They say "never miss a Monday", and I'm doing my best to get back into a #routine . It would have been easy enough to drop Tess off at #preschool and come home and do #housework and #workwork , but I have some #goals I want to #slay by Christmas. Today I didn't break your promise to myself, I kept it. I'm going to keep keeping that promise. I'm down 30# overall from my heaviest non-pregnant weight. I haven't gotten to where I want to be, but that is all on me, because I also haven't been eating the best for my body. I start off great and then #stresseat by the end of the day. Or worse, have a #stressdrink . Those don't make me feel good. They make me feel crummy.
So today, I dragged my butt to #spin , got on a bike and killed some fat . Tomorrow, I'll go to#poundfitness class. Wednesday I'll do #spinandweights .
I'm also focusing on drinking my #water (I want to get 90 oz. in) and taking my #plantpowered supplements (already taken my probiotics, and had my shake and slim!) What are you focusing on this week to make your life healthier and happier?

I was questioning my Sanity when I was up and outside at 33* at 5:25 this morning on my day off! I could have been warm and cozy in bed!
But it’s done and I am back home!

Wow think it’s fair to say I’m pretty worn out after 4 exercise classes! Also made my lunches for the week ahead in between classes. Also glad I could leave hubby instructions for tea! Asda lamb shank 2.5 syns, mash and veggies! Also my fab mother-in-law June left us a homemade apple crumble which we shared and had with breyers Low Syn ice cream. So will be over my syns today but I think after 4 classes it will be ok.
