Y’all I am doing something totally out of my comfort zone here, but it’s because it matters. We are halfway through an 80 workout program, and it feels good to notice some awesome results!
And - the results go WAY BEYOND than what these photos show.
💕 I’ve been learning that there’s no one body type that’s “perfect” despite what society wants us to think.
💕 I’ve been reminded that I can challenge myself and win.
💕 I’m remembering how awesome it is to feel strong.
💕 I’m embracing things about my body that might not be pretty by the world’s standards but are INCREDIBLE in my eyes, because I know my body was able to carry and deliver a beautiful gift from God in our daughter!
💕 I feel empowered by the support around me from my team and the awesome women in my challenge groups.
💕 I am confident that I am taking care of my body so I can hopefully keep up with Rian and our busy lifestyle for many more years ahead!
💕 I know what it means to feel good in my own skin, and to work for what I want instead of wish for it!
💕 I’ve come to appreciate the journey, know I’m adopting a balanced lifestyle, and focus on progress and not perfection. .
These photos make me excited to see what the next 40 days will bring - physically, mentally, and emotionally! Be grateful for your body and all it can do!
Getting ready to race and I ended up meeting two other twin mommas in the back, also running with their babes in double strollers! See that stroller behind me? That momma was pushing her four year old twins in the four mile run! It’s funny how complete strangers can encourage and inspire the heck out of you, isn’t it?
Check out my weekend recap, link is in the bio!
As I was packing today for my trip tomorrow, I pulled some shorts out that I bought brand new last spring. It was right before I started this journey and I had came to conclusion that my new ‘mom bod’ was as good as it was ever going to get again. In fact, it was the size of these shorts that was my bottom and made me realize that I had to do something.
One year later and I feel the best I have in my entire life and I want to share this with YOU! .
I have the opportunity to take in 5 more couples in our spouses/couples challenge group for this brand new program. Designed for the busiest people, each workout is 30-40 minutes in length and only 4 days a week! Combination of lifting (dumbbells or resistance bands) and HIIT training to maximize fat burn.
Only 5 spots remain so drop me a 👏🏼and I will get you info asap. You buy the tools, but our group, coaching, and prizes are complementary :) If you don’t love your results, you can get a refund on your tools; makes it completely RISK FREE! Who is ready to start their transformation story?
I need to take a couple minutes to talk about #breastfeeding and give a gigantic shoutout to @latchedmama. For the past 3 months I’ve been having anxiety about breastfeeding on our trip to Chicago. I was tied to my gigantic nursing pillow and feeding Griffin was a legit process. I was pretty serious about trying to completely switch to formula before this trip just so I wouldn’t have to worry about breastfeeding.
Over the past month, we’ve finally transitioned away from using the nursing pillow, but I still felt uncomfortable nursing in public. I decided to finally bite the bullet and order a nursing T-shirt from Latched Mama. It cost more than I would usually spend on a T-shirt, but I figured if it worked, it would be worth it.
I wore this T-shirt for the first time on our travel days and guys. Breastfeeding Griffin on-the-go was so. dang. EASY! On top of that, the shirt kept me so covered that you could hardly see my breast at all. Plus, there was no annoying nursing cover to deal with.
The first time I fed him in my seat on the plane, I almost cried because I couldn’t believe how simple it was and that we reached this stage in our breastfeeding journey... especially considering how ridiculously difficult it has been. I still don’t know how much longer I’ll breastfeed, but I finally have no more anxiety about feeding Griffin while traveling if I need to.
This isn’t sponsored or anything, I just really wanted to thank Latched Mama for making nursing-friendly clothes and helping me eliminate my #breastfeedinginpublic anxiety!

At 32 years of age and 7 months postpartum I feel more comfortable in my volleyball spandex than I did when I played volleyball in high school and college!
When I started keto and drinking pure therapeutic ketones I knew I'd lose some fat but I had no idea my body composition would change like it has!! It amazes me every day what the human body can do!
Down 70#s in 7 months and couldn't be happier with my lifestyle choices!
👆🏼Almost 4 months post partum: 3️⃣ --> 1️⃣6️⃣ weeks .
I am pretty darn proud of this lifestyle I have created and the results I have achieved. .
A lifestyle where:
👉🏼 I don’t have to workout everyday but if I wanted to, I have access to tools that are super simple to fit into my everyday. .
