Was a really big personal disappointment performance wise for me, felt like I was ready for a big PB and warm up showed that my feeling was right.
Resulted in too eager throws and 6 fouls... eventhough I didn’t perform well I can learn valuable lessons from this meet and hopefully bring this to my last meet of the season!
Not many things bring me more greater joy than banging weights with great mates in the garage with some solid beats going on in the background. Completely soul soothing.
As wise man once said “Iron is the best antidepressant ever found. There’s no better way to fight weakness than with strength. Once the mind and body have been awakened to their true potential, it’s impossible to turn back”.
Strong Body will lead to strong mind. Get it.
It’s hard to find someone doing this exercise in Vietnamese comercial gyms.
#Powerclean is my favorite pulling exercise. It’s fun, it’s not too hard like the full clean, and it’s the only explosive exercise in my program.
5 sets of triple after heavy press should do the trick.
