Fruits!!! Tomorrow will mark 7 days of only consuming fruits! This isn’t a raw challenge, it’s a #fruitchallenge many fruits can be eaten cooked that we may think are vegetables. On this plate I have Ackee, plantain, guacamole, olives, roasted peppers, tomatoes, aubergine, squash and zucchini👅👅👅 loving this challenge! It’s getting me to be creative, and teaching me more about fruits day by day. I’m learning more about what my body needs, and how little we actual need to survive!! 3 weeks to go!!! So far, I’m full of energy. Never hungry. Digestive system working just fine. Breaking out ever so slightly today, but not on my face on my arms but that’s okay, getting rid of those nasty toxins! Can’t wait to see what else is coming!🍏🍎🍐🍊🍋🍌🍉🍇🍓🍈🍒🍑🍍🥥🥝🍅🥑🥒🌶
