Plate of greens for lunch today.
Broccoli, a veg mix, peas, pickles and some vegetable balls from Ikea.
Everything here except the pickles were taken from the freezer and heated on the pan.
I really struggled yesterday. Ate way to little. Luckily I’d prepared my mom about it so she helped me when I got back home from dinner at my boyfriends. By the time I got home I was so exhausted from eating to little throughout the day(and working out on top of it). It scares me that I restrict even though I feel this way. Feel stuck. Like there’s something holding my arms back from getting more food. I don’t know it sounds weird.
Been better at pushing the thoughts away today but there still right there. Have no idea what happens since there so loud right now.

2. Reduce and vary
Eat only 80 percent of the amount you actually wanted to eat. Drink a lot of green tea (I drink myself three cups a day) and eat a handful of unroasted nuts every day. Walnuts are my favorite, but also here: especially vary. Happy day!
Greeeen smoothies are my fav 😋this came out so good, super creamy, and rich! I used:
2 scoops of #greenphactor 💚
Half an avocado 💚
3 small frozen bananas 💚
Unsweetened almond milk 💚
Tbsp of coconut milk 💚
And topped it off with cacao nibs! 💚
This is a great pre-workout or breakfast option😊
I’ve posted about #greenphactor before and if you’re not getting enough vegetables in your diet this stuff is packedddd with blends of alkalizing greens! “Adding Green pHactor is a powerful way to provide your body with some these important plant-based foods including organic sources of kale, wheat grass and wheat grass juice, spinach, alfalfa grass, sprouts, and juice, broccoli sprouts, parsley, oat grass and oat grass juice, barley grass and barley grass juice, spirulina, and chlorella. About 3-4 servings of vegetables were used to create one scoop of Green pHactor” check out @phountainhealth website!

Another messy Tupperware lunch and another load of pasta 😂 this time was @mercadona red lentil pasta, tomato frito, little bit of @deliciousandsons eggplant spread, sweetcorn, broccoli and some random leftover beans I had lying round 🥦🥦 didn’t realise how much I’ve been having pasta recently until I just checked back on my feed but yeah I’m clearly going through another phase 😂 gone from being known to have pasta for breakfast as a child (no shame at all, clearly just been obsessed with carbs from a young age 😂), to being too scared to touch it and not having it for years to now having it whenever my heart desires 😂 sorry for the random af pasta appreciation ramble there but yeah basically pasta and all carbs are life and I’ll now leave you to get on with your days 😂
Porridge w banana, persimmon, toasted pecans, & @meridianfoods dark roast peanut butter. Another ~autumnal~ breakfast from very early this morning in preparation for a very long day. I only discovered persimmons a couple of years ago & they are gr8 (hard to find plastic-free but Morrison’s came thru) xox
YOU WANT TO BE HAPPY?! Practice. Just like any sport we need to practice our feelings and emotions. I only allow positive talk in my head. Yes, negative thoughts flow through, however I am now able to flip the script to find how I will grow from every situation. HOW DO YOU FIND HAPPINESS?!
This plant based chocolate milk is the BEST one I’ve tasted thus far, and I’ve tried quite the handful of options. 🍫🥛 the best thing I can compare this too is TruMoo chocolate milk, which used to be my favorite before I went vegan. But, this plant based milk is BOMB. Why aren’t we all ditching dairy when it can help the cows AND taste so good without the cruelty? 🤔
Toothbrush? Check. Kindle? Check. Workout Clothes? Check. Cats? Check (yes, we are taking our cats with us for Thanksgiving this year). Digestive support? Check! ⠀
I love Thanksgiving, but used to hate the GI distress I suffered with in the days following. By healing my gut, and implementing some simple digestive health strategies I can now enjoy everything my favourite holiday has to offer. ⠀
My number one tip is so easy to implement - simply stir in a serving of @newchapterinc Fermented Aloe Booster Powder to a glass of room temperature water a few times a day (I especially love this upon waking), to help calm and soothe your digestive system. ⠀

Hump day got you all tired out?⠀⠀
Hit the gym for a workout session, or hit the road for a pmped-up job, and finish with Faymylk. It is rich in proteins and calcium, and low in sugar.⠀⠀
Perfect for some post-exercise refreshment!
Craving lasagna last night.. this is the best I could do without making a trip to the grocery store (not braving those crowds the week of Thanksgiving)