👉🏼 I no longer obsess over missing a workout or veering off my plan & I certainly enjoy life, food and drinks a little more.
👉🏼I fill up my cup daily and I no longer feel guilty for taking ME TIME because I know it is necessary and makes me a better mom and wife. .
I share my results and journey to show you what’s POSSIBLE...you don't need to spend hours at the gym, starve yourself, take a bunch of pills or crazy detox. It's actually much more simple and doable than you think. All you have to do is START.
Not sure where or how to start? Mama, I got you 😘
Kickboxing workout tonight had me 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Feeling back in the groove this week, carb cycling, clients kicking ass and I’m feeling like a proud coach 💪🏻🙌🏻 If you would have told me a year ago I would have an online coaching business and running my own fitness classes I would not have believed it! I feel so blessed to have come this far and I’m excited to make it bigger and better 💥💥💥 #transformationtuesday#fitmom#momof2#postpartumbody#fitnessinstructor#acecertified
I am spent. I am running on maybe 6 hours of interrupted sleep, I feel like anytime I wasn’t nursing Lincoln today I was rocking himself handling a kiddo request or trying to get one of my own to do list tasks done before we leave tomorrow.
4 years ago leaving for vacation meant getting hair done, nails, clothes shopping...now?
It’s packing for 4 other people before even thinking of myself, I got my hair done 3 weeks ago because I knew this would be a hectic week.
I painted my own toes and nails and I’ll probably re do them tomorrow night or the next day.
I have struggled today with the ‘this time will pass mentality’ and instead I just desire a day of no responsibilities to little people and their endless requests for the day...I know intellectually this time will go quickly and I will miss it.
But right now I really miss the ability to shower at my own pace & get ready right after, eat a meal without a child eating half of it, and do things on my schedule 🤗🤗 my fantasy land and idea of vacation & relaxation have sure changed.
Moms, we know the days are long and the years are short - we get it and KNOW we will one day miss it.
But in the THICK of it, it’s okay, in my opinion to somedays just miss your old self, the simplicity in the day and the quietness of your nights.
Tonight, today, this mom does. 😍🤷🏼♀️
Do you track what you eat? If so, what’s your preferred tracker/method? .
Sometimes that’s all I need to keep myself honest. .
Those seemingly harmless bites off my kids plates and handful of nuts that turns into 3 or 4 handfuls 🙊....you get the gist. It adds up! .
This handy dandy tracker is the mirror I need to see! Writing it down makes it “real”. It also makes me think twice before mindlessly reaching for some pretzels and beer after the kids go down. .
I love that with this tracker I can see my week at a glance as well as day by day and how I’m feeling. It also takes into account how much water you’re consuming and sleep you’re getting while tracking your weight daily. .
Wait. What?! You weigh yourself daily?! Isn’t that a “no-no”? .
Nope. The scale isn’t the enemy. It’s a TOOL to show you how YOUR body reacts to different foods. In combination with your water and sleep after a few consecutive days you can start to see a pattern in how your body holds onto weight and develop an actions plan based on your goals. It’s takes the guesswork out of it. .
Several of my teammates are on board and seeing major results in the first week and beyond. By making small changes, they’re able to lose the weight in a sustainable manner. You ready to join us? Or just want more no pressure information about this amazing nutrition course? It’s never too late!
Guys, thanks for voting earlier to help me decide which dress to wear this weekend. I’ll let you know which one I choose in a couple days... But for now I want to draw your attention to this particular dress. This one, on the photo on the left, I wore just 6 weeks postpartum.
Today I tried the same dress on again. Not only does it fit better, but look at the confidence I have! I was totally squirrelly before and hated having my picture taken.
It’s not just about the LBS or inches. It’s about how you feel about yourself. Wearing confidence matters more then fitting into “that size.” .
I remember when my boys were all 5 and under, and what a crazy time that was for me! I also remember wondering and asking other parents with slightly older children if it got easier, because it just had to, right?!
This is for all of the Mamas I hear from everyday wanting to know how to get through the day and how to make time for their health. You will get there. Give yourself the time you need and keep pushing.
To the mothers who can’t find the energy to be as active as they want to be, you are not alone. To the mothers who are struggling to stay on top of the demands of parenthood, work, and life, you are not alone. To the mothers who have days they are wiping tears away because they feel like they are in the trenches, you are not alone. Motherhood is hard, so hard I wonder how I had so many babies, but even on the hardest of days, every part of me knows it is worth it, and I remind myself, it’s hard because it’s important.
