Parsley & Garlic oven baked fries!
• 500g potatoes 🥔
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tbsp of olive oil
• Salt, pepper
- Preheat oven to 200℃.
- Mince garlic & parsley. Cut potatoes in desired shape.
- In a bowl place the potatoes, olive oil, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Gently combine.
- Place in the oven for 30-35 minutes.

I LOVE Thai food but can't always do it with store bought paste as so many are traditionally made with fish sauce and shrimp paste, but am addicted to #maesri pastes that are #vegan (although practically impossible to find in shops!)
This meal is 👌💗🎉 1 local pastured egg cooked omelet style with roasted red potatoes, steamed broccoli, sautéed wild mushrooms and zucchini, roasted cauliflower, arugula, and guac - all drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. So tasty!
