Bench Press 107.5kg for 2.5 reps? 😅😅 Bench press has become a very mental lift for me. Was meant to go 3x3 at 107.5kg and failed here on my first working set. Warm ups were smooth and tight just lost my bar path on the way up on the third rep. 😔😔 After this I went down hill mentally and lost confidence so my bench went to 💩💩 Thanks to @redbeardlifting for saving me.. will come back stronger next week and own this weight 👊👊
W3D4- OHP 🎥 1- Managed to lift 45kg for 7 reps as i was only having 🥔 breakfast.. literally 😝. 🎥-2- breaking my old pr for 2 reps which is 50kg OHP 😂 perhaps it’s not heavy for u guys but it felt heavy for me 🥔.. super happy about it and i think I deserve pizza for this 🍕

Stop just showing up to workout, stop just showing up to life and start making it happen, be the warrior, be the man or woman, that gets it done, no matter what. Do it for you, do it because you can, just get it done, no matter the cost. Wouldn't you rather live your life, doing something, living for something, than, die in a chair somewhere, not ever knowing what you, could have become, Become More, and Never give up.
530x10. Took a lot to stay there and grind out every rep past 6. Took longer than i wanted but god damn it i was determined! Maybe those last reps dont count to some but it took every bit of strength i had to do them! You can see that last rep, my face twisting with anguish and my legs ready to give out!
Shitty day of deadlifting everything felt super heavy and moved super slow. But am really starting to dig mixed grip so that's a plus. Also first time ssb squating. Kind of a different feeling idk how I feel about it 🤔 but @lauraaarook killing the squat game, pretty sure she squats betterer than me. Also jk we're not at @planetfitness fuck that place 🖕🏼
Fuego funky squats today at Strive, coach told me to be conservative and go up 5lbs for a 5x5. 235lbs moving pretty smooth. Hate this rebuild phase coming off injury. Knee a little sore guess that kinetic chain fluidity is coming back. @to.pimp.a.powerlifter #labwork
What I love about barbell training:
I can get done in one exercise with just a few sets what it will take those who avoid the barbell many sets and exercises to attain and still not get fhe same effect.
Bang for your back plus it grows my resolve.
Effective and efficient, you also learn alot about yourself getting crushed by a barbell. Nut sack training.
Also the carry over effect. Barbell squatting makes relatively everything else stronger.
I can inflict the most damage with a loaded blade🔪
365 and 385 for 8 sets of dubs with a 405 single after the 8 sets.

Today’s thirsty Thursday is a great way to make your protein shake a bit more refreshing.
We constantly hear, “eat more protein” which is very true and we stand by that!
But the harsh truth is we sometimes find our selves having to drink protein that always taste the same.
Well why not make it into a nice smoothie to make it refreshing and nutritious.
Try this next time for a good source of pre-workout carbs and protein .
It’s easy to do.
Put a cup of cubed ice into a cup
Put your choice of almond milk for added sweetness
Put your choice of protein powder (I put two scoops for added flavor)
Add 12 Grams of PB fit for some deliciousness
Mix for 9-10 seconds in a blender

Did I just deadlift yesterday? Who’s counting 🤷🏻♀️ Yesterday I got like 5 reps in and then threw a temper tantrum and went home. So I went back today and slayyyyed. Tweaked some form issues and feel way more comfortable and stable... minus my balance 😆 I’m assuming that’s one I just figure out?? Halp? Worked up to 243lbs/110.45kg x 6 - split into ✌🏻 vids so you can laugh at me, too.
In both of these photos I weigh the same. On the left I have good lighting and flexed muscles. On the right I have terrible light, I’m pushing out my stomach, I have bad posture, and a bad angle for a photo. If I was selling you something I could use the right photo as a before picture even though it was taken weeks after the left photo. Moral of the story: Don’t believe everything on the internet and be careful who you give your money too. They are probably running a scam. #themoreyouknow
Without a doubt, one of the best decisions I ever made for MYSELF, was to start competing in Powerlifting. Powerlifting saved me, in more ways than just one. I'm proud of my baby total, my medal, and all the friendships made between the work! 🤙