I didn’t bounce back after my pregnancies, it was probably closer to a crawl, but that was okay because I was moving forward. Motherhood requires strength, energy, stamina, patience, and endurance, and small steps everyday have moved me forward for progress, not perfection, to have confidence to take on the day, and most of all be happier that I am doing something for me. We are raising the future, but we can't do it without taking care of ourselves as well.
✨Get up each day striving to be better than yesterday—you are capable of being stronger than you ever knew was possible.
✨Let go of all or nothing because every step counts.
✨Encourage yourself just as you do your children with all progress.
✨Believe it will get easier because it will.
✨Spoil yourself with consistency.
✨Embrace the chaos, and see the magic in the mess because there is beauty within it.
Although we don't all share the exact same experience on this journey, there are many common threads, and we are in this together. Parenthood is quite a journey, but if we pace ourselves, and cheer each other on, we will make the climb a great one! 💓
Regrann from @bwmcfitness -
What if I didn’t start this journey to a happier and healthier me because I was scared of what people would think?
What if I decided that I wasn’t worth the investment?
What if we all just listen to that gut feeling deep down, quit second guessing it and just go for it!
Time to pack 🙌🏻
Heading to Indy in a few days & leaving this girl for the first time *cue all of the anxiety* 😰
BUT I get so see/ squeeze all of my coach besties so it’s for a good reason!
@c_faruki will have his hands full 😂
“Sometimes I think about giving up but then I remember I have a lot of MotherF$&@ers to prove wrong.”- I love this quote because so many people say “I can’t do what you do” and I say “Yes you can. You just choose not to.” We are given many choices in life and I might not always pick the easiest options but I follow the path with my goals to guide me. I’m sore from yesterday’s workout and I’ll be sore again tomorrow and the next day but that means I’m making progress 💪🏼❤️
You can breastfeed AND get your pre-baby body back...and even better than ever. I've never seen a downside to exercising and eating healthy. I have been living the FASTer Way to Fat Loss lifestyle while exclusively breastfeeding for 6 months and maintained a milk supply. Several breastfeeding mamas that go through my program have actually seen an INCREASE in their supply since starting the #FWTFL ! So listen up mama, if you're thinking that you can't get into the best shape of your life while feeding that babe, think again! I've lived it and can give you lots of tips to increase your supply.
My next round will be starting soon, on June 25th, and my spots are becoming limited. Sign up ASAP to snag one before they are gone @brittanymwhite_
"Major plus, I have been able to continue to breastfeed the whole time with no supply issues! FWTFL was the lifestyle change I needed! have learned so much in this program and feeling so much better overall! I am so happy with my results and the changes that I have seen in the past 6 weeks!" - Maggie
There was once a day, where I wouldn’t go near the bar. I stayed away from free weights and stuck to what I knew, which was cardio and machine workouts.... I’ve come a long way from that.
What I want to say is that it’s okay to be afraid, the gym is going to be intimidating at first. The weight room is going to make you feel so small, surrounded by all these giant men who look like they could stomp all over you.
But what’s not okay is letting your fear hinder your growth. Take baby steps. Work your way up to weight room and free weight. But you have to start somewhere, or you’ll never get anywhere.
Today I did my heaviest weight thus far in sumo deadlifts and it felt FREAKIN AMAZING. 195 sounded scary as hell to me 2 years ago, but I’m ready for more already 😈
Nothing ever grows in the comfort zone. Step out and take a chance. You’re capable of more than you know.
The early #postpartum days feels like a world wind. And even though you'll need to care for yourself. Having someone there to help support you is the best decision you'll ever make. New moms can’t do it alone. If she's going to make it through, with everyone basically clothed and fed and alive, she’ll need friends, family, fellow travelers, sitters and dads as far as they’re able. -
@aliwong in her Netflix special describes it perfectly, "you got to hook up with a CREW to survive". -

Oats! This was our breakfast (My littlest man & I 🙎🏼♀️👦🏼) - I am doing 100 days healthy eating with my other half (We are at Day 7 😍) & oats have been on the breakfast menu daily!
