😍145kg😍 "The #Iron never lies to #you . You can walk #outside and #listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total #bastard . The #Iron will always #kick you the real deal. The #Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never #runs . #Friends may come and go. But two hundred #pounds is always two hundred pounds."
Im starting this TOMORROW morning.

I'll keep you all posted on how the #weightloss goes...I'll measure it via my #pantsize .
#Pounds never are a good indicator for me.
What do you weigh? Did you put on weight? You look good did you lose weight? Guess what I lost weight!
Everyone’s always talking about weight regarding health and fitness. While it does have its importance, most people and practitioners focus too heavily on it. The truth is your body can fluctuate up and down through the course of a day to up to 3 to 5 days. Water, sodium content, food content, hormone fluctuations all play a role in your weight. If you’re trying to track your weight do it early right when you get up in morning or once a week on that same day. Personally I have found that Wednesdays are the best day to track my weight when measuring once a week. Be more focused on dropping body fat% as more risks are tied to that versus scale weight. Don’t obsess over it. Use it as a tool in your toolbox to assess your results.
