de atividade física, pois gostar de atividade física é um passo importante para ingressar em uma academia. Isso requer revisão de orçamento.
✔O "corpo perfeito" deve dar mais espaço para a "promoção da saúde" nas campanhas publicitárias das academias e afins. Isso requer conhecimento sobre perfil do público-alvo.
✔Os setores de marketing, vendas e retenção de clientes em academias devem ser profissionalizados. Isso requer investimento.

Поступово йде процес зниження ваги ... Почав з 131 кг .... До цих цифр поступово дійшов майже за 7 місяців. Скинути вагу не важко, важко зберегти силові показники, а ще й покращити їх!!! Кінцева мета - 105 кг.)))

Lo squat fa lavorare principalmente: i  quadricipiti, i glutei, i muscoli erettori della colonna vertebrale, gli addominali e gli ischiocrurali. 😝

Lo squat si può eseguire anche al multipower, che permette di evitare l’inclinazione del busto e di dare maggior focus sui quadricipiti 👍