Did you guys know oats are LOADED with heaps of important vitamins, minerals & antioxidants?? (Like iron, zinc, folate, magnesium.. & more!) They’re also high in fibre, low in fat & are one of the most nutrient dense foods you can eat 💖 Plus, getting up & having a glass of water, then my bowl of oats, seeds & some fruit - I NEVER feel the urge to snack before lunch. Which comes in handy when you get into a situation for morning tea & there’s cakes, donuts & cookies on offer! Feeling satisfied makes saying no to the sugars sooooo much easier 💁🏼♀️
So! Play with what you like - Add some seeds (I love Sunflower & chia), a little fruit & pop some natural syrup on top if you desire 🤤 Then let your bod absorb the good energy & nutrients from all of that goodness!!! 💕
I celebrated 8 years of marriage to my super cute, some days pain in the butt hubby ;) with egg white pizza, turnip fries made in the air fryer, and a blueberry beer! Yes the beer was mine and he is drinking water 💁🏻♀️ I always joke I married him so I would always have a DD. I mean I’m joking obviously but it’s definitely a perk! Did I mention the dinner was kid free?! 🙌🏻😘
Wellness Tip 🌱⠀
What we feed our minds 🧠 is just as important as what we feed our bodies💪🏽
You can work tirelessly trying to perfect your body, but until you’ve strengthened and developed a healthy mind, you will continue to sabotage your progress⠀
What are you telling yourself on a daily basis? Are your thoughts empowering or destructive? ⠀
For me, remembering that I am a daughter of a King, uniquely designed for a purpose, and worthy of a thriving life, helps me drown out the noise of self-limiting thoughts and feelings 🙅🏽♀️⠀
I’d love to know what your go-to ways of encouraging yourself are!
Share some of your favorite tips below 👇🏽💕
From 8 days post-partum to 5 months post-partum.
If you truly want to reach your goal you will do it... no matter how hard it may seem. You have all the control with your health. This is me focusing 100% on my diet, rarely do I find myself in the gym anymore, I mean I do workout but not as consistently as I use to be.
I chose to take control of every aspect of my diet and truly love how and what I eat. I love health and fitness and wanted to transform my body back to its state pre-baby. I think I’ve accomplished more than what I set out to do. I’ve gain confidence I never had before.
And gaining confidence is the most important trait I have always lacked.
So if you really want something, don’t make excuses. Just go for it and never look back.
The best diet is the one you don’t know you are on. 🌿
Lotsssssss has changed between these two pictures. I mean A LOT.
When we first found out we were pregnant I was terrified. I had worked so hard to lose weight and was feeling so good. I was so scared of gaining a ton of weight during my pregnancy and never being able to lose it. I was scared of becoming a mom even though I had dreamed of the day for most of my life! Nonetheless, there I was in ALL of my glory, 9 months pregnant and anxiously awaiting our little boy’s arrival. 😬 I gained 34 pounds total and 20 of that came in the last trimester! My boddddyyy was screaming for some relief. The CRAZIER part was that previous to my pregnancy I had lost 55 pounds! 😱 But as it turns out growing human is much different than being overweight... our bodies were created to carry babies!!! .
Fast forward to today. Two years later, I’ve found a place for exercise again in my daily routine and my eats are simple and clean. I’ve got far more muscle now than I did two years ago and am working my way back to that goal weight of mine. (Even though I preach that it’s just a number — I know where I am most comfortable and confident. THAT is my goal!) 🤜🏻🤛🏻 I truly believe that the same two people can weigh the exact same number yet one can be healthy from the inside out and the other have the most horrible habits. 😬 It is JUST A NUMBER! .
I’ve set out to help as many people as possible to find the same FREEDOM I have found in the last 5 weeks. ❤️ I am eating plenty of food and have yet to feel deprived. I’ve gone on a week long vacation and enjoyed some 🍷 too! Andddd ya know when that particular time of the month rolls around... I have even had some chocolate! It’s all about balance and finding what WORKS for your body! .
🤷🏻♀️ guess what?! You can have this too!! Together we can pinpoint 📌 the perfect combo for weight loss and success for YOU! 👯♀️ .

