Take your broken heart💔 and turn it into a work of art🎨... A beautiful symbol of how you can transform chaos into creativity... Let go off negativity and put it into something greater than you
What’s your Sun Rise? Mine is definitely the kids 😍 I’ve been feeling totally meh of late and I just can’t shake it off. I read @thismamadoes post the other day about the school holiday pressures and I am all the feels with that, you got it spot on! At the same time, I’m quietly excited, I’ve missed my girl so much this year, can’t believe she has done her 1st year already and she is definitely my Sun Rise. She’s a lunatic (in the nicest possible way 😜) with a massive heart. 6 quality weeks with them both will soon shift that darkness (and most probably exchange it for insanity! 🤣). Anyway the whole point of this post is, what ever your darkness there is always a sun rise and it may be the simplest of things that become the sun rise you need. Whatever it is roll with it and keep on shining! Oh and if anyone hasn’t seen the post from This mamadoes go and have a read, there are some fantastic tips from other mamas 👌🏻 @girlfridayembroidery I’ve already compiled my list to give the kids come Monday 🤣 #positivevibes#allthefeels#wecandothis#positivemind
My workout routine here👇🏻
Exercise has been one of my coping skills for years. At one point in my journey, I viewed it very transactionally-calories in versus calories out. Now, I view exercise as my time to forget about the stress of everyday life, work hard, get stronger, and stay healthy. With that being said, I do think it is possible once you have established your new normal in recovery to have a healthy relationship with exercise if you so choose.
Here is my current routine for the summer: •2-3 walks or jogs a week (3 miles) •2-3 weight lifting days at the gym on my own (I’ve been doing @froyotofitness guide and find it’s been great motivation!) •2 classes a week at @ctfchicago with @cestlarae •some days I combine a walk or jog with a 25 minute lift •I typically workout 4-5 days a week depending on how my body feels
Any questions about my current routine? Drop them here!
💡 Did you know that dogs have the SAME endocannabinoid system that we have? AND they have receptors that the cannabinoids reach all over their bodies as well?! YUP!!! Sooo... what does this mean?

Went on a field trip yesterday... 35 of us in nature. I think that’s my least favorite way to be in nature haha. We did the smallest like .25 round trip hike yesterday. Everyone walked too slowly so I beat them back, which was nice because I got some alone time. I also separated from the group to get down in the creek to be with my crystals. After the emotionally DRAINING days, I need that nature time to myself, even if it was only 5 mins or so ✨💕 #aventurineforest
Being a maker, crafter, crocheter is my absolute favorite job in the world. Yes it is a job.. a second full time job. As makers we spend countless hours on projects, gifts, and screw ups and in the end we share little pieces of our hearts in every completed item ❤️ A little #tbt today!

Picture of success. How one moment/decision can change your life 4ever. Just a kid from NY with a dream. Many of us in NY already knew about Shiggy but he wasn’t as popular until his dance went viral.
