About how we all fear change, but you make a great point. Do we all really want to stay the same forever? ~ "#Throwback to a time when I was probably the coolest I’ve ever been in my life... and by cool I mean the AC in this car worked really well!
A time when #Hollister shirts, frayed boot cut jeans, and 20-inch #chrome rims were all you needed to hang out at the #cool kids table during lunch.
A time when a 6-disc CD changer and heated seats were as #technologically advanced as push-button ignition and back-up #cameras .
Simpler times. Less #stressful times.
Oh how we grow up, we learn new things, we change our minds over and over, and the things that we #thought really mattered and at one time made us feel proud and important are the things we laugh at, and sometimes rue, now.
Life is #great . We #fearchange , it’s #scary , it’s #unpredictable ... but do we really wanna stay the same as we were in high school???
I sure as hell don’t.
Embrace the change, it’s #inevitable .
Leave those Hollister shirts, those frayed jeans and those rims behind, they’re not what really matters.
I wish someone had posted these words on #MySpace way back then... I probably wouldn’t have listened anyways.
It is hump day already? Life seems to be whizzing past me at the moment. The clinic is busy and NHS contract work is rammed and sometimes it’s hard to find time to chill and just be. But finding moments in the day to relax is important. Little nuggets of golden time to enjoy a coffee (or a wagon wheel that one of my amazing clients bought me), or my personal favourite - simply sitting down for five minutes in the quiet doing bugger all - bliss !!! Moments like these do wonders for the brain, they help re-set our adrenal systems and are great for de-stressing. Whatever it takes for you to relax and bring joy into your world - try and do it as often as you can, even if only for five minutes at a time. 😊 #positivity#destress#quiettime#ilovemyjob#takeamoment#takeamomentforyourself#womenshealth#fiveminutesofpeace#wagonwheel
Make them stop and stare 🤩 In my last days here I’m already starting to miss this bunch 🙈
Major shoutout to @elevencreativemi for capturing these fun snapshots and knowing ALL the cool picture spots in town! 🙌🏻😘 #kenziereagan#fashionfriends
The 6 senses. 💙🐳
See.feel.hear.smell.touch.taste.LOVE ⬅️ 〰️think about it. What are yours. In this moment. Close your eyes and breathe. ask yourself all those questions! What do you hear? What do you smell?... 〰️
Is there a certain taste that reminds you of somewhere or something? Something you touch that brings you back to a certain place? And most importantly WHAT DO YOU LOVE⁉️ every moment that we've been in reminds us of a moment we've already had. it may bring up good thoughts or bad but everything is connected. A memory you made 1 year ago has been connected to where you are right now. No decision is a wrong decision cause it's taken you to where you are today and even if you're not where you WANT to be than that's okay because the decision you make TODAY will change that for your future. What's done is gone & what's done is gone. Figure out your 6 senses. 💎 I remember mine in this exact moment. Waking up and looking out this window. The waves, the smell , I remember it all because it brought me pure happiness and LOVE for this place. So think to yourself a sense of happiness and a time when you were happy. WHAT made you happy❗you know the answer you just have to silence your mind and listen from within. Let the beauty of what you love be what you do. 💙💙💙 #momentsofreedom#moments#free#befree#california#cali#waves#ocean#westcoast#beaches#6senses#inspo#quotes#inspiration#positivity#goodthoughts#selflove#trav#explore#learn#love#smell#taste#hear#feel

"Change can be scary, but you know what’s scarier? Allowing fear to stop you from growing, evolving, and progressing." – Mandy Hale ✨
Fear, the illusion of failing to succeed or the illusion of succeeding, both may bring about uncomfortable changes. I did mention the fear of succeeding because you will perhaps lose some friends, be more under a microscope of every move you do, the jealousy, the envy...it may not be much fun...so both situations are pretty tough, but when you really want to grow, to evolve or progress you will learn not to allow either of the 2 fears to take over, you will do whatever it takes to succeed!! Remember, you are meant to achieve greatness!!! 😊
🙏🏼 #wearejusthuman 🤗

Don’t forget to share your weekly goal and weekly win with me!🤗
I was challenged last night during small group to say 3 good things to myself every morning in the mirror. So I have created my own planner that I will hole punch and put into a binder that I can take notes as well along with 2 folders for loose paper. This planner will help make sure I do simple things that mental illness makes 5x harder along with the challenge.
I was listening to a quick interview with Tony Robbons. Now, I never knew a lot about his childhood nor did I have the need to listen to any of his audio courses or read any of his books.
In that short hour, I realized this is a man that overcame a lot and that he it's a gentle giant with a great big heart with lots of passion to help and give. In that short hour, I want to absorb everything about his life.
Something about what he said resonated with me that made me realize I've been seeing my whole childhood with a victim perspective. His childhood was a lot worse than mine and yet he used it as a positive and grateful era in his life.
This man is amazing!! His goal is to feed 100 billion people! He has inspired so many people and helped them succeed though life and be happy and be passionate about life. Most of all, he believes in giving. Life is living and giving is living. Simple but profound.
The power of being hungry and broke.