Class Reading Expert 🎉📖📚❤️⠀
She was surprised and bummed she didn’t win this last year. I’m kind of glad she had to wait a year. Lots of lessons learned from it. You won’t always get the validation you feel you deserve when you think you should, and do you even really need it? 🤔 We worked hard all year but prepared her that she might not win it again because things aren’t always fair and there might actually be someone who deserves it more. But she got it 🥇 and what an amazing year it’s been. She had her first brush with a bully who really didn’t let up all year. Her best friend and we 4 parents worked a lot to help her cope with it and build empathy. She learned that drawing, hiking and reading are her favorite stress-busters. 💪🏼 It was really heartbreaking at times. 💔 I had some real #MamaBear moments after listening to her cry herself to sleep in my arms, and my friends had to talk me down. 🐻😅 Despite everything, she loved this year, especially Mrs. Anderson, who is an AMAZING teacher (and seeing Mrs. Spaulding every day was a huge bonus!) It takes a village. We are so grateful. 💛🖤 To kiddos who were recognized for their kindness and work ethic — keep it up, you’re the rockstars.🌟
Needed protein immediately after my workout 🏋️ so I grabbed this. Not gonna lie, it was awesome 😋! And I don’t say that often when it comes to protein, coz let’s face it, that after taste is 🤢 but this one here does NOT have an after taste! Anddddd it’s gluten free! 😮 Good to have an alternative to my regular shake when I’m running errands 👌🏾 #protein#proteinshake#proteinonthego#pureprotein#glutenfree#glutenfreeproducts
New scientific research 🤓 shows that eating Nutella with a spoon straight from the jar in your workout clothes is good for you (body and soul) AND equivalent to zero calories due to the wearing of said workout clothes with a good intention of actually doing a workout. 🙂🤗 🤣
Note to self: do not believe everything that you read on the internet especially if it seems too good to be true. 🙃. The first bit is definitely true though - summer holidays and kids going crazy = Nutella by the spoon! 😂
Have a good Tuesday evening friends!
The left pic I am in my 20’s super skinny & I can eat what I want when I want & I don’t gain. The middle, I am in my 30’s 80lbs heavier then the pic on the left, 3 months after my 2ndbaby. The dr told me to lose 50lbs. I am fat, flabby, I have never looked like this and I am depressed. It stresses me to wear clothes other then jogging pants. I can’t paint my toe nails as its too hard to bend over with that stomach in the way. They said breast feeding I would lose the baby weight, I am not clothing shopping as the weight will come off & I will fit back into my prebaby clothes. All those wishes & dreams. I had no clue how to diet or lose weight, 7 years of hell. 7 years of research, diet, calorie counting, endless cardio, I thought I was healthy eating, I thought I was taking care of myself. NOTHING was working. it wasn’t until I learned the role nutrition plays with our hormones. How food affects our anxiety, stress & mindset. I spent the last year losing those 50lbs ( well 45 to be exact) to be the person you see in the right picture. Enter me in my 40’s.
I have been there. Diets that don’t work, weight that comes back I had no clue what emotional eating was or stress eating. I had no idea that our female bodies change with each decade, our hormones work differently as we age, & our post partem body will NEVER look or behave like our prebaby bodies. I am excited that my 40+ year old body is stronger & healthier today then it ever has been & I am excited about where I am going.
But in this journey of stress & rollercoaster up and downs, I promised myself that I would never let another woman feel this way. Us women need to stick together, this thing called motherhood is hard enough, & aging sucks. So yes, it took me 8 years to lose the baby weight. Please know you are not alone, you are not the only one fighting the image in the mirror. You are not the only one sneaking chocolate at night, spoonful’s of peanut butter when no one is looking. Youre not the only one with a secret Pinterest board of skinny bitches in bikinis to help “motivate” you to eat better. Please reach out, I am here, I want to help you. You deserve to be happy.
Did you know this benefit of weight training?
LOSE BODY FAT-weight training builds muscle, as lean muscle increases so does metabolism. A higher metabolism means that you will burn more calories all day long.
Studies found that the average woman who strength trains two to three times a week for two months will gain nearly 2 pounds of muscle and WILL LOSE 3.5 pounds of FAT. .
For each pound of muscle you gain, you’ll burn 35-50 more calories per day. That can really add up over the long term; for example, 4 extra pounds of muscle can burn up to 10 extra pounds per year!
I don’t know about you, but I’m all about losing some of this body fat 😊 #sahmlife#postpartumbody#postpartumjourney#weights#lifting#pastorswife#christianmom#christianwife
